A day well spent is a everlasting memory in our busy life. The best day outing for a family, couples, friends, singles. This is the place for those who likes the crowd. Pebbles here resembles like necklace of the shore. The sight of flying seagulls, the warmth of direct sun and the chillness of the soaring waves feels like a paradise on earth. Brighton Palace Pier a great amusement park for kids and adults, interestingly this heavy rides were setup inside the sea.

Loved it one of the best piers we've been on! Even though the weather was being very British, it made it even more fun and memorable. We love Brighton. Something for everyone. The arcades were great fun and really well maintained.

The pier is iconic. Full of arcade games, souvenir shops and fast food places, it's fun to just wander through. We went in the winter but it was still fun to check it out. Has great views of the city also.

First time to Brighton and it didn't disappoint. Loved the pebble beach and the Pier. Having 2 kids it kept them busy and they enjoyed themselves. Good food options by the beach and also as it is near to the city centre you have loads of food options there. The Pier has great little stands for food, great views and options of rides and arcades (very addictive). Had a fab day out here with the family !!!

Yesterday we saw the most epic sunset and the biggest and most epic starling mermeration from the pier. The pier is free to enter, opens 11am to 5pm on winter weekdays. There are many types of amusements and food and beverage options.

Lovely experience especially when it's getting dark. The lights look fabulous as you can see both left and right all the way along the seaside. I loved Brighton and would highly recommend that it's well worth a visit. If you have kids they will love it as there is a fairground at the end of the pier and many other things to do and see. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great for kids and adults alike. There are a few rides to keep everyone entertained for a good few hours. I loved the vibe and even though we went on a Saturday were the weather was great, we didn't need to stand in queues for too long to get on any ride. Kids had lots of fun so we'll definitely be back.

Brighton Beach is a very long beach filled with pebbles. It's lovely and beautiful with lots to do. There is an abundance of things to do on the beach. Aerobics, Zip line, Table Tennis, surfing, Trampolines, kids park. It has the wonderful pier. There's a large set of eateries in the place where you can have some quick bites or you can get some fish & chip, noodles, rice, etc. It's a home to fairground rides.

Great for youngsters. Good fun park. Probably worthwhile buying the full ticket, some £27 worth if you're doing 4+ rides.

We were there just 2 days ago on an amazing sunny day. Wonderful entertainment place for children and a bit for adults. The place is filled with virtual and physically playing games and lotteries. It's more than a normal gaming arcade. I would suggest leaving your kids there with 10 pounds each and relaxing and enjoying your drinks just outside with a beach view. 🥂🍻. But this is a non-smoking area. Enjoy the last sunny week of this year.

Mind blowing is the least I can say.. Never seen anything like this before. A great place for any one visiting Brighton, a best tourist spot.. water under to sweep you of your feet, the blue heavenly skies above with the lively view of the seagulls. The view of Brighton City to enthrall you behind and the amazing restaurants, games and view points for the family and children.. A must visit when you visit Brighton. Some views from the Pier..

Just beautiful ...even if you don't go to any games or attractions...it offers a beautiful sea view and you can use sea chairs left for the public to sit and enjoy some sunshine too. Many spots offered to seat and eat food you can buy to the food and drinks stalls.

The kids loved it. It's an amazing spot for photos. Most of the food stalls are seasonal so were closed (1st week in November) which is a pity because the weather was fantastic and people were out. The tour bus was also closed for winter. I think these companies should rethink their winter schedule or at least have an AM tour and a PM tour running while the weather is good. There was a film crew filming under the pier one of the days which attracted quite a large crowd, rumours of Kevin Hart and Rihanna, but we're Irish and don't fuss over celebrities, we left them to it!

Nice amusement park for a day out. You have a mix you around 10-15 rides with varied levels of difficulty. But don’t expect anything comparable to Universal studios (Singapore). Best part is it’s on the beach, so you can have good time if it’s a sunny weather.

Nice and spacious seaside pier. Entry is free and they have various areas selling food at the front and some snacks further in. There are arcades and a small funfair if you go further in. Saw a pretty restaurant right near to the end as well. Suitable for all ages and recommended. It was a bit rainy and overcast on the day so did not see any sunset but was still lovely.

This is the best place to visit for a nice sea side vacation. Enjoyed my visit here two summers. Such a beautiful view with plenty of things to do on the Pier. So many nice food places around the Brighton pier. Definitely worth the visit if you are looking for a fun and peaceful vacation.

