This place is a gem. The burgers are awesome, the stuff is vibing, the place is so colorful. In general loved it. I would love to sit also but it's small and gets packed pretty fast (that's also a good thing. There's never a heavy crowd) So if you need to get a table, you'll have to wait for a bit but it's worth it.

Went here with a friend to grab lunch after a day of sightseeing in Milan, but we were very dissapointed afterwards. First of all, we had to wait 20 minutes for two burgers, which doesn't seem like a lot, however the lady told us to wait outside as there were already plenty of people inside. The indoor area is incredibly tiny so only a few people can sit there, and the rest of them can sit outside, which is not a pleasant experience when it's 5°C outside. After almost half an hour we finally got our burgers and saw that 2 tables have turned free inside so we went and sat by the one next to the radiator as we were freezing at that point. The lady working there informed us that my friend and I can't sit there as there were 4 places by that table and told us to sit at the one next to the door where there were only 2 places. First, we were like fine, at least we're inside now, however in the next 10 minutes nobody sat by the other table and we were almost finished eating when a party of 3 sat down there... Great food, really delicious burgers and fries. Very friendly staff.

Customer Service 5/5 A very pleasant and welcoming attitude of the person in the counter. Very helpful on choosing the right menu. I have quite a few food restrictions which they could not meet with their burgers but I had a good plat of potato wedges and eggplant last with a sauce which was brilliant. Taste 4/5 Vegan foods usually are an acquired taste and so the rating on the taste. May not be visiting again given limited options for me but will definitely recommend for other vegetarians/vegans.

Went here with my girlfriend and she said it was the best burger she had ever had (and she is a meat eater). We actually went here twice within a couple of days and the only thing we can say is one time we got much more potato than the other....But really, it is a great place and we will be coming back. Also, the cookies were awesome.

I wasn't a big fan of their burgers few years back but their recipes really found their right track. Their burgers always tasted great but now you can feel the patty the same way you're sinking your teeth in on a conventional hamburger, it's awesome. And their fries, oh man, tasty; Give it a shot you won't regret it!

Fantastic, the young lady behind the counter (Milan branch) was very informed about the food, didn't think twice in speaking with me in English and explaining everything. Delicious food, had the spicy chickpea burger, edamame and wedges. Only reason it's not a five star is because of the smaller portion size of the wedges.

Be aware of other reviews that have low stars: this place has no bathroom, staff is rude and racist, and even food poisoning cases were reported by Google Maps users. In my case, I have experienced prejudice by the blonde lady inside this store. If you're vegan (or not), in favor of humanity, do not come to this place!

Amazing vegan food! Really yummy for a very good price, just 12€ for a burger, side and drink! The service was amazing and the server was very attentive to our needs, especially since we could not speak Italian (we were directed to the QR code for an Englush menu). Just a word of warning, the tables and place itself is quite small so probably not fit for very large groups, but our group of 4 was happily sat on some stools around a table in the corner.
