Vegan McDonald's with beer. Was the food amazing? No. Was it good enough? Yes. Was the food quick? Absolutely! Was the food easy to order? Absolutely, the whole menu and check out experience was amazing! Was the food cheap? Not really. Was it over the top expensive? No. Was the place clean? Yes, spotless! Was there enough seating? Yes. Were the staff friendly? Yes. I think this place is pefect for after a long night out when you want some decent hot food asap. But if you've got the time to chase quality then perhaps give this one a miss until next time.

Neat burger... I actually don't know what I'm eating and to me, I just didn't enjoy the taste of the burger "meat", and to me, it felt like it lacked flavour, and I'm annoyed my vegetables just slips out of my burger. But the tatar tots were nice and my gf's mango mushroom wrap tasted better tha my burger. Neat burger is pretty pricey though Branch is clean too and I liked taking some photos on the burger chair.

This is the most bare minimum vegan food I've ever had and yet the price acts like there's something innovative here. I wanted to try more things on the menu but I feel like such a smooth brain having spent so much money on straightforward fast food. No wonder it's empty!

First time visiting and it was brilliant! The staff were really friendly and the service was quick as well. It was our first time trying their burgers and we would definitely come again! All plant based, and planet friendly! Also delicious and great atmosphere, excellent all round!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The staff are rude, condescending and completely unbothered. My order took over 30 minutes and when ut finally came, it tasted horrible. Fries werent even made properly. For a waste of money, please visit neat burger. What a sham. Like its owner, shamilton

Cool branding and nice interior. Food was just ok. Self check-out was excellent. Flavours were not memorable however. I ate there an hour ago and I already forgot what the food tasted like. The sauces didn’t have a specific flavour unless you ordered the spicy one. Prices are quite high and portions a little small but it’s central London so that’s what you get. Definitely not blown away.

Shame they don’t do mac and cheese anymore! For some reason, a meal for two ended up being about 40£ certainly went up in price, a lot more expensive than your standard McDonald’s. The food was amazing, it hit the spot, fantastic hangover food. The waitress was super nice and helpful. The food was fairly quick as well. Visited on Tuesday evening, the place was almost empty. Great to get it on the go. Certainly had some take sways orders going on as well. I commended previously on their packaging as well, it’s very excessive, even if it’s cardboard, no need. Only created extra waste! Recommend to eat in to avoid all that packaging.

Honestly my favourite vegan burger place. They never disappoint and I love that I don't have to worry about anything on the menu. The service is really good, all electronic so it would be really hard to get the order wrong. The food is always hot and fast and fresh. The pricing is very reasonable, I always visit anytime I'm in Oxford Circus, it's not one I will miss out on. I think I've tried everything on the menu and I like it all!!

Great food, as is the Neat Burger standard. Perfect for satisfying that hangover food craving, but veganised. Pretty place and friendly staff. Dogs are allowed inside. A little pricey, though.

Great to see another vegan spot on my visit to London, their seems to be more each time I visit. I ordered the vegan fish burger and fries, I wasn’t a fan of the fish burger but I am still glad I tried it. Next time I’d have what my partner had the vegan chicken burger. Also the packing is really nice. (I had takeaway)

If I ate these burgers blindfolded I don't think I'd realise it WASN'T actual meat! These are by far and away the best vegan burgers my wife and I have ever eaten! Anywhere, anytime! Game changing food. The Nasty Tater Tots are also insanely tasty! The whole meal was awesome and I can't wait to come back to try more from the menu! If you're a vegan this is a must try and even if you're not a vegan, still give this place a try. Also, their "milkshakes" are also amazing! Great experience! From a meat eater prospect, I didn't miss the meat or chicken. These vegan burgers are so yummy. Definitely recommend. As chef I might say that the burger tend to fall a part in terms of texture but the taste is amazing. Great those potato bites, much better than chips. Go lady gooooo!!!

Its definitely the best place to eat. I can't believe people underrate the place and food because of a one bad experience and its ridiculous how they blame the staff for that. I am coming here all the time and it is always a great experience. Perfect food, reasonable prices, amazing staff. Big thank you for their effort.

