Orchidea is a great place to get flowers for your loved ones however it is overpriced which I think it's understandable because it is expensive to keep them alive in a hot humid country like Ghana because we don't grow them here. It's advisable to put in your request at least a week before the day of grab otherwise you might not get your exact want! Customer service is good but could be better. Cheers

Customer service is appalling!! The owner of this shop is quite arrogant and her manners reflect the attitude of the other staff to clients. This is a beautiful shop but the customer service is a complete put off!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go through that treatment!!

Absolutely adore this place. I would spend my Saturdays there if I lived closer. The flower shop and cafe combination is brilliant. The colours and the fragrances! It's such a calming and beautiful place to spend time in. Though I haven't tried any of the selections from the cafe, they look delicious. I'm looking forward to the goat cheese salads with some iced tea and cookies for dessert one day soon. The staff are friendly and always willing to work with you. It's a challenge over the phone; calling can get frustrating because network connection is poor in that part of the building. However, the staff are usually responsive over WhatsApp. The flowers are affordable and the offerings are beautiful. If you don't know anything about flowers, still go! I always have the florists make the arrangements and everyone is always complimenting them.

Orchidea in Airport Residential Area, Accra is known for its wonderful range of orchids and flowers but it is also one of the most beautiful places to sit and have a drink in. The decor and natural light are simply stunning. The food though, was very disappointing! The Chicken Caesar Salad came with a thick mustard and mayonnaise dressing and the chicken was dry and overcooked. A friend had to take the beef out of her Roast Beef sandwich - dry and overcooked, again. The Salmon Sandwich was passable but the muffins were dry too. The only item I can gibe a thumbs up to was the Peanut Butter cake. Delicious but even that could have a little bit more moist... The coffee, hot chocolate and juices were OK. D Cafe needs to do better. This is too lovely a setting not to attract return customers

There was a lady at the front desk who was particularly unpleasant. We had ordered and she had no knowledge of it but she questioned us in quite a rude manner prior to her checking with her colleague who later confirmed that she had received the order. The other workers were friendly though so I might go there again. The flowers were pretty!

Cute space, yummy coffee. The place smelled a bit but maybe thats from the flowers. Also the pastries are not made from scratch but they are still tasty. A cute place to meet up with a friend and have an intimate convo. The music is not too loud

The interior is quite lovely. The food was not fresh.. Don’t recommend this place for eating but you can definitely enjoy the cute vibes.

Lovely setup. I've had many lovely flowers from Orchidea, but today was my first visit to the shop for an afternoon tea. The frangrance from all the lovely flowers and plants were soo welcoming. The staff and owner were soo professional, Samuel and Maria were very helpful in helping me pick my new plants. I recommend Orchidea for not just flowers and teas but if you're looking for a spot to lighten up your spirit, go to Orchidea.

A new coffeeshop has opened within the floral shop. It's quaint with a Victorian flowery feel. Pastries ranges from muffins and sandwiches. These are pricey (ghc40-60) . Parking is very problematic as the shop is sharing space with an apartment's renters. Delivery is Available and they accept Visa and mobile money.
