What an absolute scam. Had a voucher for the restaurant given to me as a gift - due to covid we had to extend the validity of the reservation. I was then informed prior to my reservation that the voucher was used (it most definitely wasn’t) and I will have to pay cash for the experience. The restaurant and the voucher team kept bouncing me back and forth between the two departments. In the end, both gave up and decided they were collectively not going to do anything about it. To quote the Ritz Restaurant representative when I called them for the 20th time “you’re wasting your time, you’re not getting your money back, cut your losses short and consider this a loss for you and a win for us”. I’ve never even heard of a low class fast food representative speak to any human being in that manner before, let alone a world class restaurant.

We had a really lovely afternoon tea at the Palm Court. The Christmas decorations made it even more special. We enjoyed the egg brioche, finger sandwiches, sweet bites and scones with jam and clotted cream all served with an extended selection of specialty teas. Loved the ambience!

We visited for our wedding day on a Friday when the live music and dancing happens which is truly special and an amazing experience. Getting a reservation was tough so all I will say is plan ahead and hustle. Note this is not the same spot as where the afternoon tea happens. FOOD We went for the 7 course set meal which was overall fantastic, some dishes were better than others such as the red mullet and the lobster dish. The duck liver was a little too sweet for me on the other hand. I must say by the time we arrived to dessert we were stuffed and barely managed to try the two desserts that were part of the 7 course meal. Also we say 7 courses but that’s excluding two rounds of amuse-bouches before and the sweet treats they give you with your bill. So it’s more like 10 course meal. As much as I enjoyed it, I think it was excessive and I would have preferred the A La Carte choice as it includes some “experience dishes” which involve cooking in front of you as it is for the Crepe Suzette for instance or the Pigeon from my understanding. These can be more memorable experiences. However, you will then be charged a separate 55£ fee for the show part of the evening. We paid about £320 per person with barely any alcohol. ENTERTAINMENT It started off with a live band, then live singing with the band, then dancing and finally back to the live band where customers can go to the dance floor between courses and enjoy some dancing. It’s very traditional and wholesome to watch. Once in a life experience to do in my opinion. STAFF/SERVICE This is a 1 star Michelin and honestly as much as we befriended some of the young staff members, we thought the service wasn’t Michelin worthy. We asked for both still and sparkling but only got still. We asked for wine and this was brought 30min later. We were not offered stools for handbags as some of the other tables. The waiters kept hitting the back of my sister’s head when passing behind her. Overall all minor things that did not impact our experience but simply not the perfection you expect from the most iconic hotel in the country. Another thing you should remember is that this is an experience and you will be there for a VERY long time. We sat down at 7:45pm and left 4h later… ATMOSPHERE Breathtaking, end of. A dream come true to visit the iconic Ritz, an institution in British culture from the royals to Churchill to what it is still today. A pleasure to be there. PS: dress code is very strict

Great lunch on the Italian Terrace at the Ritz today. The food is fantastic, the service is just a bit overbearing but the peace and quiet of the terrace makes up for it. There is an assumption that everyone is going for afternoon tea and it gets irritating when 5 or 6 people ask you the same question. The welcome is not the best as it feels more like an airport security with lots of check point! Anyhow, the food was delicious and that ‘s why we went there!

We went for the 7-course dinner menu and were extremely impressed. First off, the Ritz itself is extremely beautiful, and the dining room is no exception. The menu was well thought out by the chef. Every one of the 7 courses was unique and highlighted a different flavor. All the staff members were great, however they did seem a bit understaffed. There were not enough servers to keep an eye on every table and refill waters, for example. As the dining room became more crowded, waiters seemed to be frantically running around.

