I was so nervous walking into the store as I have had very unpleasant jeweler experiences. I’ve only ever purchased earrings and necklaces so I went into Dioguardi’s with no knowledge of rings. I worked with Linda who right off the bat was so friendly, kind, and patient. She worked with me and my style to custom make the exact ring that I wanted for my birthday. I will only ever use this jeweler for any/all future jewelry purchases. I really felt like they cared and gave me a fair price. I was even able to trade in an old piece of jewelry and put that value towards my new ring. Cannot recommend enough!!

They did a great job resizing my wedding band. Price was competitive. Staff was pleasant. And my item was done a few days earlier then quoted.

I called Saturday (8/28/21) morning and got an automated message they're open. Drove all the way there to find they were closed until 8/31. It would've been nice if they updated their automated message. I will not be returning to this store.

Gabe made the most beautiful bracelet for me from my wedding bands.....I could not be happier with how it came out....words can’t describe what this piece means to me. I heard a rumor they were closing. I Was devastated, that can’t happen l Have to have that ring resized. Well!!!!!!i am so glad to Say they are Still there and open! Great customer service. Honestly I have purchased items and have completely satisfied. The jeweler is excellent and gives ideas for you to consider. I also enjoy small business instead of franchise jewelers.

This past summer I came in with my mother's diamonds to design my engagement ring. I was extremely pleased with the process and absolutely in love with the end result! Everyone there was so nice and helpful. I was able to completely design, customize, and see a computer make up of my ring. We also sold some old jewelry as well. The turnover was quick as well. My fiance got engaged about a month ago, so I can finally share publicly!

I was called the evening before and went at opening time next day to pick up my ring. Waited over an hour. No one opened the store. I called and texted many times. As it was a long drive for me I waited and left. No one called me until 2pm. Since they say you are treated like gold and no exceptions, I told them it was really rude. They "had a meeting". Told them I would leave a bad review if they didn't at least compensate me for gas. I was given $50 but I'll never go back.

Really great jeweler! They are welcoming, professional and reasonable. They reinforced the setting on our wedding rings and replaced one of the small diamonds very reasonably. We have also purchased a couple of estate pieces there. We are fortunate to have them nearby!