I m not a vegan nor a vegetarian person and I like my meat, but...This Burger! was so tasty, delicious and amazing, even the texture, all splendid, I even forgot to take a picture of it. Fair prices for fries portion size. The hotdog was very good and the nuggets were the best I've had. EDITED TO ADD 2ND ORDER: The hamburger is also good. I got the larger nuggets this time and they are way overpriced. Also fries should come with condiments included in the price.

Great example of modern vegan fast food, incredible options that are all very very flavorful and filling, reasonably affordable as well. Big Stack is the much better version of the mainstream triple bun burger, the tots have a great crunch, Chick'n Bites are SO GOOD and topped it off with a CBD drink (definitely novelty but nice). MUST visit for vegan fast food lovers in London.

I love this place for the options and aesthetic. In terms of price I really wish vegan burger joints would be a lot cheaper. £10 for a burger seems to be standard. I ordered the chicken one and it did taste amazing, almost the same as the Mc Donalds one. However for that simple fast food taste i dont think the price is justified. GREAT For eat out to help out, however I think vegan "healthy fast food" joints do lack in real exciting food and taste. IT was the BEST tasing chicken sub however nothing extra or exciting. Milkshake (salted caramel) was really good. Overall I think its nice seeing more places like this BUT we need the prices to match the taste. For zone 1 i guess this is standard.

What an amazing place to find! We came to London and had no idea what vegan places were okay and what weren’t. This place is lovely. We walked in, the gentlemen at the till explained everything to us in a friendly manner. You order what you want sit down and they call it out and you come and get it. So much choice to have! Plenty of seats and lovely decor inside. You need the cheese sauce chips they are amazing!!!

I love that it’s vegan. i’m trying to expand and be more animal friendly and this place was a great place to go. The food was tasty and i would go here again. my only complaint is that it’s a little pricey for what you get, however it is in london which can explain apart of the price. Would recommend anyone on a plant based diet or someone wanting to try new things

What a superb place. No compromise tasty, filling food and milkshakes to blow your mind. Biscoff one was amazing. Lovely decor, genuine staff and a good selection of food and drinks available. Not the cheapest but when you know it's for a good cause, and they plant a tree for every burger bought, it makes that a good thing.

Extremely tasty and filling meals! Nice interior and friendly staff. Food cooked well and presented in a classic sloppy way which works well. A little bit pricey but it is what it is. Will be back for sure! Just a little dangerous that I work next door 😬

Honestly the best fast food i’ve had in a while! We got the hot dog, smash burger and buffalo nuggets. The taste is really great and not greasy at all, all the ingredients are fresh and the taste is phenomenal. The service was really great, and for introverts like me they had screens where you could order and pay for your food if you didn’t want to order at the till. There is a decent amount of seating both upstairs and downstairs. The decor is very fresh, bright and welcoming. Will definitely be returning very soon!! Food was amazing!

Ordered some food today, everything arrived super fast and they made sure everything stayed warm! Since I'm a picky eater, i had a lot of special requests and they accommodated all of them. Such a good option to go fill that fast food craving! And they left a little handwritten note on the bag :)

This place is a holy grail of vegan food. My girlfriend and I decided to do a no meat November and have been trying out other vegan takeaways but this one is incredible. Alright I got to this place and when I ordered I didn't know it was a vegetarian place. I ordered the Smash burger with sweet potato fries. As I started to eat my burger, I thought it was good but the texture seemed a bit different. That's when I started reading all the bits of info on the walls where they say they are a vegetarian place 😂 Burger was quite good, got me fooled for a second that it was meat... I did think the portion could have been a bit bigger. Sweet potato fries were banging and a good size portion. I'd eat here again, although i think it's a bit expensive. The people who work there are pretty nice and the place was quite cool too.

