Best food ive had in a long time. Samosa are the best ever. The steak sandwich was phenomenally good. Vegetable's were amazing I loves the eggplant & cauliflowers. Fatima was very nice and professional. We definitely will be revisiting this establishment soon.

Delicious, flavorful, and hot food! Super good! I had a beef stew with two vegetable stews and the bread to go with it. The beef stew was AMAZING! So flavorful and tasty! We also got three other dishes which were also all flavorful and tasted very good. All of the dishes were made right to order, nice and hot. The man taking our order was super nice and kind. I recommend coming here if you want really good food! They’re only doing take out right now, so just walk up to the window and order there or order ahead.

We decided to give this place a try after reading the reviews and we were glad we did. I recommend coming here if you want really good, fresh and hot food! The restaurant is only doing take out right now due to covid, so just call in advance to place an order. The person taking our order was super nice and kind. We ordered veg. samosas and Veg. Ethiopian Anjero platter. The portion size is wholesome. Do make sure to get extra anjeros for the platter. I highly recommend this place!

We do not have african food in our area so we decided to go Worcester to try something new. Oh boy it didn't disappoint. Probably the best samosas I ever had, could have bought more if I knew the first one. Tried the platter and it was damn good. It is also nice place and the owner is really friendly.

Omar and his wife Fatima are so friendly and this a great small family owned restaurant. They are happy to just chat with you if you there. One of my favorite restaurants in Worcester. Food is very flavorful and comforting. Meat samosas were yummy and make sure to get their "hot sauce" which was great. It's spicy and sorta similar to a salsa Verde. Ethiopian platter was good for two but I'd also recommend getting an extra side of anjero bread which another reviewer pointed out. Their Ugali and anjero are my favorite, but I've tried almost everything on their menu and love it all.

Sweet mom & pop spot. The food was delicious. We had assorted samosas which were piping hot, crispy & light. We tried the traditional East African Plate w/ goat, which reminded us of pot roast. Each side was flavorful & complex. Loved it! The owner was friendly, engaging & taught us to eat our meals traditionally, scooping up mouthfuls with our yummy breads.

11/10. This is some of the best food not only in Worcester but maybe in your whole life. Everything we had was full of flavour and delicious (not too spicy for us either). The owners are so friendly and offer the best service, you can tell they love what they do and treat their customers well. Be sure to take their recommendation if you’re not sure what to order. This is a must try for anyone in the Worcester area.

Don’t sleep on this wonderful restaurant! Such an inviting atmosphere, the owners were all so gracious and attentive, and don’t get me started on the food! I had the diner plate with Somali anjero, cauliflower/egg plant and mixed veggie stew, and the goat stew…twas 🔥🔥🔥 also THE best chai tea I’ve ever had, big shoutout to his mom for brewing it PERFECTLY. Honestly couldn't recommend Fatima’s enough; will certainly be back soon!

I came to Fatima’s Cafe never having tried east African food before and let me tell you… IT WAS LIFE CHANGING!!! I got the Ugali with Sukuma (add chicken), the Ethiopian Anjero Platter and the Samosas (all three types they offer ‘Beef, Spicy Lentil, & Mixed Veggies’). The collared greens (which I had never tried before as well) WERE INCREDIBLE… so much so that i bought a side order to go! The ugali and sukuma was to DIE FOR!! An absolute taste sensation EVERY bite and very filling!! If you are looking to expand your palate and try new cuisine, Fatima’s Cafe is A MUST in Worcester. The service was very inviting and you can tell the food is made with love at every step. Absolutely amazing and BLEW MY SOCKS OFF…AND I WAS WEARING SANDALS!! Thank you so much!! I will most definitely be coming back again with friends and family!!! ❤️

Awesome food, I absolutely love their lamb with the fresh paratha/chapati (flat bread). The other food items are good too. Do try their chai and deserts. Its a small family run business. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

I'm often puzzled by some hyper laudatory food reviews of some other restaurant reviews. Here's a friendly service by the husband of the lady that prepares all the food ... Very sure of the quality of the food, he does not hesitate to boast it's the best veggie / meal you're going to get ... And he's right !!! For less that 15usd per person you get to excellent east African dish. This is the first time I have something that excellent cheap and healthy ! Not drowning in fat not in sugar ... I went there on a Sunday for a late lunch (like 3pm) ... A father and his sun, a couple of student in their pyjama (!!!) And a young couple from Kenya. If you'd like new food experience at a super affordable price, don't hesitate.

I was very, very pleasantly surprised. A friend brought me and I was nervous because I've never had African food. Wow. After I was done we had so much leftover that I ate the next 2 days and was ready to go back again. I enjoyed it that much. No exaggeration.

The food was good, tasted like homemade food. We ordered the vegetarian platter, it was on the blander side, could do with some more flavor. What was disappointing was that the Anjero platter just contained 2 vegetables. There were multiple helpings of the same stuff - I was expecting atleast 4-5 different items rather of multiple helpings of the same items. The Samosas were better and the chilli dip with them was excellent. Service was a miss. Ordered a side of the roti and bread, wasn’t very good. The doughnuts were very good.

I only wish I lived closer so I could come more often. Tried the Veggie Wrap today. It needs a different name because it is so far above anything other restaurants call a veggie wrap. Delicious veggie stews in their home made flatbread, wrapped and put on a hot press. I tried the hot sauce today and it was the right level of spice so the flavors of the veggies still were the star. Chai tea is awesome as always.

Fatima and her family are wonderful people who serve wonderful, unique food from East Africa. They make you feel welcome and are up for a big party. They serve great Chai. They have great dinner meals. Go there and support a family restaurant!

First time I came here was 2018, the staff and food were delightful. Came back 3 years later, the owner remembered me! The food was just as delightful. Best samosas I've ever had - all my friends and family agree. I come here every time I'm in the area. Everything on the menu is just phenomenal and all of the staff have been extremely sweet. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. My favorite in the greater Worcester area, without a doubt.

We love coming to Fatima’s whenever we are in the Worcester area! What a lovely family who runs the restaurant. The man who owns the restaurant is amazing and will coach you through ordering if you need help. We got two chais, one beef samosa for my husband with spicy sauce, an ethiopian anjero vegetarian platter, and an extra side of anjero per the owner’s guidance. Our favorite were the lentils, but everything was delicious.

Love this place. I’ve been thinking about it daily since last week! I’m two hours away but will stop in every time I’m in Worcester! I had the vegetable stews and can’t wait to try other dishes. Thank you for your hospitality!

The best experience ever. I got to the restaurant 15 minutes to when they were closing and the staff were so polite, they made my day. I got some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. I swear it tasted like home cooked food prepared by someone’s grandma. So wholesome and delicious! I got lentil samosas, chicken and vegetable stew with rice. Definitely my new favorite restaurant.

Amazing food and super friendly people. They have takeout only right now so we had our meal in the car. We had the vegetarian anjero platter with additional bread on the side as recommended by the person who took our order. The bread was delicious, fluffy and light while the vegetable stews were excellent. Will definitely visit again !