While on vacation in London and on my way to have an experience of a life, I stepped inside the Ritz Hotel, invited by the steward who saw that I was taking pictures of the outdoor Christmas decorations, which are truly understated, in comparison to the ones inside! The Ritz-Carlton has a restaurant bar that accepts walk-ins but prefers reservations, especially for those who are not guests of the hotel. After a busy morning, I returned for a second time to look at the decor and to have lunch. I was incredibly happy to be accommodated, thank you very much! At the restaurant bar, I had a famous mouthwatering Ritz Club paired with a delicious glass of wine from the vineyards of Tuscany. In addition, i was served complimentary starters that included the best olives I ever had! Antonio, the multilingual English, also Spanish speaking server, made my experience delightful as he catered to my needs. I truly enjoyed the wine recommendation, but more importantly, my overall experience at the restaurant bar, and you will be happy to know the prices were also reasonable. On my way out I stopped to take a picture of the Christmas tree, which has to be three stories high, but while attempting the photograph, I was asked to move away from a tiny hall, that leads into stairs which lead to, I assume a guest only area. I enjoy exploring hotels, restaurants... attractions that I may write helpful reviews for those looking to enrich their life with an amazing experience While Antonio was phenomenal, not everyone is helpful or friendly at this hotel, and it is quite disappointing given it is considered a luxury five-star hotel! I don't think so, not with the tone or disposition, of the gentleman, i sure wish i asked for his name As far as i am concerned and in order to be a guest at a five star hotel, I would like to know i will be treated with a kind and friendly disposition, an arrogant and condescending attitude is totally unacceptable!! For that reason I would not recommend the hotel but do recommend that a welcoming and friendly disposition should be required of all employees, not just the servers at the restaurant bar!

We started off the evening in the bar to sample one of their speciality cocktails but it was a bit rushed and we didn’t get any accompaniments such as olives. The dining room looked lovely and the waiters and sommelier were very friendly. We both opted for the a la carte menu and chose the Dorset crab starter with almond soup, apple and fennel and a crispy tuile on top. It was accompanied by a little tart. While we waited we got an amuse bouche of little stuffed delicacies and bread and butter. All delicious. The presentation of the starter and how it was served to us by our waiters Oliver and his colleague was beautiful. The course was so tasty. We then chose the sea bass and stuffed courgette as our main course which turned out to be quite substantial. The fish was cooked to perfection in terms of it melting in your mouth but was a bit too peppery for me. In fact I would have said the main dish was a fraction too highly seasoned which overpowered the flavours of the fish and accompanying courgette. There was a little delicacy stuffed with crab too which was my favourite bit. However my husband loved the whole dish. For dessert I chose the chocolate soufflé with vanilla chantilly cream. Wow! It was one of the best soufflés I have ever had. Soufflés are my go to dessert if on the menu so I’ve had quite a lot! My husband opted for the strawberry dessert which was another exceptional course both in terms of presentation and taste. Finally there were petit fours - all lovely. We had chosen a great accompanying wine. However as so often is the case the serving of the wine and water started out well but as the restaurant got busier we had to wait more and more for replenishments. A bit disappointing in a restaurant that prides itself on its service and charges enough! As regards the atmosphere - again it started out well. The piano player was good and not too loud but the second half of our dining experience was rather spoilt by the discordant and very loud singing of the soloist. Her song choice was less of a problem than the key she was ‘singing’ in. We weren’t the only ones to complain about the level of noise being emitted. We were told she was not a regular singer used by the restaurant. Overall I would say it was a reasonably pleasant experience but once the restaurant got busy everything became a little frenetic.

You know what to expect from Ritz Carlton, and they ALWAYS Deliver! Service was exceptional and the tea and pastries were phenomenal. Afternoon Tea far exceeded my expectations, and is just another reason why I always return. You can't go wrong if you decided to come here. Highly Recommended!!!

Afternoon Tea at The Ritz has definitely been on my bucket list for a while and today I got to tick that off. The Ritz itself is, as I had imagined, beautiful. A feast for the eyes. The area where you eat Afternoon Tea is full of splendour and all the food was delicious and plentiful. All sandwiches & cakes were so tasty, with lots of different choices. Without us asking, we were offered extra sandwiches & scones at no extra charge. You could also have a choice of more than one kind of tea, so absolutely worth the money, but it’s not cheap at £84. Staff were very friendly and attentive. All in all I’m very happy I got to tick this off today 🤩🤩

It was my first trip to UK for holiday; and The Ritz Restaurant was one of the "must visit". Booking online was a little challenging for single diner; but after sending an email to the reservation team, the problem was quickly resolved and my table was confirmed. Thank you so much for the prompt response. The dining experience is nothing short of expectation. It's only when stepped into the place, you appreciate the ask for dress code. It does uplift the vibe of the place. As I arrived slightly early before the restaurant is ready to open its door; I was invited to have a seat at the lounge area and soon was invited to join for dinner. The restaurant is as beautiful as seen in picture. Service and food are great; served with great drama and fanfare for some of the dishes. Overall experience, superb. Even better than some of the 2 stars establishments I have tried in UK.