One of the best vegan fast food joints I've ever been to! 🤩🤩 The retro atmosphere here is so great--even down to the music choices. Prepare for good vibes as every single member of staff is lovely, so welcoming, friendly and helpful. 🤩 Food wise, it's all vegan and pretty outstanding. I can't get enough of the shakes, fries or the caesar wrap! The loyalty reward system is great too. 10/10 very, very big fan, I can't wait to return! 😄

Quite a nice vegan fastfood place close to oxford street, regent street etc. We loved the burger we tried. The hotdog was not nearly as nice as the burgers were. We loved the classic lemonade but did not like the watermelon one. Prices seem somewhat reasonable? We spent about £32 on the food pictured below (2 drinks, 2 “mains”, 2 sides). You order the food through the touch screen at the counter and then the staff brings it to your table.

Yay for this place, love seeing more and more vegan places all over London. Even though it’s plant based and vegan, everyone can eat here :) cute aesthetic and easy ordering system with the screens. There is a downstairs seating area if you want more quiet, there’s also hand washing facilities downstairs.

Stumbled upon this place while wandering London waiting for a booked train. Couldn’t believe my luck to see it was 100% plant based, though of course made choosing even harder! I opted for the brisket burger, Caesar salad side and a lemonade. Great value for £15 and loved the food. Staff were really friendly!

I am not one to complain without a genuine reason but this place is FALSE ADVERTISING to say the least. If you look at their milkshake pics (the reason why I went here) and what they give you. These were absolutely tiny and expensive with none of the toppings they claim to offer in the pics. I also got the loaded fries which were not great. I personally will not be back as it was a low standard for food overall. Just be honest in your advertising pics guys!

I see the market, vegan fast food. Doesn’t exist in the purest form yet. Not competing with the chains, like Honest and GBK, who offer waitered service and limited vegan options at a slower pace. More McDonald’s and BK but for vegans. Only issue is, this is priced way over all those places and doesn’t seem to offer much in return. In fact, it offers much less. Price - we found it super expensive. £25.69 for what you see seems excessive. Food - Chicken Burger - only thing we enjoyed and it was tasty, I would have that again. Sweet P fries were oily and not enjoyable. Skinny fries were just standard issue and also oily. They could jazz these up a bit - different salts and seasoning. The cheese burger was bang average, had a slightly odd taste and was unsubstantial to say the least. I don’t leave reviews under 4*, but I would have here… not good value and well below average food. Massively disappointed, been wanting to try for a while! I wouldn’t recommend or return.

I’m vegan, I like vegan food and the burgers here tasted good. BUT they are impossible to eat. After about 3 bites you’re left with a collapsing mess of burger and sauce all over your hands. I can’t say I’ll come back, it’s just too messy and disgusting to eat. Wear surgical gloves if you must go.

Omg the tater tots. Best vegan ‘chicken’ if ever had, the coating was delicious. The menu has a lot of options, I’m going to have to go back to try more! Really quick and easy ordering system. It was quite busy but our food was ready fairly quickly. Liked the nice, clean, stripped back interior too.

It’s extremely overpriced for what it is. 22 pounds for a burger and drink? At this point, you can get a decent and healthy meal in the city. The plant based patties still need some development as the sauce is the only thing that gives this burger taste. The bun tastes like cheapest toast bread from the supermarket. Potatoes sides were the only redeeming thing about this place. I honestly doubt how they can scale this further at these prices with this tasteless product.

I visited Neat Burger by chance, while looking for a vegan place nearby. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with neon lights against pastel colours and there's also a fluffy burger chair where you can take some really fun selfies. My friend and I ordered a bit of everything and I could not possibly pick a favourite, everything was just too delicious (and 100% vegan!). A must if you're looking for a vegan burger joint, and one I'll definitely will be visiting again soon.

One of the best vegan burger places in Central London! I came across this place by chance, glad I decided to walk in! The service and method of ordering was excellent, the choice of burgers, additional toppings, sides and drinks was nothing short of fantastic and the vibes instead the restaurant were great! It was also super cool to see families with young children in there 🌱💚 I decided to go for the biggest, messiest to eat burger with guacamole on top. Needless to say I felt like I needed a shower after eating this 😂 decided to pair my burger with a Toast beer which was great, they stand for good stuff! 10/10 - You will see me again!