Great place. There is something for everyone. Especially for kids. Other than out door rides there are indoor fun games, including to try your luck to bag 500 quids and go back with your pockets empty! There are lot to do here , food, roam around and have fun. But make sure not to drop your mobile, it may go straight down to the depths of the sea :-D

Free admission and always worth strolling along. A large amusement arcade with free toilets (including an accessible toilet) for those who wish to spend a few pennies or to just have a pee. Decent fish and chip restaurant halfway along; not especially cheap but a great view. More free toilets towards the end of the pier, plus fairground rides and another amusement arcade/cafe, and a pub.

I had a fun time on the rides. The rides are expensive you pay at a kisok and you can either get a wrist band which cost £27 per adult and it can be used to go on all the rides for as much as you want for a day. Or you pay per ride for per person and they are about 4.50 to 5. There is a mix of children rides and adult rides. I would not recommend the haunted House. Not scary or jumpy at all. Jumps seemed to be delayed.

I didn't ride too many of them as I consider myself a bit of a weakling . But my husband did and he described the booster ride as of one of his best rides so far. I think there is a mix of rides for all age group. So I do recommend on taking a full day pass if you enjoy rides.

If you get lovely weather, which I did, it is the best place to be. Pier is clean and almost full of people out to enjoy the sun and sea breeze. Pair that with a cold pint and an original fish and chips (best in town) and you're golden. Love to come here on a hot summer day. Cheers!🍻

A wonderful Victorian pier with all the expected attractions (rides, arcades, shops etc). The rides are great with varying levels of thrill so all ages can enjoy. It's not cheap, but the wristbands are worth the money. My children milked this.

Brighton, Brighton, Brighton… Where do I start? Brighton is a very vibrant and (on warmer days) a bustling city. Home to the biggest attraction in the South East of England, this attraction-filled place often has a lot of visitors. The beach there is wonderful. Although there are rocks on the shore, as you begin to swim further into the sea you will find sand that is a lot less painful to tread on. The pier is usually quite busy due to the number of food and souvenir shops as well as the rides and arcades that are located there. The pier is a perfect spot to take nice pictures or to simply admire the view of the coast. However, do be wary of the gaps between the wooden planks as many people do end up losing items on a daily basis. There is also a town centre that is a mere five minute walk away from the pier. At the town centre you may spot numerous art galleries, the town hall and some clothing stores. The roads there are decorated nicely and will most definitely catch your eye. The size of the small roads will give you a charming ‘small town’ vibe and there is nothing not to love about Brighton. The ONLY issue is that there is a lack of available parking on hot days-unless you’re willing to pay a high price for the parking lots.

Absolutely fantastic pier! Great funfair, and the amusement arcades are brilliant, I loved that I found a couple of decent pinball tables to play, which are becoming fairly rare these days! There is a fantastic fish and chip restaurant on here which is well worth a visit from what I remember!

Visited April 16, 2019: I hadn't been to many piers, but this was my first one, and it was just an enjoyable time! Again, the rainy day made the atmosphere a bit glum, but the pier certainly kept its high energy and spirits. Fun all around, but also a nice place for a walk, keeping the entertainment close at hand if you ever need a reason to play to your heart's content; there's one for kids and grown-ups alike. And as with any pier, the view looking back towards the city and the shore is always wonderful.

Brighton Pier is an absolute blast, and the arcade is the cherry on top of an already delightful experience. From the moment you step onto the pier, you're greeted by a kaleidoscope of sights, sounds, and smells that evoke a sense of nostalgic fun and excitement. The arcade is a treasure trove of entertainment, with rows upon rows of classic and modern games that cater to players of all ages and skill levels. Whether you're a pinball wizard, a racing game aficionado, or a fan of classic arcade games like Pac-Man and Space Invaders, there's something here to tickle your fancy. What makes the arcade at Brighton Pier stand out is its lively atmosphere and sense of camaraderie. As you navigate through the rows of flashing lights and ringing bells, you'll find yourself surrounded by fellow gamers who share your passion for fun and competition. Whether you're playing solo or challenging friends and family to a friendly game, the arcade is a place where memories are made and laughter is abundant. But the fun doesn't stop at the arcade – Brighton Pier offers a plethora of other attractions and activities to enjoy, from thrilling rides and amusement park games to delicious food and stunning ocean views. Whether you're taking a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk, indulging in some tasty fish and chips, or braving the heights on the pier's iconic rides, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Overall, Brighton Pier is a must-visit destination for anyone looking to have a good time and create lasting memories. With its lively atmosphere, diverse range of attractions, and of course, the fantastic arcade, it's the perfect place to let loose, have fun, and embrace your inner child.

