Staff were very efficient and despite the high volumes of tourists and visitors there eas a minimal wait for service. The staff were extremely knowledgeable about all local landmark areas and all transport to access them. Nothing was too much trouble and all information given was concise and very helpful.

Very busy, popped into the gallery in St Peters lane , Clarendon some great art on sale, well worth a visit, the city is very busy , considering the proposed gov restrictions.

Great day out in Liverpool. On a ferry across the Mersey Educational & fun Had a drink on board Fantastic views of Liverpool then onto the Albert Dock to have a bite to eat, do some shopping at the gift shops. plenty to see & do ALL the time in Liverpool. Highly Recommended Next time it's the Beatles Tour for me ❤️

Just back from my daughter's hen party weekend and just feel I have to say thank you to the wonderful people of Liverpool for the great experience we had. Hotel, bar, activity, security staff was all so friendly and helpful. But most of all weekend want to thank the taxi driver's we used. So entertaining and funny. We didn't feel as if we was being ripped of...as you sometimes expect being tourists. Thank you LIVERPOOL

These guys are really helpful and really nice Plus if you need a wee but can't hold it till you get to the maccies there is a public toilet attached too

The staff on duty on in the afternoon early evening Friday the 11th were fantastic made our first visit to Liverpool brilliant with the suggestion top team!! Liverpool is fantastic friendly full of culture and fun! We will be back definitely

Didn't get anyone's name but I was in there around 4.30pm on July 21st and the staff were lovely to me during a meltdown, it was great to have a space I could sit and relax for a minute and I hope these reviews get passed on because you did a great job helping me feel better❣️

The lady on the desk was absolutely lovely and very helpful.We happened to be in there whilst there was a thunderstorm.She gave my sister and I umbrellas to keep once the storm had died down.Can’t thank them enough

I emailed tourist office for a street map. Mark replied and without any delay or fuss it was sent to me plus some other details. That is what I call first class service. So well done. Many could learn from that.

This tour went to several beautiful places in the Netherlands. The windmills portion of the tour was my favorite. But, the tour was tightly scheduled and there were several places we went that I wish I could have spent more time. Overall, I highly suggest this tour.

JUST SPENT THE WEEKEND IN LIVERPOOL- WAS DISGUSTED WITH THE TOURIST INFO- THE BEATLES STORY VENUE HAS MOVED FROM MERSEY FERRIES BUILDING TO ROYAL ALBERT DOCK BUT NO INFO-STILL SIGNS LEADING TO OLD VENUE- NO INFO THAT THE BRITISH MUSIC EXHIBITION IN CUNARD BUILDING CLOSED ON MONDAYS!!! ALL THROUGH THE WEEKEND WE WERE PESTERED BY PEOPLE BOTH MALE & FEMALE BEGGING FOR MONEY, FOOD, DRINKS- OK OCCASIONALLY WE HELPED WITH BUYING FOOD & SOME MONETARY DONATIONS BUT STRUGGLED FINALLY WITH THE CONSTANT BEGGING- NEVER SEEN SO MANY IN UK, SURELY SOMETHING COULD BE DONE TO CONTROL THIS? VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE CITY, THE HOTEL STANDARD ETC- DEFINATELY WOULD NOT RETURN TO OR RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS A LIVERPOOL VISIT!!!

I have just visited Liverpool , I could not find the Tourist information centre, even people I asked and taxi drivers didn't know where it was.
