I went into Moyer with a diamond that I had purchased a year and a half ago and was hoping to have a band made for it. I walked into Moyer and Mandy immediately greeted me and assisted me with the process. She spent a great amount of time showing me different types of rings and helped me create my dream ring. She was always available to answer any questions that I had. I also had a situation arise where I needed the ring a couple of days sooner that expected and Mandy was able to make it happen. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy my experience every time I walk into Moyer. I have gone to their Men's nights the past two years and I have had such a a great time! I had a great experience at Moyer. I found a Tag Hauer online and called and spoke with Tyler about the watch. He could not have been more helpful. Moyer gained a loyal customer this weekend. Their customer service is fantastic but Scott in particular knocked it out of the park. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER (Tyler is amazing)! I originally went in to a different name-brand designer jeweler and was unprepared with what I was looking for in a mens engagement band. I live over an hour outside of Carmel, and decided to visit Moyer's while I was there- walked in 20 minutes before they closed. I was instantly greeted by Tyler and he was SO helpful and instantly treated my mom and I as friends!! I did my research after I left and called around 10 different jewelers in the midwest. Not a single one was as friendly or knowledgable as Tyler had been (not to mention price quotes) and Moyer's impression in under 20 minutes was absolutely unbeatable!! I realized I had a lower budget to work with than I originally thought, called Tyler over the phone, and he instantly created EXACTLY what I was looking for at a lower price point, under a different designer name. I cannot express what an incredible experience the entire thing was, especially when I drove back to Carmel to finalize things. Tyler needs to win *Jeweler of the Year*, or receive some kind of promotion for his outstanding service, expertise, and friendliness. I walked in to what was the most precessional yet relaxing environment I have ever been in. I bought my first "expensive" watch from Moyer with Scott. I couldn't have had a better experience. Not just buying the watch and loving the end product (I bought it over a month ago and still love it), but the entire experience of being able to just talk watches with him in general. Unbelievable!!!! Wanted a Seiko Marine Master 300 for a very long time. Finally decided to pull the trigger. If you're a watch enthusiast/collector like me, then you've probably seen or heard of Moyer Jewelers online or through YouTube. Moyer is an authorized dealer of many different brands and go out of their way to help the customer and make you feel confident that you're in good hands. We arrived at 14.00 and on booking in we where asked if we could select our food for dinner. We selected our meals and said we would eat at 18.30. Well we went to the restaurant at 18.20 told the bar staff we had a table booked for 18.30 we where met with a blank look. He then set up on a bar table 2 sets of cutlery and told us this was our table. At this point he wandered of did not ask if the seating area was Ok or if we wanted a drink. Well to save me going on we got our food at 19.15 my partner got the wrong food. We gave up trying to order coffee. And why was it like this ??? They had a group booking 12 plus people so all there thoughts where on this group ignoring smaller groups etc

Obviously a bit more expensive than options in town (probably twice the price) but double a very low price is still great value. English spoken, great bar (wine) and rooms. Restaurant is good, but limited menu (but good set). Close to Anja reserve. Lovely scenery and nice pool of warm enough. Western set up speaks to clearly European owners and operators. A happy find and overall a lovely spot compared to the busy, bigger towns to the north.

We have visited Moyer several times over the past few months, and have purchased 2 watches. Both experiences were seamless. My son invited me along recently to check out engagement rings. He had no intention of purchasing, as he was just starting to shop around and this was his first stop. We were assisted by Elizabeth and she was absolutely amazing! Elizabeth‘s knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism is nothing like I’ve ever seen before. She took so much time explaining the diamonds and their differences, along with the process to create a one of a kind engagement ring. She was friendly, helpful and informative. My son was so impressed by the experience and ultimately purchased a ring that evening. Fast forward a few weeks and I now have a new daughter-in-law to be! A first class experience every time.

My husband and I found some reasonably priced wedding rings online, and walked into Moyer thinking we would solidify our online decisions. We worked with Fernanda, and she showed us some beautiful jewelry. Trying on the rings, we realized what we thought we wanted was very different than what we picked, which made us realize buying online has it's risks. We have since kept going back to Moyer for jewelry. We worked with Elizabeth for anniversary presents, watches, and we trust her with updating/fixing jewelry that holds great sentimental value. I would not recommend someone I didn't trust and respect, and when asked, I suggest Elizabeth to several friends looking at engagement rings. I know I always get the real talk with her, and walk away feeling good about my purchases and the business. I am all about shopping around and being loyal to the 'best deal' rather than one establishment. That said, my experience proved to me that being loyal to the best deal and best service means going to Moyer. I strongly recommend visiting this jeweler!

I went into Moyer hoping to see a specific watch and walked away with a terrific education in the history and manufacturing process of many of the major brands. Bill allowed me to try on well over a dozen watches and helped me to further understand the specific story behind each of them. As long as I can remember, my Father has worn a watch. Not a flashy man, but always wore one. When he purchased a Tagheuer about 25 years ago, he was proud! I stopped in MOYER’s while on a business trip to Indy the last week of April 23. I met the lovely Leah as soon as I entered. She directed me to the time piece area and we started talking watches. I felt like one of the family almost immediately. Very laid back and accommodating. No pressure what so ever. Leah’s knowledge of their brands and the watch industry as a whole was truly amazing. The breadth of their on-hand stock is staggering. I haven’t seen this caliber of watches anywhere else in the Midwest. Let alone NYC or Vegas. Just spectacular.
