Our experience with Bichsel Jewelry was fantastic! They helped my fiance' pick out the perfect engagement ring for me and helped us with picking our wedding bands, as well. The staff there is pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. The girls were also very sweet to my daughter when she would come along with us to the store. I know we will be returning customers through the years to come because of the quality and service Bichsel provides!

I bought my wife a nice ring here for this coming Christmas. They treated me great right from the start the sales girl was very nice comparing several rings . They seemed to have a fair stock of various rings like I was wanting to purchase. I recommend this place they are cool and treat a person well.

Went in to see if they could fix my wedding ring that had been stretched apart. They were able to fix it and even cleaned it for me. They were very nice and didn't charge me a thing to fix it for me! It now fits so much better! Very kind and professional business!! Would do business with them again!!

We worked with Jennie and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a few issues with availability of chains and cost but got that worked out to our satisfaction. We had custom necklaces made and were extremely pleased with the results and delivered on time as promised. We really appreciate Jennie's attention and input. I love going into Bichsel's! There is always someone there that is happy to help me and help me find what I am looking for. They helped my husband create a custom ring for our engagement, and we were absolutely thrilled with the finished piece! They also have an excellent Jeweler, I took my ring in thinking there might be a loose stone - he found it and fixed in a very timely manor! All in all, great people, great service, great jewelry! :)

Every time I go into Bichsel, I am greeted with friendly faces. They are always willing to help me find an item in my price range. If you are looking for the newest items, they are constantly getting items in and have a huge variety. This is a great place to find something for any occasion.

From the moment we walked in the door, until we walked out of the door with our purchase in hand combo the entire staff went above and beyond to answer any questions and to meet our needs. The store is clean, inviting, and well lit. Sure, I could shop somewhere else for less expensive jewelry, but why take the risk of average quality and in less than knowledgeable staff members. Jewelry is tough. They make it easy. Who knew there is so much to diamonds?! I was shocked! Luckily, Jennifer and Mark simplified that for me and worked diligently with my budget and wants/needs in purchasing my engagement ring. From custom to one they may already have in their store the commitment to their customer is that which stands out. I’ll buy every piece of jewelry I ever buy in my life cause I know when I go in there this is not some big chain retailer with workers worried about commissions and sale, but that of making sure you’re completely satisfied and just as happy to share in whatever moment you’re purchasing for.