The wife and I enjoyed our Friday night dinner. The food was tasty and I was allowed to preorder a Halal lamb in advance. The kitchen made sure none of our food contained alcohol and advised us what dessert to have. All the dishes were delicious however the soufflé was okay nothing special. Friday night you get lovely entertainment which we enjoyed.

I have dined at the Ritz many times over the years and enjoyed the very best of service and food. Sadly last night was a completely different experience. The food was still excellent but the service fell far short of its own standards. We arrived at 19:15 for dinner and it started well. Food ordered and starters arrived promptly. We ordered the duck for two and after the expected wait (40 minutes quoted on the menu) it arrived. They then took the legs away to slow cook. Over an hour later they served the legs. So the time from ordering the duck to finishing the main course was 1.45 hours! I finally got our bill at 22:45, 3.5 hours after arriving. Diners coming in after us were done and dusted long before we were able to. Service was inattentive and slow and the lateness of leaving meant we had to wait 30 minutes to get a cab. Thankfully the door man went above and beyond to get a taxi. Had we been able to leave at a reasonable time say 22:15 we could have avoided the post theatre rush. Very disappointing.

Visually, the dining area and hotel is stunning. However, I had afternoon tea and was disappointed by the experience. I noticed our server never came to ask us how our food was and whether we wanted any trays refilled, which he did for other tables. We weren’t sure why he completely ignored our table, but this made us feel uncomfortable and I will not be returning. It looks like there are plenty of other afternoon tea spots in London with better service, food and experiences.

Old School charm with excellent service and fine cuisine. Dining at the Ritz is everything you will expect - a beautiful restaurant, attentive service and delicious food. The cuisine here is classic quality, not innovative or abstract like a Heston B restaurant. Gents are still expected to wear ties (they won't let you in without one) and sportswear / sneakers are not accepted either. No photos are allowed in the restaurant itself.

Incredible Xmas decorations in the lobby and the corridor leading up to the dining room. The decor in the main room - paintings, chandeliers, ornaments - was breathtaking and definitely lived up to the name of the venue. Service was impeccable - staff were knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Food was ornate - great for taking pictures - more dégustation, less a tummy filler But we’ll worth the experience. Lovely way to while away an afternoon. A treat, and a tick off the London bucketlist

The atmosphere itself is beautiful. There is a coat check where you can get a tie or suit jacket if you don’t come in wearing one for the men. To start with you need a reservation ahead of time to get a seat which we did a month in advance. The dessert that comes with the afternoon tea we’re not appetizing everything was lemon based we did not finish nor ask for seconds. The scones were pretty good along with the jam. The sandwiches were not bad we had seconds. We ordered a birthday cake ahead of time which was delicious hazelnut flavor. They also ask if you want banana or hazelnut loaf cake before you leave a slice for each, we got the hazelnut one it was okay, we had a bite and left the rest. The champagne is only a glass you pay extra for and not unlimited, which was fine. When it was time to go we were told we can only take the scones to go and the cake we paid for, which was strange because when we went to forum mason in the past we were able to take anything we wanted to go without any issue and we’re able to take extra. Honestly, if you want a great afternoon tea experience we suggest fortnum mason, it was amazing. The service was okay, we noticed the manager just sticking to three single females the entire time we were there and gave couples an attitude for asking photos and such. In all, it was okay nothing special for 250 pounds.

Absolutely magical experience at the ritz dining room. Having dined there before I strongly recommend you DONT take the tasting menu, as all the fun stuff (crepes Suzette flambéed at the table, beef wellington etc) is not part of even the 7 course tasting. Service wasn’t flawless but was very very good, absolutely loved the langoustine and beef wellington (it’s too big to finish). Crepes Suzette is a MUST order for dessert, and they even gave us complimentary birthday cakes. The room is stunning, and the crowd is very mixed. Remember there is a dress code for gentlemen. Perfect for a special occasion, would absolutely return.

