I paid to have appraisals on my jewelry for insurance.The young lady who helped me was good. I spent a lot to have jade & diamond necklace made which is Lovely. I spent a lot to have a gold necklace designed using diamond & emeralds. It turned out to be Very Disappointing. The owner was not helpful & showed No customer service. I told him that was Not what I paid for & I will Never spend any money there again. I gave him several months to make what I wanted but he did Not.

The selection is extensive but we chose to do a custom piece for our anniversary. They may be a good place to buy jewelry, but there is no recommending them for repairs. I took 2 items in for repair. Price was reasonable, however one item broke within a month. They repaired it again and within 2 months it broke again. I took it elsewhere and its been fixed for over 6 months and going strong. Due to this I'm afraid to wear the second item that was fixed. Also, if you have an opinion they dont agree with they become rude. I Will never go back due to rude sales people.

My very expensive DY CAIRO ring lost one of the three blue lapis stones for the second time. Even though this ring can be purchased only at a DY Boutique store and they didn’t offer me any acceptable solution, I called Jewelers Trade Shop in Pensacola where I buy most all my jewelry. Hartley had me send it to her to see what could be done. A couple weeks later it was repaired at minimal charge and I received it yesterday. Just amazing, better than new!!! Very pleased with the care and professionalism they have for their customers and what we want. I took my ring in to get some things fixed and the turnover time was great. We ran into some minor issues along the way, but they were very quick to fix the problem! JTS staff have always treated me fairly, neighborly, unpretentiously and like they care about my business. Never have they not worked with me on prices—absolutely no haggling necessary. And they have a beautiful prominent spot on Palafox. The interior of the store is elegant and attractive and they always have beautiful Christmas decorations inside and outside.

I’ve had another highly satisfying transaction with JTS today. They repaired and restored several older and vintage pieces, one with a bit of a complicated repair, but of course, the jeweler made them all look better than new and in only one week. Anna called me quickly with an estimate and explained exactly how one would be repaired. She provided excellent customer service and was a ray of sunshine in my day. I left several more pieces for repair and have complete confidence they too will be returned better than new.