Super nice food. I got a cheeseburger and tater tots, but should have gotten skinny fries instead because it tasted so much potato, but still good though. I had the churros as dessert and it was delicious. Will come back :)

Got the neat burger. Was pretty good. Bit skimpy with the patties but the burger was very good overall. Fries were quite good and a large portion. The Big Stack is EXACTLY like a Big Mac they did well with that one.

5 plus stars for the food. However lost a star over lack of toilet facilities. Was apparently closed because of Covid. However other eating establishments managed to keep their toilets open. And from what I remember of using the toilets at Neat Burger when they were open they didn't seem anymore risky then those of establishments that have kept them open. It meant my experience was somewhat uncomfortable in that it is hard to enjoy your food if you are dying to go to the loo. Neat Burger are part of the dine out to help out scheme. However the lack of toilets at Neat Burger or indeed any other place would put me off going again. So please Lewis Hamilton! Get the toilet situation sorted out! It may be you have a strong bladder and it's not an issue for you. Especially as you are a man and can find a nearby corner. But for a lot of people, especially women a lack of toilets can make the difference between an enjoyable experience or a nightmare experience. As I mentioned earlier no complaints about the food...perhaps you could consider opening a Neat burger restaurant in Colindale or perhaps deliver in that area?... I would not have to worry about toilets then, as I could just get a takeaway in the comfort of my own home!

I stumbled onto this place by accident and was surprised by a mouthwatering variety of vegan burgers. A very friendly staff took my order at the counter and when my food arrived, it felt like I was put in a food heaven! I had the Korean Chick'N burger with some fries on the side and it literally tasted like meat. I know a lot of vegan places and I'm happy to be able to add another place to my list of cheat day restaurants :) If you're thinking you can't go vegan because you like meat too much, give this place a try! Also if you're vegan and crave some meat, this is the place to go!

Delicious food, extremely fast delivery.

Some of the best vegan food I have ever had. We ordered on NYE and unfortunately the branch we ordered to was closed when we arrived. After talking to someone, we were asked to go to another branch about ten minutes away. The staff were unbelievably friendly and couldn’t have been more apologetic, they did everything they could to make it up to us (within the limits of COVID restrictions) and really improved our night which had unfortunately gone very wrong for many reasons before. We will absolutely be visiting again once lockdown has been lifted as it is in a great location near the West End.

It's ok. The restaurant looks nice but not striking. I ordered the chicken burger and tater tots. The chicken burger didn't really have much taste but Wass ok. I couldn't really taste much seasoning in the coating. The tater tots was mixed bag because some of them were piping hot whilst the others were cold. I don't really like leaving negative reviews but there are notices inviting feed back on each table. They also didn't ask me to scan in using the NHS track and trace app. Also in this time of Covid 19 I noticed that they didn't immediately wipe down the device that sends an alert when your food is ready when I returned it. I do intend to go back there because as I said it was ok.

Me and a friend accidentally stumbled upon this place a year ago on our walks around central London. Since then I have taken another 5 friends there on separate occiasion and only 1 of them was vegan. They all loved the food and service received and said they would definitely return! The food is delicious, especially the nasty option on the sides. For a good price too! The staff are always so lovely, friendly and poliet and their environment is very chilled and calm. I would 100% recommend for vegans & non-vegans!!

If you want a proper vegan burger or hot dog, this is the place to come! I had the stack and a loaded hot dog, both of which were delish! Bear in mind they are really filling so but loved the friendly staff, the great ol' skool retro diner decor and and the vibe. Will definitely be visiting again!

Neat burger is such a great place to eat! Have been there twice already and both times had a wonderful experience. Came in for lunch after a meeting and such a nice little find for vegan food. The burger and fries tasted great. I would say it's a little pricey for what you get, but the quality is what stands out. For a fast food restaurant the setting is nice and clean, with additional outdoor and downstairs seating, and the main lobby consisting of tables on one side and a bar with stools on the other. I would say I had to wait a little long for what I would expect from a fast food establishment, buy lucky I was in no rush. For great tasting vegan food this place is a nice and friendly place to check out while you're out and about. Just give yourself some time to relax inside and it can be a rewarding experience.