One of the best places Iv ever eaten in London! Service was 10/10 from start to finish every member of staff could not be more pleasant or happy to help. The restaurant and bar was amazing. Live music while you eat that was loud enough that you could enjoy it but not overpowering. Food absolutely top class from starters - having the waiter cut and serve the beef wellington - an amazing desert. The food is unrivalled. The Ritz truly lived up to its reputation. P.s. the lady violinist that took the time to talk to my 6 year old daughter on FaceTime, and even played another song even though they had clearly finished - I will remember that for ever, thank you 🙏

We celebrated a special occasion for lunch at the Ritz ,the hotel and the dining room is one of it's kind and is a visual treat, the service is second to none and has been top draw throughout;now the food 2 canape of goats cheese and foiegras were both delight to eat and very well executed the goats cheese canape best of both ;wife's starter of cured salmon again vibrant and well flavoured ;my sea bass with lemon and beans was good but I thought it could have been more exciting on texture and flavour ;my mains of lamb was the weakest dish of the menu, basil puree the stand out element on the plate ;partners halibut was outstanding;dessert of souffle and chocolate were both delight to eat;petit fours was good but lack the depth of textures and flavours; bread was the finest you can get with a well formed crust and texture it was a delight to eat; overall it was a special experience with great food and fantastic service; Will definitely return and thanks to the great team

Dine at the Ritz is an amazing experience. The entire place is beautiful, especially at Christmas time. The food is excellent, the quality is extremely high and the service is superb. The staff is extremely professional. The crêpe is delicious and the show to make it was great! Note: check the dress code info on the confirmation email before to go.

4 star rating relative to Michelin starred restaurants. Obviously the food is splendid and the atmosphere is unique old school England. Great for a special occasion. We loved the langoustine appetizer, spectacular in a delicious creamy sauce. The duck was wonderful, with an exquisite shimmering sauce, just like it should be. My wife had the veal, which would have been better if more rare. For dessert we shared the banana souffle, sans chocolate sauce-- against the advice from the waiter. But it was delicious. Great place for old school charm, without the old school cooking.

Came here for a business celebration with my partner and we couldn’t be happier. Exquisite service and some of the tastiest food we have ever eaten. The singing and piano entertainers were fantastic also, and the waiting staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Will certainly be coming again soon for the Live at the Ritz night.

Lovely experience and really good value for lunch! The steak tartare starter was very tasty and beautifully presented. From mains, the pork was definitely the winner. Overall, the apricot soufflé dessert was definitely the star - I would come back just for that. As expected, amazing wine list, beautiful room and impeccable service.

Well what can I say? From being greeted like old friends outside, the young lad by the Christmas tree who offered to help us until we left we felt like family. A truly outstanding experience. After a slight hiccup with the menu cards, everything flowed beautifully. The service was friendly, yet professional, and most importantly, the food was amazing! Yes, as a typical bloke the portions looked small, but by jove, I was so full. Recommend? 100%

Of course the live at the Ritz was a fabulous experience like no other. To be able to dance and see dancing shows is amazing. And the food was overall very good. I went for the 5 courses and the last course, the Mont Blanc, you can see its picture, was extremely sweet. It didn’t affect me not giving 5 stars but it could be better.

We had booked the Ritz for Afternoon Tea from June last year for my mother in laws 70th Birthday. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. My mother in law had worked in hospitality for over 40 years and said it was the worst service she had ever experienced. Nowhere on the booking or confirmation emails did it mention to arrive before your booking time. So by the time we had gotten ourselves settled (again we have a 15 month old) everything was brought out in a rush. We barely had time to eat our sandwiches and the staff were already bring out the scones, and the birthday cake that was part of our afternoon tea. The birthday cake was served in a joint service while the harpist played happy birthday. It was all a bit sudden and out of the blue. While the cake was being served the waiter made things awkward asking us if we wanted the cake cut, or if we wanted to take it home. At that point we were totally overwhelmed and we asked for the cake to be cut so we could have a slice. Rookie mistake. There was sooooo many desserts you couldn't stomach more than a bite of things. On top of that the waiter tried to take the cake before my mother in law could blow out the candle. We had to ask the waiter to give us a few minutes before he took it away. I have seen other reviews of the staff offering more sandwiches which we never had the opportunity to enjoy. As soon as plates were emptied they were taken away without an offer of more. All of a sudden around 1hr30 after our reservation began the restaurant started to empty and they were trying to wrap up the "session". At this point our LG had fallen asleep in my husbands arms (planning a reservation a year I'm advance around a baby's sleep schedule didn't really work out) and the staff hadn't offered for our buggy to be brought to us so my husband could enjoy the very expensive meal we were having. Despite the fact that buggies were supposedly not allowed in the restaurant as we were leaving and the next set of reservations coming in, there was another couple with a buggy being allowed into the restaurant. A kick in the teeth for my husband who couldn't enjoy a meal we'd booked over a year in advance. There was no tact when the waiters brought us the bill. The bill was given to my husband while he had our sleeping LG in his arms. Food was nice but service was atrocious. Save yourself the money and bad attitude and go and have Afternoon Tea at The Langham Hotel instead. Don't believe the generic heartless response that The Ritz team have left on this review. A further disappointment to how they're dealing with their customers.

