Fernbaugh's helped us pick out a beautiful purity ring for our daughter. They did not have any in stock, but they were willing to go out of their way to find just the right ring for us. They even sized it for free! Our daughter was so happy with her gift.

They were able to provide me a with the specific item I needed, as an individual jewelry store. To where major chain dealers couldn’t provide or obtain the item. Sam was excellent,and so was everyone at Fernbaughs ! Kudos! Keep up the good work!

Fernbaugh’s Diamonds & Fine Jewelry in Plymouth: knocked it out of the Park for my wife & me! I wanted to surprise my Wife of 37 years with a new Wedding ring & Band. I also wanted to have her old chip of a Diamond 😊. Put into a new setting since her’s was broke. When I walked in I was greeted by Samatha & I told her what I was wanting to do and she gathered her team and they went to work! The care and level of knowledge blew me away. We were greeted as soon as we entered the jewelry store. The staff was warm & welcoming! My daughter wanted her ears peirced. They explained the whole processes to her & she was able to pick out her own earrings. They answered all our questions & we were very happy with the service provided to us!

Fernbaugh's is the best jewelry store in Plymouth. They take their time in answering your questions and give excellent advice whether it is about style, cut, maintenance/cleaning/repair of jewelry or even insurance protection on your most loved pieces. They never take a short cut and provide everlasting pieces. We have had custom pieces done, have purchased a watch, had a different watch repaired here, had many necklaces and rings cleaned and appraised and never once had an issue with communication or customer service. Brian, Lori, Sam, Morgan, and Ruby are amazing people. They also are very active in the community and help local charities! Can't say enough amazing things about them!

Been doing business with them before the store was even in Plymouth. Great people always been good to me. Prices can always be less but I would prefer that everywhere. Difference is its all inclusive and they get there diamonds direct, modify, create, repair right in store. Great selection of men's wedding rings and top notch customer service.

I live in the Warsaw area and had called many jewelers in my own town to ask about a repair to my Rose Gold Wedding set. No one would do it, many telling me I wouldn't find anyone. I stumbled upon Furnbaugh's thanks to Google and I'm so glad I did. I called to ask if they would do the repair, they happily informed me they could. They repaired my wedding set in just two days and soldered it together for me as well! It looks even better than when I first got it!! I went to have a wedding band sized and it was done in under 2 days. Very happy. While picking it up, I saw a beautiful pair of earrings on sale...yes. I had to have. Love the earrings and love the sale prices. Chelsea was one who helped me and I enjoyed the whole process. This is a really nice store to visit. I had two yellow gold rings that were polished and then dipped in rhodium and they turned out just beautiful! I also had a man’s ring that was polished and partially dipped in rhodium, to keep the yellow gold and silver finish. They also fixed the prongs on his ring that holds diamonds. It turned out perfect and back to its original beauty. My husband was pleased beyond words. Thank you to Fernbaugh’s for taking such good care of our rings! They turned out amazing!

Needed a new chain for my very old necklace. The girl that took care of me was extremely helpful, attentive to my needs with no pressure to "upsell". Service was fast. The chain is beautiful. It allows the crystal cube to stand out and be the star! Would highly recommend them.

Our goal was to make a necklace from my original wedding band set that had been cut off of my hand in the emergency room and to purchase a new set that looked like the original one but with a larger diamond.
