This place is incredible. Customer service is excellent and food was great. It costs a little bit more than your usual burger place but in the return you get incredibly tasty, fresh food without any animal produce in it. And fries are quite literally the best. I really recommend this place.

Best vegan ever! Had the Bacation, made with breaded โ€œchickenโ€, โ€œbaconโ€ and the usual crispy onions, salad and tomato. So tasty and huge too. Had the curly fries with it, theyโ€™re my favourite, they are flavoured with what seems to be paprika, with a dip of vegan Mayo (super light). I had these many times as takeaway before and it does taste better there, however, it was very smoky when we went.

Do you wanna taste a very good (vegan) burger in Liverpool? So you have to go in this place. The burgers are 4 and very tasty, I and my girlfriend tried 3 of this 4, falafel, without chicken and without fish, one world: awesome. The only negative point for me is that the location is a little bit small. I am sure that Monami and her whole crew will improve all the aspects. Unfortunately we were for some days but I hope to come back soon and why not, check something new from the menu

Best vegan fast food in town. Consistently delicious, very clear ethos, all packaging is recycled and biodegradable. They often have donut specials and donate proceeds to great charities. Service is always as fast as possible and really friendly. It's worth following them on social to check out their secret menu. Try the candy burger.

Sweet baby Jesus, if this food isn't the best vegan junk food I've ever had. To think we nearly went to Milanos instead of walking up to Wood Street. I had the Bacon Free and my partner had the Beef Free and we shared some chips and dips. Top tier chips. 10/10 for everything. Made me want to weep. It was so delicious. We're visiting home from Dublin and we'll definitely be back before we have to go.

Probably one of the best burgers I've tried and I'm not a vegan although that says alot about how nice this place is you could literally convert anyone, plus staff are super friendly (since turned veggie)

I've been to Frost on two occasions now. The first time I had the Beef Free, the second time I had the Chicken Free. Both times, the burger and the fries were fantastic. Very tasty and great portion sizes. The second time I got a bit more adventurous and tried the vegan milkshake. Oh wow that was outstanding, really tasty. Indistinguishable in taste from a real milkshake, whereas often it's not as creamy. You're probably wondering then why I've only rated 3 stars. It's because both times I've phoned up to collect my order and both times I've waited for 15 minutes even though I arrived later than stated for collection. The second issue is the presentation. I don't expect fast food to be presented on fine china. However I do expect it not to fall apart in your hands as the contents is so soggy, which it has both times. If there's a solution to these two problems then 5 stars coming your way. However, I doubt this will really be taken up due to the overwhelming number of 5 star reviews already. I just feel this needs to be said as a returning customer.

Me and my daughter popped in yesterday. I've been vegan for 5 years my daughter is 12 and very recently decided herself to become vegan โค (I'm sooo proud ๐Ÿ˜) We had the burger meal deal and both had a milkshake. The food was AMAZING! The milkshakes were AMAZING... Fantastic customer service from the Man on the till (Didn't get his name) I will visit Frost every time from now on. I'd give you guys 100+ Stars ๐ŸŒŸ if I could.

Excellent Vegan cafe right in the heart of Liverpool City centre. My wife has been waiting to go here for a long time & it didn't disappoint. Great modern art design makes for a welcoming and interesting dining experience. The menu is varied and everything that came past from the kitchen looked amazing. My wife went for the non-beef burger and I went for the non-chicken burger, good size portions with a large side of fries. Plenty of vegan shakes to choose from too. Staff are very polite, patient and helpful. Overall an amazing experience and I guarantee we will be returning again without question. Thank you Frost Burgers, a well deserved 5 stars.

I love the decor. Clean & spacious. Bit out the way but worth the walk. Great variety - my only issue with the burgers, is that it can get real messy, maybe not a 1st date place, lol. Staff were superb, great value for money. YOU HAVE TO EAT HERE.