In spite of being in London for quite some years , I avoided the Ritz , for fear such a classic , and a classy venue would disappoint. I am glad I eventually (with some persuasion) did go . It was a very pleasant experience from all aspects . Food, service, ambiance (the pianist was amazing ) . It was a nice evening spent in the rich history of the venue.

Exceptional. The hotel is so cosy and beautifully decorated, cocktails in the bar were very nice (although service was a tad slow as very busy), and the food was perfect. Pianist and singer came out about 7.30 which was also great. We had the Beef Wellington for 2 which was cooked beautifully and cut at the table, couldn't fault it. Obviously the whole thing was a tad pricey, but for the next special occasion I'll be heading back with no doubt.

This was a special treat whilst in London and it didn’t disappoint. The prices are not too high when you consider this is the Ritz, but the food is exquisite, as is the ambience. The staff were excellent, knowledgeable and professional, yet with a great sense of humour too! Highly recommended. I had the beef tartare and the lamb - definitely worth a try! They also provided us with a small birthday cake which they wrapped for us to take away, together with a card. Just a lovely touch.

What an experience! The service is second to none. From dropping the car at the door all the way to being seated at the table the treatment was impeccable! This place was everything and more than we wished for. Since we stepped into the restaurant we were welcomed with great warmth. The service, food and the entertainment was top notch! We had lovely Davide, Alina and Luca looking after us and making us feel special. We visited The Ritz Restaurant due to a celebration and we we presented with a celebratory cake at the end of our night which even made our evening extra special. The entertainment started with a piano performance followed up by a lovely male singer whom had a soothing voice that you could sit down and listen all night long. We would like to thank you for making our day an unforgettable and splendid experience.

What a room!!!! This is the room where Lady Edith (Downton Abbey) was proposed...food is very British and refined. This was everything you would have imagined it to be. The service was impeccable. Great selection of canapés and the Beef Wellington was superb, it was large enough to be shared between two people. The grandeur of the baroque interiors really makes you feel like you are dining in a palace.

The Ritz Restaurant in London is an exquisite culinary haven. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was elegant, and the service impeccable. The menu was a delightful journey of gourmet flavors, and each dish was a masterpiece. A truly memorable dining experience, leaving me in awe of the culinary expertise at The Ritz.

I enjoyed very late afternoon tea. The dress code is quite strict, if you are a gentleman, you should wear tie and jacket for gentlemen. No jean allowed. If you don't wear a shirt and tie, you can borrow them at cloak. The ambience was so fabulous and the service is sublime. The classical menu is afternoon tea set menu with tea. You may enjoy champagne set menu with top up of 19 pounds. You might start from sandwiches which are refilled as you want. Then you can enjoy scone and pastires accordingly. If you want to experience very authentic and luxurious afternoon tea, then you should visit here.

The Ritz Dining Experience Vouchers Don't Buy Them! We have been given vouchers for a Rtiz Dinning Experience as presents for the last three years. The booking experience is awful and so stressful that it takes all the shine off the present. Extremely limited availability, Ritz staff that really do not care, hide behind an online booking system that repeatedly delivers the availability bad news. We have now told all our family that we would prefer not to receive these vouchers, so embarrassing for us and for them.. The Ritz simply don't deserve the business.

So often with these michelin-starred restaurants, your expectations can exceed the reality and you are left disappointed. But the Ritz certainly did not disappoint. We arrived at 2, which was past the time allowed to order the tasting menu, so we opted for the three course lunch menu. The salmon and scallops were delectable. The beef Wellington was executed brilliantly although the pastry could have been crisper. The duck was delicious and the desserts were equally great. Service was impeccable although the atmosphere was rather quiet.

