Besides staff helping tourists, there is a very good gift shop and a very helpful bus information counter. A good street-map is available, as well as many brochures.

This is a great visitor information Centre and gift shop. Prices are reasonable and in some cases, cheaper than some markets in town. Not only can you get nice gifts and books from Belfast. But you can also buy tickets for the buses and trains, and get information on public transport, as well as information on Belfast.

I called at 17.12 and tried to pay cash fir a present for my wife. The nice chap behind the desk said card only before I asked but went away to check. Head Honcho standing 10ft away decreed exact amount only. I lost all my cards yesterday and wanted to pay in euros. I bet ur ahead of me here so you know they do not accept euro. Strange thing is for a tourist office they are also closed Sunday. I bet Head Honcho is first out the door when they close tonight at 5.30. State jobs are great you always get paid win lose or draw.

The staff here are really knowledgable, helpful and full of ideas for one and two day itineraries in and around Belfast. The welcome centre also offers left luggage for £4.

This is probably the most classy tourist hub I have seen so far. It's actually more than a tourist hub - its a portal to life in the city of Belfast. You can get information on basically everything you want to know and experience about Belfast - from accommodation, transport, recreation, souvenirs and memorabilia, etc. I was very impressed by the wide variety and selection of souvenirs here - all reminiscent of Northern Ireland and Belfast in particular. Many of them contain allusions to Game of Thrones. The location is ideal, as it is right in the heart of the city centre. I bought a fridge magnet souvenir, which I really like. The prices are reasonable, and all the items seem to be of good quality. The store attendants were very polite to me and made me feel welcome in there.

Visiting Belfast and walking through the town was fascinating. My husband and I got to see the city hall and take the black taxi tour with Billy as he explained the history of Belfast. It was a sad to see all the people who loss their life but to see the people there keep the memories alive of the ones who did stand up to injustice was very intriguing and overwhelming to know that these people have to go through so much in their own town. Can't wait to look up the history of it when I get home. If you are a history buff or a traveler this is definitely worth visiting.

Staff lovely , dont have to wait long in the que as there is a fair staff presence. Lots of local products and items. A must for any visitor to Belfast. Especially if your planning a day trip. There is much to offer here. Would be good to see a cafe here or even more sitting space will just put that out there to dry.

We took a tour by bus. Unfortunately the busdriver couldn't enter a specific part where some murals are due to a local parade which took place at that specific time. The tour gave some insight of Belfasts history

First time in Belfast and I must say the Irish people are fab they are helpful and smiley and full of fun. However the litter on the streets really let the city down just like in most cities including little old England. Why can't folk take there mess home or use the bins provided take pride in your city it is a beautiful historic place. The bus system really works if you are near the city but if you are out near to Ravensdale Road then they are very limited and on a weekend non existent.

As info/visitor centres go, this is the best I've been in. Lots of interactive screens for information as well as books, leaflets and humans to talk to. Very helpful. Attraction tickets can be bought here, as well as souvenirs. Wonderfully laid out, bright and airy. You don't get pestered by floor staff, just a happy hello when you go in. Pleasure to visit. If unsure of Belfast, get yourself in for inside info n tips.

Forget about it. Waste of time. No public toilets in town centre safe to use ie drug users. Any toilets in stores are on upper floors, except Mc Donald's. Even this is hard to access with a rollater. Hard to get parking.

Lived here for 40 years, so much history to see and explore, a lot of really fun activities for families, plenty of great nightlife to suit any taste. Belfast has changed so much in the last number of years and really is becoming a lively and vibrant city. There's a little something for all tastes to see and do here.

Belfast what can I say, well it's just fantastic the place has loads of things to see and do I would highly recommend this city I always feel safe and the people are amazingly friendly.even if you bring a long the kids still loads to see like the Titanic museum or the Zoo which is great. Restaurants and bars are really good too, and there's loads of them so don't just go off my review come and see for yourself it's a fantastic thriving city and I just love it.

The staff here were super friendly, helpful and approachable. I got the exact info I needed and they were able to help me find the train tickets I needed with printed schedule so I could finish planning my trip. I would highly recommend stopping by here to make your trip to northern Ireland perfect

  • 1/5 Joanne B. 4 years ago on Google
Would not recommend here to buy tickets that are in conjunction with ticketmaster. You will be charged extra fees that you are unaware of and seemingly the staff member serving are not even clear what the charges are for and handed back £2 refund which still did not add up. The staff member was rude and very unhelpful.