Best vegan place in Liverpool Iโ€™ve found!! While on my trip here my fiancรฉ and I came in here a lot ๐Ÿ˜‚ heโ€™s gotten a different burger every time and always enjoys it! The frost bites are my fave 6 super filling chicken bites. First time we both got fries which was waaay too much food haha! So from then on we only got the fries with his meal deal. And still itโ€™s a struggle as their food is so filling!! We also popped in by to try a shake and ice cream after walking around a bit. Which was lovely and itโ€™s a lot of ice cream I couldnโ€™t finish it had to get him to eat the rest! Staff is very friendly nice and helpful!

Delicious whether youโ€™re vegan or not and staff are super friendly. Really great choices on the menu, the chips and sauces were delicious too. I tried to standard cheezeburger as it was my first time, will be more adventurous next time. Love to see that all the soft drinks are ethical, beer selection is great too. Next time I need to leave space to try a dessert!

By far the best vegan burger Iโ€™ve ever tasted! It was absolutely incredible and indistinguishable from real meat. The milkshakes are incredible as well and so many flavours to choose from! Good prices and a good range of options. Iโ€™ll definitely be returning and bringing my non vegan parents to try out the food

Itโ€™s a crime not to give 5 stars. Many people look at reviews and tend to be skeptical. Which I find great, they are easily manufactured to be fake. But if you can trust any random person on the internet just one time. Why not try something new, this place has such amazing stuff, gotta love the strawberry smoothie. With the added bonus that you arenโ€™t torturing animals for your pleasure. Living in the 21st century we can finally live without directly harming others, suffering can never be extinguished, but should that be a reason to not try and minimise it? And this is a place where you donโ€™t have to cause that suffering yourself. 2020 has been a horrible year. Make it better by considering adopting an ethical lifestyle and use the privilege of living in a first world country to simply change what you eat three times a day. To practice non-violence. Begin with whoโ€™s on your plate. Farewell random internet user. <3

Frost Burger is the best Vegan burger joint there is. Even if you arenโ€™t vegan you should go here. Itโ€™s mind blowing how tasty the food is here. Great service and always a nice crowd there. If you want a burger itโ€™s the only place to go.

I'll tell you what. These vegan patties are the business. Near identical texture to the real thing. Presentation and taste was decent. Chips were banging. The whole vegan game is improving massively tbf. A little overpriced I'm saying but so is everything these days amirite. 9/10 would go again

Never even knew about this place, walked down Wood St on a walkabout around Liverpool city center for some festive shopping. Needed a bite to eat. Staff very friendly and based on recommendation opted for a tasty burger (I won't spoil it by saying which one). Nice seating area, clean, tidy, easily accessible (not for wheelchairs though) as steps on walking in that would be difficult to navigate. Good prices, ample menu choices, highly recommend the lemon drink...tasty and refreshing. The can crusher for recycling was an awesome feature, enjoyed squishing our cans afterwards. Great place in heart of the city. Do you self a favour, get lost and explore the side streets, plenty of hidden gems to be found and Frost Burgers was one of them for me.

Been here a fair few times since it opened, the food has gone from absolutely amazing to mediocre. If its your first time you'll love it. With veggie/vegan offerings around the city aplenty, you dont have to look far for a better value and tastier meal. Shame to see the place look and feel run down, tables and floors dirty and sticky, definitely in need of a refurb. Staff are always friendly and polite, I'd say always over worked too, from all my visits I've only ever seen two member's of staff on duty. (Maybe why you you can't find a clean table to sit at) The air was thick with the smell of chip fat, on this occasion we couldn't wait to leave, if it wasn't raining we'd have eaten out. We left a 5 star review 18 months ago, after visiting yesterday I thought it was worth putting my 2 pence in. You can't change something if you don't know it needs changing. Not to say its any more expensive than I remember, but I do feel it's over priced for the quality of the food we had, a sore reminder checking my bank balance this morning. Would love to know if the right people see these reviews. (I'd give 2.5 stars if I could)

Absolutely mind blown! Ordered the cheezburger and a chocolate shake, I have been vegan 7 years and this was the best burger I think I've had. The chocolate shake I could have every day! If only I lived in Liverpool I'd go every single week. Great vibe, love the art work and chilled atmosphere. I will 100% be coming back to try more in the future.

