I found Alson searching for a watchmaker to work on a new watch I purchased from an internet micro-brand manufacturer. The Alson web site featured a video about Josh and Tucker (Watchmakers), that reassured me that they were likely ‘at least’ competent in the work I needed done. The store is like a gallery. Much as you would expect in a fine jewelry dealer. I was greeted by Heather who was pleasant in all regards. I browsed (mostly watches), while the watchmakers evaluated my watch. We agreed on the work to be done, and I received a call a few days later letting me know the watch was ready to be picked up. I knew I might have a problem after my first visit. I like shiny things. Alson has lots of shiny things. I appreciate low pressure sales. They certainly offered me the opportunity to browse their collection before retrieving my watch. No pressure, but I was happy to get a closer look at their offerings. I walked out with my Zelos regulated, and performing better than expected, and another new piece I had been looking for.

I recently visited the location and worked with Heather Bucknell. I wanted to begin building a relationship with a Rolex Dealer locally and was hoping to find a rep that was friendly, responsive, and that would earn my business. Heather did just that. She has certainly become my dedicated sales rep. I recently purchased a Cartier watch and look forward to adding to my watch collection over time. Nice jewelry store however I dropped my Rolex off for service as they said they were authorized to do maintanence. Got a call and was told had to go to directly to Rolex being a yacht master. I agreed. They priced it at 1000 ish. Well I got it back and it looked like it wasn’t serviced. I’ve sent it out at least 5 x and each time it came back looking almost new. It was not polished or cleaned. Their claim was Rolex charges extra for this. No sorry no offer to do anything. Beware of employees there with little to no knowledge of customer service.

I bought my first Rolex here. They were very friendly and walked me through the process, since they were hard to come by at the time and I had to be added to a list. By surprise, they got the watch I wanted in a week. I was super excited to get it so quickly. I have since come back to remove a link, after losing a bunch of weight, and they had it done in a few minutes and refused to charge me anything. Always a pleasure to stop in and I'll be looking forward to my next purchase or service with them!

Excellent store with phenomenal customer service! I came in today to have an old Tissot watch I've had around forever looked at, and to get a bracelet adjusted on another watch, and Cheryl quickly greeted me with a pleasant hello and was incredibly helpful and very nice. The store felt very comfortable (especially given the times we're living in), and the service was quick and easy. Great experience and will be coming back for service / purchasing in the future!

Came in for a watch bracelet resizing and they were able to do it in just a few minutes. Really great service and the representative Cheryl was super nice and accommodating. Went to get my engagement ring fitted and my diamond tightened. Anthony was very helpful and such an amazing guy to work with. She assisted me and told me all about the quality and color of the diamond I didn’t even know Diamonds had color for god sake. Lol however .. Got my Datejust from Alson 7 yrs. It started running faster for sometime. I brought the watch back to Alson thought it might need a service. They did a free test first to confirm it was running faster. Then told me it didn't need a service, which would cost $1K+, to fix it. Their certified watchmaker Tucker fixed it within 40 minutes, and it's free of charge. I was thrilled with their honesty and excellent service. Both my husband and I bought Rolex from Alson, I'll definitely buy from them again.

My mom went into Alson with her engagement ring stuck on her finger due to a swollen finger! Nicole was incredible at using the tool to cut the ring band in the back, so that it could be removed. David was very relaxed and took his time walking me through a few options for rings. I felt welcomed in their beautiful showroom and felt no stress in the process from start to finish. Incredible experience and overwhelmingly welcoming! You can feel the family energy because everyone almost welcomes you as family as well. During the Rolex supply shortage the market became incredibly scarce. For my 35th birthday I really wanted to treat myself to a luxury item, but after hearing of 6-18 month backlogs I gave up on that dream. I put myself on the Rolex waitlist at nearly 15 stores across the nation. I really wanted to buy it from Alson, not just because of how rude some of the other Rolex retailers were in the Bay Area, but how welcoming the team is in my hometown, Cleveland! I was surprised to get a text while on a flight notifying they had the watch I really wanted 4 days before my birthday. Made an amazing birthday gift to myself. I have been shopping at Alson Jewelers since their opening on Chagrin Blvd. The inventory is eclectic, with a wide range of designs, classic, contemporary and estate. I have purchased some amazing and beautiful pieces over the years, all timeless. What makes the experience so special is the kind, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable accommodating staff. I feel so welcomed and acknowledged by everyone each time I enter the store. The entire staff is always attentive and never pushy about a sale. I recently purchased a Tudor Black Bay Pro at Alson's, I would HIGHLY recommend them for your next watch purchase! Watches is a personal hobby of mine-Alson's selection offers great variety, and their service is tremendous. I reached out to Jesse on a whim and he responded almost immediately letting me know he had my piece in stock and I could come see it. The Black Bay Pro is a new watch for Tudor in 2022 and was just released weeks ago. I was thrilled they had this piece so quickly. Other members of my family have also purchased watches here and I have also worked through Alson's to get my Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean Chronograph serviced. I highly recommend Alson's!

