A very beautiful building with a lovely peaceful courtyard just off the main white sands area by the river... it is peaceful and well designed and the staff are always very welcoming and friendly... there is lots of information about all the many events that are going on in the area both cultural and sporting and also the many places to stay in this beautiful countryside. One is able to pick up many brochures and leaflets and obtain information from the staff and also one can purchase ice cream and gift items. Well worth a visit

Great tourist area with many tourist options and places of interest. If the weather had been better could have been 5 star!!

A particularly good Tourist Information centre with a good gift shop and lots of really informative leaflets and helpful staff. Even locals would get a lot out of a visit I'm sure.

All you need. Helpful interactive friendly and a good sense of humour the young lady had. I was there in February 18 and I have to say all tourist information places I've ever been have been excellent. First one in Scotland and I must say the best presented one I've come across.

Fantastic information centre with a brilliant selection of locally sourced souvenirs! The staff were very knowledgeable about the area, events happening in the area for families with additional needs due to disability and health requirements.

Grabbed a parking disc on a day visit. Very helpful staff. Thank you.

Only took card payments. I only had cash....I know...how quaint!

Staff either not trained enough or simply with personality unsuited for the job. Interacted with two different ppl. Neither was exactly talkative.

The young ladies were very helpful!