Took a 50 minute walk from the Lagoon to the Palace pier. I rarely visit considering I live in Brighton/Hove for 15 years. Always a pleasant walk and nostalgic from when visiting when I was kid. The amusements the rides are pretty old school which is cool! A classic pier you wouldn’t want to change too much! 50 minutes back and I had smashed my ring… my fitness ring! I’ll aim to do this more regularly in future.

My first visit to a pier was during a class trip to Brighton Pier. Walking along the pier with classmates provided a neutral but pleasant experience. Exploring the area, trying the traditional food, and observing the surroundings offered a glimpse into the typical pier setting. Overall, it was an ordinary yet noteworthy introduction to the seaside pier environment

Got the wristband option. Not many rides for the price. Parking is also limited in this area and hard to find if you get here in the afternoon. Good for a day trip if you've exhausted all other options. Overall, kids had a good time.

  • 5/5 Jo B. 1 year ago on Google
We went during the colder weather but it was still fun. The arcade is huge but tightly packed so navigating past all the prams and people can be a challenge, prepare to be in the way a LOT, having said that my 9 year old didn't notice and could have put pennies in the machines all day! We had pizza and a beer on the pier which was really nice.

A fun place to take the family. Free to walk through the arcade and around the amusements, and playing the coin machines are extremely cheap, which is a plus. The free walk around will give you a chance to get a sense for what’s on offer, which is mostly something for younger kids, but worth checking out if you’re a tourist in Brighton.

  • 4/5 Himansu Patel (. 2 years ago on Google
Its worth getting the white wristband if you plan to go on 5 or more rides, otherwise opt of the card. The rides were good but very short. Some had a requirement of fulfilling exact number of riders or seats before the ride took place. Good for kids. Towards the evening and closing time, there are less people so it's easier to go onto the rides again and again.

  • 5/5 Haritha R. 9 months ago on Google
What a thriller! This place was unbelievable. They have built an amusement park into the sea! And the rides were too good. The view itself was spectacular. Some rides turned you upside down so it was the sea up and sky down. Crazy fun!

This is a little iconic place even all the rides - such a vintage little pier - For such small and a short rides, it has quite a surprising punch and speed. This place definitely delivers a good thrill. Make sure you protect your head and neck on some things, as the speed and sharp angles might move you about a lot. Might need a chiropractor after but sure look, it’s good fun. Been here a few years back and remember all these rides. Reminded me of the Santa Monica pier in LA California. Great little place to visit and great little place to thrill seek. Nothing opens when it rains so if you’re hoping to jump on when it’s damp not a chance. I wouldn’t recommend the fish and chips on this pier definitely not 😬 definitely more hyped up then what they taste like. So much more amazing places to eat

Fun for all the family. Prices have increased since my last visit many years ago so not great value but worth a visit anyway. Two arcades onsite which is worth a visit. They don't charge for entry but for each ride. You can buy a multiple trip band which could be better value.

Had a wonderful day with kids. The pier is very long and full of fun. Kids enjoyed the rides. The choice for pay per rides or pay for the day band is amazing. It's very charming to sit and look into the sea and sky as a cool breeze won't let me think anything else. It was busy over there, but it didn't take long in queue for the rides might be different for very busy days.

Absolutely awesome. So much to do here for kids and adults alike. Rides, food, amusement park, candy floss, candy rock, souvenirs, fish & chips, face painting, train rides trampolines and much more! You could spend a whole week here straight! All ths people I met here were super friendly!

  • 4/5 Gus 2 years ago on Google
A great day out to the coast. Very busy and though crowded town wise, shame some people have no idea of covid rules as I had noted far too many of them not wearing masks at all in the arcade games rooms. Other than that I had no problems with getting around with a walkingstick, though didn't venture onto the beach. A lot has changed since my last time there. It was good to see an artist friend who drew a pastel picture of me whilst sipping on a ice cold cola. Brighton has always been a popular and busy city so today was an eye opener on just how busy it can be with autumn just around the corner.

One of the best piers in the south but ride prices are very high for what you get. Thorpe park is literally cheaper and 10x as good. The only one worth it’s price is the Booster however it always seems to be closed.