Fantastic loved every minute being there. Brought my nonvegan(veggie) friends, they comment it taste great just like a regular cheese burger, was shocked it contain no meat. I had the chilli burger was amazing, had to Instagram it cause of how good it was. Also loved the can crusher was definitely a highlight of the trip to Liverpool

Honestly the best burger I've ever eaten. Love the decor and the staff were very friendly. Would go back anytime! Also they don't have generic fizzy drinks, they're fully ethical with fair trade drinks. We had the bacon free burger and the chicken free burger. You wouldn't know this was vegan food.

Best vegan burger I've ever had. I made it a meal deal so got the Curly Fries and Sriracha mayo dip plus a drink for ยฃ13. Not the cheapest place but I will definitely be returning when in Liverpool

I used to love Frost burgers but recently the quality and the service got drastically worse. 3 times in a row now I got wrong order. I have ordered garlic mayo chicken and I got cheezburger instead. Twice in those orders I didn't get a sauce for my fires, and my lemonade was flat. A few days ago we came to the store at 7:30pm and we could tell by the young male cashiers facial expression that he was very unhappy that we came. He also informed us that we can't stay in. So we had to eat outside in the rain. I am very disappointed and don't think that I will be coming back any time soon.

  • 1/5 Charlotte H. 2 years ago on Google
Had an awful experience in this shop yesterday, a young man served me and gave me the most unwelcoming customer service I think Iโ€™ve ever received. I am pretty sure my food was spat in as nobody seemed happy to serve me and the atmosphere in the shop was very disturbing, I will not be returning and donโ€™t recommend you go here unless youโ€™re a serious vegan with dietary requirements as this place was not all Iโ€™d of hoped. Waste of money it is annoyingly expensive for what you get.

  • 5/5 Jamie B. 2 years ago on Google
Had heard of this place from a vegan friend of ours that lives in Liverpool. We went for lunch and were all blown away with how good the food was. Would definitely go again and would recommend it to anyone regardless if youโ€™re a veggie, vegan or meat eater. The staff were dead friendly too.

Delicious vegan junk food! I love the Garlic Mayo Chicken burger. Usually have the meal deal with chips, sauce and a drink. I've tried the milkshakes, cookie (which was too sickly for me) and strawberry (which was much easier to handle). Super yum. Definitely only a once in a while type of treat though. I always overindulge and feel a bit yuck afterwards.

We have visited that place many times now, every time Iโ€™m in Liverpool Iโ€™m ending up getting something from there. The first time I came I was amazed by the flavour and texture of the burgers, it was delicious ๐Ÿ˜ this time however, the burgers tasted different... not sure if something has changed since the lockdown. They still are nice but I wasnโ€™t swept of my feet this time. The cheeseburgers bun was old and hard, which disappointed me ... not sure if I come back soon, some would say you pay for the quality but the buns wasnโ€™t fresh :(

First time we had ever been to frost burgers and there was drama from the minute we walked in the place. There was already a few unhappy customers in there before us who were arguing with the staff over a previous issue. The staff then ushered a few of us out of the building in a very rude manner and ordered us to wait outside rather then asking us nicely. When we finally got around to ordering our food at the counter, the lady made no efforts to offer an apology for the chaos, but instead was very "frosty" in her demeanour and appeared to have no customer service skills. I can without doubt say I will not be returning to frost burgers again!

Second meal today at Frost Burgers, plant based vegan food, little place in Wood Street, full of friendly servers and the food is delicious, even @ian_paul_tyrer said he couldn't tell the difference, that it wasn't beef and he is a proper meat eater. Credit where credit is due, little quality find, I will be going back for thirds. These need to monopolise and grow, squash some of these takeaways full of saturated fats, amazing and healthy food, here's praying for bigger shops, mass increase in popularity and expansion all over and as a bonus an ability to source the produce cheaper for cheaper options ๐Ÿ˜
