They have great mango juice. Rice balls too on point. Don’t forget to try this Mokai too

They have the best jollof (better than any restaurant I've tried) in Ghana. Their beef is always soft and well-made. Their sauce (which comes with the jollof) is also so good that you could actually eat it with plain rice and it would be perfect. It has an amazing aroma. Their goat light soup isn't as great though, needs some improvement. But in all, I'll give this branch a 5 star.

The restaurant is tacked on the corner of the shopping mall. We were seated right away and the restaurant itself was cozy. The menu had a lot to choose from including freshly squeezed fruit juices. There are also alcohol, non alcoholic beverages as well as a range of the locals drinks. My food was served hot and had everything i asked for. My friend also had grill fish and he also loved it. The price was decent for a good meal, it was worth it. Highly recommend.

Visit Accra mall for better prices. Prices here are over the top in comparison to.. well everywhere. Manager is good, food is good but prices just don't fit. Loud music with bare cafeteria setting and charging 4/5 star prices is not reasonable.

A group of 7 went , overall preparation of food took a while but we knew there were cooking it fresh. HOWEVER it's not acceptable that the 6th and 7th person got their food when the five had almost finished eating. 7th took it as a takeaway . No apology or anything and they kept the change. Most of the food at the chop bar are a bit pricey. My favourite option here is the Champion waakye. In my opinion it is the most reasonably priced. I like the fact that this meal is consistent and comes with optional additions which makes it really yummy. Staff are also a bit slow. We almost left one time when the waitress was delaying.

Excellent restaurant. From the atmosphere, service and food, everything was fantastic. The green salad was fresh with sweet tomatoes. The peppered smails were hot and moist but not rubbery. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection. And the red fish steak was seasoned well, tasty and moist. The meat fell off the bone. But my favorite were the sweet plantains! I highly recommend this restaurant.

I’ve been to ‘The Chop Bar’ twice so far and I can honestly say they have the best Yam Chips, it’s crunchy, hot and simply delicious, I could eat it on its own. I also had the boiled yam and palava sauce (kontomire & egusi) and that was amazing too. Their portions are huge so I can never finish a plate. The prices are slightly higher than the average but with what you get, I’d say it’s worth it. Service is good - polite and friendly Ambience- it’s funny both times that we’ve been there, there’s a football match so it drags a lot of young guys there which makes it quite noisy. Overall - I’ve give it a 9/10, I’ll happily go there anytime without hesitation.

I visited the chop bar restaurant at the Achimota Mall to eat with my wife at a total cost of GHc.140.00 on 7th February, 2020 @ (9:43pm GMT) after we were done eating and made payment, we were given a not paid receipt which the supervisor by the name Thomas confidently walked to us to mention that he had dumped our paid receipt in the bin and that he can’t find it. We insisted to be issued with a paid receipt and after about 15minutes we were finally issued with a paid receipt. I believe that the issue of paid receipt should be a mandatory policy of the business as this can cause customers to loose trust visiting the Resturant and also a measure to curtail leakages in your business.

Local food here is always on point. They serve if not the best..then definitely one the best fufu with palm nut, goat, and groundnut soup. And service here is not exactly cheap but definitely affordable. The decor and seating is just perfect and beautiful.

The quality of the food never disappoints. It always tastes fresh and not stale unlike some places. The customer service is great but could use some improvements in wait times when you put in an order. Aside that I have no qualms about this place. Highly recommended

For local fare that cost up to eight times what similar dishes cost elsewhere, I expected exceptional food and service. I was in for s disappointment though. The food was ordinary, and the service was even worse. The only salt gave is the ambience.

Due to Covid, we couldn't eat in but did take outs. I had some Semo with Egusi soup and Orishishi(meat). I can't remember the price but I know it was worth it, the quantity of soup reminds me of Jevenik in Nigeria, it was a lot! Overall, it's a nice place.

Buka Restuarant is one of the best places for local dishes. They are good with Nigerian dishes too. Great ambience and great food. However when you order out you are charged for the pack the food will be placed in. In my opinion this is a bad practice and this must be stopped. Any top class restaurant which Buka boasts off should not do this. So basically you are being penalised for not coming to the Restuarant to eat but placing your order out and having it delivered. Which option will save Buka more money and is more convenient in this era? When I come to eat in your restaurant I consume your AC, I use the service or your staff and you also have to use soap, water and tissues to get my plates cleaned up aside manpower that will also do that and yet you charge for mere packages that foods are placed in when one places orders to be delivered out? This disappointed me and have changed my initial ratings for Buka.

Had one of the first services ever this Jan 16. Delay on the servicing (waited for about 2h for chicken and fries that I ordered for my kids then I gave up), no apologies or anything alike, some arrogant answers instead, and they charged me for the food I did not eat. Total disappointment.

Went to Buka for first time Buka very good food nice vibes. And during a week day afternoon, cool live music was playing. I enjoyed their avocado and chicken salad which was great, plus a side of tasty kelewele. Being in Ghana trying to watch my diet and eat more greens instead of constant carbs! Planned to go back on a weekend for brunch but was surprised they closed Sunday wanted to go. So can't to go back again very soon!

Glorified chop bar...tasty food, frankly. Good sports on the TV as well...very decent menu selection, bothfood and drinks...some daring cocktail sections too! Large portion sizes though...much better way to spend your money than fast food!

Need s place to hang out, eat or shop, then one of the best places to visit is this. Easily accessible for people not driving, there is a bus station nearby so no need to worry

Don't even think of spending ur money here, poor management and services. Food was cold and seriously everything was very poor.

I ordered redred (fried plantain, bean stew with grilled goat) they hid the goat inside of the stew and the meat had beans stew all over it 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ Who does that?? I ordered ginger ale— as I was almost finished drinking my drink; the waiter takes it and throw it without my permission! I don’t know if it’s a strategy to get you to purchase more drinks but It got me very upset because this service is not free. I don’t think I will come back here again

If there were a way to give no stars I would. First of all the prices aren’t listed on the menu, secondly I ordered I believe one large bone of fufu with 3 crabs and 2 pieces of goat meat. I also ordered 1 bill for of Alvaro and 2 bottles of water. Come to find out all of that is 175 cedis. When I asked the lady at the front shy the food is so expensive she literally told me “because they use air conditioner and pay high rent that’s why the food is soo expensive” Honestly felt like I was scammed in my own country. I would urge anyone reading this not to visit this establishment.

They do not wear nose masks at all. I ordered Banku and okro, the worst okro stew I have ever tasted. They were polite though.

I ordered for banku and okro ( crabs wele and chicken ) I got home to see half a finger of 2 wele, one little piece of chicken and two fish which I told them I didn’t want and no crabs at all. I made a call just now as am typing to tell them and the cook had the audacity to tell the lady I was talking on phone that I was lying thinking I couldn’t hear here I told the lady I will come to the chop bar to talk to the manager and this will be my last time buying from this place. Goat meat was just bones, meanwhile a piece is 50ghc. All they could do was to apologise after i complained. The food was delicious.