Located at the far end of the long opulent corridor on the right of concierge. The warm greeting and jackets sent to the clock room. Sat in the middle of the restaurant in a table for two facing the exterior. Not a great view as it was that of a Christmas tree and the green park tube stop sign. The interior was very Neo renaissance. Golden Statues at one end, amazing light deco and pink floral carpets. The amouse bouche was ok- the duck was good but the other average. Bread was pretty standard and so the butter. Had the lunch three course for £85, selection of three starters and mains and two deserts. The starters were very good. Trout piece was fresh with segments of grapefruit and orange but more of a summer dish then a winter dish. Pate was very good- looked like a meat sandwich on its side, rich with an accompaniment of toasted bread Lamb was good, looked pink but tasted overdone as was kept warm before serving. The accompanying mint puree was excellent as was the base sauce. Turbot again overdone- kept warm again, two rich sauces which was both amazing but on the extremely Salty side. The Banana souffle was amazing, one of the best soufflés I’ve ever had. The other desert of lemon with a jelly film on the top was average, too tart and too sweet. Was generally a nice amount of diners from 1300-1345 then it got too busy after that. Service was attentive but not too formal. Good balance.

Traditional British tea time - just as you expect it. Beautifully presented, great staff. The cakes were the only not so perfect thing, mainly sweet without a lot of flavour. We loved it nonetheless.

I took my girlfriend as a surprise for her birthday today and I can honestly say it was the best dining experience we've ever had. We had the 3 course lunch which is actually cheaper than you'd expect for The Ritz (roughly £50 each) and it blew us away. From the moment you enter until you leave, all of the staff were so friendly and polite and the dining area is spacious and comfortable. You can have personalised cakes made if you email before, so I ordered one for my girlfriend which I'd recommend doing if you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary etc. Going to The Ritz at lunch is something everyone should experience, and we're already planning on going again at Christmas with my family! Thanks to all of the staff - you gave us such an amazing day to remember!

It had been an ambition to eat at the Ritz for some time. Arriving early we had a drink in the Rivoli bar. Fabulous cocktails, décor and atmosphere. Our meal in the restaurant was fantastic with the intensity of some of the flavours being unbelievable. With the quality of the food and wine thought the cost was very reasonable. Looking forward to going back again in the future.

Visited the restaurant for dinner a few days ago as part of Virgin Experience package As one of our party was shielding we decided to travel by car and park in the nearby underground car park which worked perfectly. As it was raining we needed to use raincoats. 1) Pre dinner drinks were served in the bar which was borderline socially distance. ..and not particularly salubrious 2) The drinks and food menus were supplied by QR code ..understandable but quite inconvenient. A disposable printed menu was offered but the small spidery print was not too legible in the subdued lighting 3) As the cloak rooms were closed due to Covid we were encumbered by wet coats all evening and our request for a spare chair at the spacious table was rejected by the head waiter. 4) It was difficult to understand the waiters because of their masks and rapidity at which they spoke 5) Despite the vast numbers of waiters not many of them seemed to be attentive. 6) The selection on the menu was poor. Few items. A preponderance of basic fish with no chance to upgrade the starter course 7) most of our chosen food was considered tasty with the exception of the duck main course which was absolutely tasteless without the accompanying sauce. Generally speaking a disappointing experience I spoke to a member of the Ritz staff the following day and a response was promised. So far no action. I cannot recommend the restaurant

THE best food (we had the duck pate, beef and chocolate souffle. The band added to the ambience and the staff (Jacamo) were fantastic. One of the best nights ever! Thank you The Ritz for making us so welcome! Xx

The food was sublime. There is a reason The Ritz is so sought after and I can see why. The staff were ever so helpful and friendly - I had three children with me and they really helped and assisted throughout the dining experience. Thank you!

We stay at the Ritz and have birthday dinner at the restaurant, although the food was very good and exquisite I could not say the same about the service. The Ritz takes pride at their service and I was really surprised that was not the case. Besides the kinda poor service in the dinning room we found out that our bill had few items we did not consumed. When asked they were rather rude and they said they would "investigate", no even trying to apologize or say at least polite sorry, it was in rather rude tone"misstakes happend" and "we would investigate". First one would not thing that checking your bill would be needed in a restaurant like this and second the respond was unpleasant and very unexpected at "The Ritz".

Nothing bad to say about this place, staff are perfect, food is immaculate. Chef's accommodated for all my allergies (I have a lot) without any issues. The chef's had the challenge of cooking me the best chicken and chips ever (due to my allergies) and they definitely delivered.

Wonderful in every way. Very much underrated as it should have at least 2 Michelin Stars ... far better than Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester.

What can I say about the dining experience at the Ritz that hasn’t been said already… We expected grand things and somehow they managed to overdeliver on these high expectations. Everything was exquisite from the moment we stepped through the door. We visited for lunch on my birthday and it really did make the day feel extra special. Magical!
