Got their Chicken Shawarma for a lockdown treat and my god it’s lovely! Hands down one of the best vegan places in Birmingham. Portion is huge, fresh ingredients, full of flavour - very well done! Excited to try more of their menu. 😊

You too can experience the gastro intestinal suffering of your meat eating brethren. The meat and chicken substitutes are surprisingly close to the real thing, but completely vegan as the name of the retailer suggests. Smoother the mass fried meats in a range of pre-cut veggies and sauces. Wrap it, slap it and whack it into a box ready to “smash”. Good for a late night eat after a hunger enduring drinking session. Nice seating area.

What a gem of a vegan place. The portions are HUGE, the price is LOW, and the flavors are OUTSTANDING. I was thoroughly impressed with everything about this place. With endless combinations of toppings and fillings, it will keep me coming back. Quick and friendly service. This is a hands-down must go place for hearty and plentiful food, and vegan to boot!

Fantastic alternative to a greasy meat donner. Staff were friendly and helpful. The meal deal for £8.50 was a great buy, plenty food and very filling.

A must try for vegans looking to satisfy their kebab cravings! The texture of the 'meat' is bang on, however they are lacking on their sauces. The sauces are not fresh and tastes artificial. If they invest in real sauces with fresh ingredients, I wouldn't mind paying £10 for the meal deal! All day long

Friendly staff, great atmosphere. I enjoyed the chicken shawarma and cleaned my plate, however after an hour from eating it, i got a stomachache which ended up making me throw up, the food wasn’t even digested and i could see some chewy chicken pieces that felt like plastic, time to go back to real chicken i guess 🥱

Staff sat outside having a cigarette, door wide open to the shop, walked in, shop STUNK of cigarettes! Cant review food as just walked straight back out. Staff not even bothered to ask why customers walked right back out.

Food is always superb and the portion sizes are big. It's more expensive than a normal takeaway but that's the premium for buying vegan. Paid £28 for 4 people.

Very filling and tasty vegan kebab. The fries 🍟 were good with tomato sauces. Wrap in foil should be tighter as it tends to burst from the naan. Different kebab styles for vegetarian menu.

The food is nice from there. I have ordered before in store to take home myself. This time I ordered the vegan lamb wrap and sweet potato fries. I did not like the fries, lack of any seasoning. The wrap was lovely and it was big. What doesn’t help is the packaging. The food does not arrive hot. It is not the riders fault, it is the packaging. Putting fries in a styrofoam box does not keep the heat in. The foil they use for the wrap doesn’t hold the heat either. Perhaps thicker foil! I will not order off deliveroo again, you pay extra and you get cold fries. The wrap was luke warm.

Got two kebab boxes one shawarma (chickenStyle) one Kebab (LambStyle), very nice, so nice in fact i felt the need to write a review, will definitely be ordering something again, decent vegan fast food is so hard to come by. Great Vegan Food! I’ve been here a fair few times and every time the food has been a 10/10, there’s a lot to choose from and everything is priced fairly. I had an issue where it charged me twice which was a technical error and not the fault of the owner or me and he was happy to refund me the next day offering a voucher or cash. With a nice aesthetic and a friendly owner I would highly recommend 👍🏻😁

The food from here is spot on, it may seem a little bit expensive but you definitely get what you pay for with the size of the portions. The food is all cooked and prepared just beyond the open top counter so it gives you peace of mind actually being able to see it being prepared right in front of you. It also allows you to see how spotless the kitchen is. The only reasons I can't give 5 stars is because some of the staff can come across as rude over the phone when you're ordering. The sighing and not responding to the last thing you said makes you feel like you're burdening them, which is a shame because they are friendly when you go into the restaurant. The only other problem is that I live roughly 5 miles away and delivery to my area is not an option so I have to drive all the way there.

I’m so obsessed with their doner meat and fries it’s ridiculous

Having wanted to try this place for ages I was a little disappointed with my order. We got a mix of the mezze and schwarma style wraps. The Baba ganoush was too citrusy for me and the stuffed vine leaves weren't very nice. The hummus was ok but nothing special. The wraps were a good size but the bread a little soggy being wrapped in foil for takeaway. One of the seasoning was dominated by cinnamon. It also felt quite expensive at £35, but if all the food had been up to scratch would have felt reasonable. It's great that it offers this style food totally vegan, just needs a bit of refining for me.

On the pricier side slightly, but portions are massive and delicious 😋😋

I feel bad giving 2 stars as I think it's great that it's an exclusively vegan restaurant. Unfortunately, I hate the texture of their soya protein 'meat'. It's really chewy and tasteless. The only thing that made it somewhat edible was the sauce and pickles it came with. I tried to eat around the meat as much as possible, not great

We've ordered so many takeaways from here now and I just have to leave a review. Every single time we have ordered from here it has been amazing. It's always hot and delicious and well presented. It's so affordable too and the portions are huge We've tried the wraps (all variations), the chicken nuggets, the hummus... The salads are so good as well! Such a good variety and quality of ingredients. The chips are really tasty too, especially with the paprika. My meat eating partner always suggests ordering from here (over other meaty places) because he loves your kebabs so much. Thank you!

Delicious vegan food that’s perfect for a cosy night in with friends. It’s not at cheap as their mother company (Falafel Munch) next door, but the portion sizes are large enough that you can split a box or keep the leftovers for the next day. Would 100% recommend for some casual, easy, healthy food.

We used vegan munch today as a little treat during lockdown. Called direct and ordered our food for collection at 5pm. I have to say everything was exceptional from start to finish. Social distancing collection was a breeze. Lovely and clean inside, food ready on time, excellent customer service, contactless payment, in and out in minutes! The food was absolutely outstanding. Generous portion sizes, so much flavour, great value for money, would definitely recommend!

Absolutely love vegan munch!! The nuggets are great, as are the onion rings. I usually get Vegan Shawarma with Fries. I love the range of vegan food they have available, it's definitely value for money given the portion sizes and flavour. I also like the ranges of sauces they have, although beware the garlic may is very garlicky! Vegan Munch has been one of the best aspects of living in Selly Oak, couldn't recommend it enough.

Trendy place with old tomatoes as the photo demonstrate there is definitely something nasty on the tomatoes people are clueless given a half frozen No-chicken burger with cold smelly fries I think that's not gourmet like they say another horrible munch shop taking up space on the street not the place to go
