Get the Bucket for 1 or the Duos. KFC actually gives alternative ways of getting the same thing. We need more flavours of the Sundae too. Generally less expensive as it has always been

Fast service. The food was very good and almost like home. It was nice to be able to come here for a taste of home. I love Ghanaian food but sometimes you just need to have that home feeling.

I came to buy streetwise 2 and mini Oreo Krushers around 9:30 and the chicken was extremely hard looked more like stale chicken that had been refried my mum sells food so I know stale chicken. And hence I couldn’t eat the chicken because of how hard it was. I complained to the manager I wanted to do a survey and for like 30 mins I was seated there unattended to they had taken the survey portion off my receipt and she and her staff were just talking about me and making funny comments that I have been sent and blah blah as if I wasn’t present. I just wanted to do a survey and that is what I got in return. Such bad hospitality.

Nice and spicy chicken with fries 🍟 are served here and all other branches. The only challenge here is that there is no enough sitting space both inside and outside.

Their premise seems to be small for the current human traffic that it generates daily. Their AC couldnt provide the comfort of a cool room as the place was warm. Inadequate seats for their waiting customers hence many were standing. However, their delivery time was shorter and their spicy chicken, as always, was great. There is enough car parking space

Service was okay but I think it can be improved.. Wet wipes should be served along with meals cos the tissue doesn't help.

The spicy hot chicken isn't spicy at all. The chicken here was oily. Hopefully it's gets better 😌 .

Despite being a busy one, this KFC is the smallest I've been to after KFC-Circle - seating space is very small. Service is fast but waiting times are a tad-bit long due to business. It's very easy to find in that big mall.

So, I googled KFC Accra Mall. I got the link and got a number er associated to it. I made my order, and paid via a number I was sent. I got to the Mall to have the feed picked up and I was told they have never heard of that number. So I got scammed. Nice One how can KFC have a number sneaked onto their site used for scam? SMH

Good services and a cordial environment. However, the space is very conjested and just a few people could enter at a time. I would find it expedient if you could make more space to enable easy movement of customers.

There's both an indoor and outdoor seating although the indoor is not so spacious. A relative cool place for a hangout. There's waiting time depending on the number you are on the queue. Great services and food.

Awesome KFC chicken. Great setup for in dinning. The team is nice, and very courteous.

Very nice and clean location. The food was hot and delicious. They have a very organized system and a screen even shows you when your order number is being prepared. I did not have to wait long for a large family order. Would definitely recommend!

Staff were not that friendly. They seemed to be frowning most of the time. It's hot inside so it's best to dine outside. The seasoning for the chicken was quite bland. I ate there three times, so perhaps this is how this particular branch prepares their food. If you're okay with chicken that labels itself hot and spicy, without a trace of such attributes, go ahead.

Service was average even though I gave a good tip cos it's a festive season. Got to ma car and they left out ma niece's jollof. Had to come back and get that fixed. Time wasted

How do you people recruit? The worst service ever, ordered for food. The guy taking the order asked if i am taking original or spicy 🌶️ I mentioned original. Which by the way i have allergy to spices and it may take me to hospital.. without any consideration they apparently don’t have original, without my consent went ahead and made the order spicy which i had to bite in to know that it was !!!! Very disrespectful, very irresponsible coming both who qualified workers or management that cannot address this! Very disappointing!!!

Very great place n good service

Restaurant had a heavy smell of stale oil. Came out smelling of it. Ventilation is very bad. Also l think they need to be changing the oil frequently. One can taste it in the foid.

It's KFC and the chicken tastes the same as you would expect. What I don't like about this location is its size and lack of tables. Basically this is a take out restaurant. It is located perfectly for that as you can pop in and out into the parking lot without much hassle.
