I couldn't get off a pair of tight screwed in diamond earrings and John used his "surgical skills" to carefully get them out of my ears! Without any damage to the earrings.

My 1st @Landsberg Jewelers was a pleasant experience, I was welcomed by Danielle, and I highly recommended her. I went in to meet Jeff, and he immediately helped me with my needs, checking my diamonds, gold, and revamping my jewels. Everything was beautifully displayed, and I wanted them all. On my 2nd trip, I brought old gold to be melted down, and the stones would be returned to me to possibly revamp to other jewels. I also brought him some repairs. I think I found my new place, I even picked up these stars studs with a diamond for my 3rd hole. They even came with 2 backing to wear of your choice.

The original order to customize my mother's diamond stud earrings was not exactly what I asked for as the black diamonds were smaller and underwhelming. They responded to my concern and fixed the earrings. They now look much better. The work is of very high quality. Thanks.

Definitely something for everyone . I got my wife a beautiful bracelet for the holidays and it was wrapped up in a perfect package. Saturday, 12/10/2022 I'm back with an update. Today, I picked up my ring and all I can say is-AMAZING. The ring is so beautiful. They did an amazing job. It was a gift from my mom, who passed away two years ago and it needed to be resized and a diamond had to be replaced. I had an amazing experience working with both Landsberg brothers recently. Jeff and his associates helped me find the perfect gift for my mother’s birthday. Then, I needed to have my engagement ring re-set and Jon and Erica were a terrific team. Erica helped me pick out the most gorgeous setting ever and Jon had it specially made for my diamond. After my mom passed I took a lot of my moms jewelry to Landsberg, and they transformed them into the most beautiful pieces of jewelry that I am proud to wear! An absolutely sparkling service. I took my engagement ring in to have a missing diamond replaced and now my ring looks newer than new! Not only has the missing diamond been replaced, the prong that broke has been fixed, the centre diamond has been tightened and all the diamonds shine like never before. The ring itself has been cleaned and I can’t stop looking at it. Wonderful staff with exceptional service, price and speed - I highly recommend.

I needed to have some sentimental jewelry repaired and since my long-time jeweler had left the area, I set out to find a jeweler I could trust. My husband mentioned Landsberg Jewelers in the Rye Ridge Shopping Center to me, which he had passed by numerous times, while shopping in the Center. I did a little research, and found that Landsberg is a long-time family owned business. That’s all I needed to know. I went to the door of the store and a gentleman opened the door and greeted me (It was not till later that I realized he was the owner). There were so many happy faces amongst the sparkling cases of jewelry. I walked over to a friendly woman behind one of the cases and showed her a bracelet that I needed repaired. She looked at it and said it looks like you have a diamond missing on your ring too. I said, “Yes, I need to have that replaced also” She brought me over to another woman who introduced herself. She was a true professional. She looked over the piece, told me what they could do, then called over the gentleman I had met at the door (who I later found out was her husband). He confirmed what she had told me. Landsberg had earned my trust…I was able to leave my jewelry without any angst. I can’t say enough about the experience. They offered and cleaned, on the spot for me, other pieces of jewelry that I was wearing. Everyone in this beautiful establishment was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! I have found my new jeweler and highly recommend them!
