My
fiancé
bought
me
a
mother’s
day
ring
from
here
that
I’ve
had
less
then
a
2
weeks
in
a
total
of
3
months
and
it’s
had
to
be
sent
in
for
repairs
2
times,
just
got
it
back
last
week
wore
it
ONE
NIGHT
and
another
diamond
felll
out
again!!!!!
Then
I
was
surprised
this
Christmas
with
an
engagement
ring
and
he
had
purchased
it
from
Kay’s.
I
also
have
another
ring
from
them
that’s
“suppose
to
be
14k
Gold”
but
yet
turned
my
finger
green.
I
contacted
there
CS
and
filed
a
complaint
and
will
be
going
back
to
the
store
today
and
having
my
ring
sent
out
to
be
fixed
again
and
we
will
be
returning
my
engagement
ring
for
a
refund
and
purchasing
another
one
from
Zales!
Kay’s
is
highly
overpriced
and
quality
of
merchandise
is
horrible!
Stay
away!!
UPDATE:
well
after
all
the
hassle
I
finally
thought
my
problem
was
resolved
and
they
sent
out
for
a
brand
new
replacement
ring
which
I
received
and
picked
up
in
January.
Since
I
THOUGHT
my
issues
were
handled
I
kept
my
engagement
ring.
Well
far
forward
2
months.
Mid
March
the
same
EXACT
diamonds
once
again
fell
out
of
my
new
ring.
CS
does
nothing
but
tell
u
to
go
to
the
store
and
they
will
replace
it.
Well
I
don’t
want
a
replacement
ring,
clearly
after
4
times
diamonds
falling
out
of
a
ring
I’m
assured
there
merchandise
is
GARBAGE
and
I
will
NEVER
buy
another
ring
from
them
again!!!!