We got the wristbands for the kids, booked online before we went so we saved a few £s. So much better than paying per ride as they can keep going all day, only downside was the windy weather which closed a lot of the rides.

  • 3/5 Abhishek K. 1 year ago on Google
The rides are good fun if you are with your kids and family as I believe they were not at their full intensity. Please see the weather conditions before going as most of the rides will be closed due to wind and bad weather conditions.

Great pier compared to others locally. The pier has got so much going on and a large variety of sweets, amusements, rides and business stalls. I would have liked to have felt a lot more of a theme going through the pier. It is well over due a refresh and liven up but is still very popular and is very busy

  • 4/5 Lucia B. 1 year ago on Google
If you have kids older or younger and are not scared of any rides than getting wrist band is way to go but individually priced rides I thought were quite expensive. Also my daughter is only 9 years old but really tall and she was struggling to go on rides as the one she wanted to go on she was told she was to tall but she found most of the big ones to scary.

  • 4/5 Robert W. 1 year ago on Google
Lovely place I always visit when we're in Brighton! Decent selection of rides, for the price; and, in the sunset, looks really beautiful. Really could use a lick of paint, on the roller coasters especially. Turbo is fun, but expect a rough experience. Highly recommend Air Race, if you like thrills - surprisingly intense and fun experience. The haunted house ran really limited trains (2, it seemed) meaning the queue was insanely long and slow.

Rides are great but the staff are the most miserable bunch of people I've ever came across. The pier needs more variety of food instead of hotdogs/chips/donuts.

  • 5/5 Luis V. 1 year ago on Google
Undoubtedly, such a funny place. The single ride is a little bit expensive, but you can get a whole day rocks if you are going to stay there for a long. There are great views to the beach, the city and the promenade from there, and the location in the pier makes this decadent place so charming.

Good beach for a day trip form London. The pier has some shops and food stalls. Will be a great spot to hang around with kids as it has some rides on the pier. Good fish and chips shops, pastry shops are around.

  • 3/5 Levi M. 1 year ago on Google
Not much on the pier, could do with a revamp with something to actually draw domestic tourists and locals - some tired old fair rides and slot machines, ice creams etc. Stuck in the 80’s - and not in a nice nostalgic way, but a worn out tired way. Disappointing the council haven’t put some money into sprucing it up or encouraging some more diverse commercial opportunities, particularly as so many people have had to holiday within the UK during Covid and will continue to do so for a while thanks to cost of living increases, feels like a missed opportunity. Nice to go see and take a cliche photo of, but better off spending your time in the lanes or waking along the seafront.

Its one of the best piers in the UK, has everything you'd want, arcades, resturant, bat, indoor soft play, funfair BUT the best thing on this pier you can watch strings murmurate which is one of nature's wonders.

Excellent views a great deal of time can be spent here looking around and enjoying the sights of the sea and beach. Lots of things here to also keep you busy and it has an amusement park. Highly recommend to visit the pier you will not be disappointed.

Just walked the pier. A lot going on and would be a great spot if you had kids. A lot of different food and rides to enjoy along with some restaurants you could sit down and eat at vs more of the quick grab and go fare. Great views and overall a nice walk even on a rainy day. Would expect this to be quite crowded in the summers and weekends with nice weather.

Nice place to visit in any time with family, friend or alone. It has restaurants, stores and games for kids. Also you can enjoy the lovely sea-sight.The entrance to the "Brighton Pier" is free. We can walk there as many times as you want. There are also excellent food outlets offering dishes with different flavors.

Well maintained, lots to see and do. Fairground rides at the end. Slot machines and computer games galore. Minimum spend is £20 on a card. So take cash. We had an hr on 60p as we kept winning more 2ps to play with. Loads of change machines available. Two lots of clean toilets on the pier. Food stalls and bars a plenty. Take a wad to afford it all! Wind created great wave breaks on the right hand side. Quite spectacular!

It's a pier many for childs and teenager. The wooden floor was stable but some planks were rotten. There are many small dealers and restaurants. Some rollercoaster and other tracks. There wasn't a lot of activity, in summer it's maybe better.

Brighton has to be the city with the most beautiful promenade I've been to so far. But this pier is just the cherry on top. It offers a casino, a amusement park and a really beautiful sight on the sea and the city. A must to visit when you want the full experience of it.
