I am not local to Koser Jewelers but I contacted them since they were the closest Ball dealer and I needed new springbars for my Ball Engineer. I contacted Joshua and he was wonderful through the entire process. This was surprising, as a set of springbars is nothing to make much a profit off of. He contacted me when they arrived and offered to ship them to me free of charge. He treated me like I was a high spending customer with the highest level of customer service. It was incredible. These people are wonderful. I will go out of my way to do business with them in the future.

I brought my 1.5 carat diamond wedding band to them with a list of problems from the previous jewelers work on it. They provided a same day affordable estimate, had the ring back to me in less than two weeks and it looks like a brand new ring! Not sure why I haven't reviewed this place sooner. Big fan of Kosers. They are my go to place for jewelry. I have been using them for a few years now. The sales lead, Ryan, has been nothing short of astonishing. I showed him a few examples my gf had hinted at over the years and within a week or two we had found and ordered the perfect ring. What impressed me the most with Koser’s was when given our price point range they didn’t attempt to “strong-arm” us into a higher one but instead placed their focus and efforts on maximizing the value of their jewelry they could provide to us within it. During our visits with Suzanne we advised her we were also talking with two other reputable jewelers. Instead of pushing back she completely understood and said it was an important decision that we had to be totally comfortable with. Her patience, friendliness and willingness to answer all of our questions was very impressive. Our choice of Koser as our jeweler was an easy one. 30+ years ago my husband bought one of the first engagement rings sold at Koser. I loved my rings, but the set was looking a bit dated with my marquis center stone. We wanted to update it with a re-set, but it was very important to me to use all the stones from my original rings. Ryan at Koser helped me design a custom set that celebrated the stones I already had, while adding a new halo setting around my marquis diamond & turning it to an East West setting. The resulting engagement & wedding rings are absolutely gorgeous & updated while still immensely sentimental. We couldn’t be happier with the quality, service & sparkle!

Koser Jewelers has become my favorite jewelry store in our area. I have multiple pieces from them and have not only been happy with the jewelry but their customer service as well. Most recently, I reached out to Ryan to help with a project… my grandmother lost one of her favorite earrings- a seahorse that she had for over 30 years. She tried to replace the earring in Florida but the original store was long gone. I reached out to Ryan to see if he could help and he didn’t hesitate. We have been going to Koser jewelers and have been so happy with the way we are treated and by the way they stand behind their work. When entering their building we have been welcomed and helped without waiting. We started out by needing repairs to our jewelry. Sometimes repairs needed to be sent to ones who specialize in that certain area. Some repairs could be completed by their goldsmiths on site. Always have we been happy with the final products. They have stood behind what they sell. I bought an adjustable box chain necklace which I loved. My granddaughter pulled on it and it didn’t work as it should. They were glad to completely replace the necklace. I had inherited several sentimental pieces. Some were in need of repair. They completed the repairs to my satisfaction and were quite complimentary of the jewelry. At one time my grandmother’s engagement ring needed to have her diamond replaced. Randy had an estate stone he recently acquired and it suited the setting perfectly. He gave me a surprisingly low price. I was very pleased with their work and the cost. My sister now wears our grandmother’s wedding set. So beautiful. On a personal note their son Andrew recognized me from his childhood. He had been friends with our son. Andrew not only helped with my jewelry needs he wrote to our son who does not live in the area anymore. I would recommend shopping at koser jewlers. I love this store! Have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. LaRue is absolutely the best but everyone working there is great! They always manage to find exactly what I want even when they don’t have it in stock. They will gladly order anything you want. The wish list is the best! Makes my husband’s shopping so much easier and I am guaranteed to get something I want. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone (and I have). Oh and I have bought my husband and son several watches there as well and they love them!

If I could give a 10/5 star rating I would! The entire team here is phenomenal - I drove out here from the Reading area on recommendation from a fraternity brother who said his whole life Koser was the place to go - boy was he right. I worked with Tom Curran to find the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancé, and even picked up a pair of diamond studs which truly WOW'ed her. Tom's card says Jewelry Professional, personally I believe it should say Jewelry Master as he, and the entire team, were fantastic to work with, friendly, and treated me like family. The way others were treated while I was there mirrored the reception I received so I can say this place truly is top notch. Very happy with my experience at Koser Jewelers. I have had my engagement ring for 9 years and have had constant struggles with it. I brought my ring to Koser's after having the setting break and my diamond fall out. They sat with me and helped me pick a new setting out and talked through all of my options. They also helped me gain clarity as to why my ring has been having issues and the things that were going on with it. They replaced the setting & got everything fixed up and shined up. I was without my ring for a few months due to trying to find the best solution and I was very nervous about how the final ring would look, but now that I have it back, I am thrilled and don't want to take it off! The Koser Jewelers team did a great job! I would highly recommend their talented team!
