Incredible
vegan
street
food!
After
arriving
in
Athens
City
Center
from
a
neighboring
island,
I
had
three
days
worth
of
party
time
under
my
belt,
and
it
wasn’t
sythohol
if
you
know
what
I’m
saying.
First
thing
I
needed
was
something
substantial,
something
fast,
something
that
would
help
soak
up
the
aftermath
of
all
the
fun
I
had.
I
craved
a
spicy
minced
Arabic
pie,
(something
I’d
never
actually
even
had),
and
a
gyros
sandwich.
I
Googled
vegan
food,
walked
5
minutes
and
found
exactly
what
I
was
looking
for!
The
lahmajoun
is
a
crispy,
flaky
crust
pie
with
the
most
incredible,
spicy,
flavorful
minced
soy
filling.
Reminiscent
of
Cardassian
chorizo,
spicy
and
smooth
with
just
the
perfect
balance
of
onions
and
hummus.
Boom!
The
space
gyros
sandwich
was
delicious
as
well,
with
a
perfectly
baked
mushroom
base,
carnalities
onions,
cabbage,
and
their
delicious
beet
house
bbq.
Forget
about
it!!!
Top
it
off
with
a
spiral
cut
skewered
potato
perfectly
lightly
fried
drizzled
with
sauce
and
a
couple
of
beers.
I’m
done.
They
did
it!
Belly
full,
comfort
consumes
me,
party
on.
These
folks
were
super
friendly,
very
helpful
and
proud
of
their
product,
as
well
they
should
be.
The
environment
is
clean
and
bright,
dining
on
the
porch
out
back
for
people
watching
made
for
a
gorgeous
late
lunch.
Stop
by
immediately
when
it’s
time
for
that
street
food
fix,
you
won’t
find
better
in
Athens.