I decided to stop by on a whim to see and handle the various watches Alson carries. It was my first time shopping for a luxury watch purchase and Heather and Tony made it a great experience. With no appointment, I was seen and talked with immediately which speaks to the attention given customers who come to shop. Both were very patient with my questions, comments, and need to touch everything. Jewelry and watches are a personal (and expensive!) choice so having the experience and knowledge of experts makes one more comfortable with such a purchase. While I didn’t buy anything, I will definitely return if I settle on a watch brand Alson carries.

My husband and I have been going to Alson’s since 2006. We have moved out of state and still go when we visit family. We recently gave my engagement ring to our son to use the stones for his fiancée. There were some left and we took them to Alson’s. Heather spent several hours with us helping us find a new center stone and designing a custom ring using a new center stone and some of my old stones. She went above and beyond for us. She is not the only person over the years that has given us great service. I would highly recommend them!

Absolutely the finest jewelry business in Northeast Ohio! Having shopped with them in the past with great satisfaction, they were naturally the first stop on my engagement ring journey. My sales associate, Alex (she's the best in the game - seriously!), helped me find the perfect ring, and worked with me for months with the patience of a saint to make sure everything was absolutely *perfect*. The ring is absolutely beautiful, and she receives compliments on it all the time. After finally popping the question, her care in helping my wife and I choose our wedding bands (and letting us know when the best time to buy was as there was a twice a year event coming up) was just as exemplary. Alex's sharp eye and sense of individual style was catered directly to the tastes of my wife and I; never once were we 'sold', and her desire to ensure she made everything perfect was obvious from the first moment she greeted me at the door years ago. Along the way I also had the pleasure of working with and receiving an extensive education from David, one of the owners. While working with him I expressed an interest in a rare piece for a very special occasion, and while I felt like the request was likely a pipedream, David gave careful consideration of my request, and assured me he would do everything he could to make it happen. Needless to say, David was not only true to his word, but made the occasion so special it will be a story I will (enthusiastically!) tell for the rest of my life. To say these people treated me like part of the family is an understatement. Thank you Alex, David, and Jesse (who I thankfully got to know quite well, and is the next generation of the family - younger folks, let me tell you, we're in great hands). You gave myself, my wife, and my father memories that we will forever cherish, and we were honored you could be such an instrumental part of our journey.

I've purchased several items over the years from Alson, and each time I've had a fantastic experience. Most recently, I purchased a custom engagement ring. Jesse was tremendously helpful in walking through each step of the process with me and helping me choose the perfect diamond and setting. I do not live in Cleveland currently so this all had to be done remotely, but through numerous phone calls and videos Jesse made the experience seamless and satisfying. Moreover, I needed the ring completed in a short period of time, and Alson didn't just meet the ambitious timeline, they delivered the ring ahead of schedule. My fiancée is thrilled with her ring and I couldn't be happier with the job Jesse and the Alson team did. Despite living in New York City, Alson will continue to be my go-to jewelry store.

I really like this jewler. Staff is super friendly and attentive. They have a great watchmaker there named Josh (great name) who looked at a heirloom from my great great grandpa - a turn of the century pocketwatch and got it up and running and even came out to chat and gave me some info about it then showed me how to work it free of charge. I got a replacement strap for my rollex that didn't work out and Heather helped me get set up with a replacement. All in all I'm highly pleased thus far and would return. Josh

I was at Alson a few days ago to get my new watch bracelet resized. Heather Bucknell welcomed us and inquired about our visit right away. She congratulated me on the purchase and took the watch to their watchmaker, Josh, for resizing. Josh did a great job resizing the bracelet while ensuring the links were balanced on either side. My wife and I browsed the shop in the meantime and were impressed with their collection of jewelry and luxury watches. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and received great service during our visit. I would definitely recommend this store for your watch shopping and service needs. I will certainly consider them while I add more timepieces to my collection.

I stopped in today with some questions and in need of service for my Submariner. I was greeted immediately by Shai Yulish and Anthony Campagne. These guys are good at their jobs, total professionals! They answered my questions and fixed the issue with the bracelet on my watch, I should mention they did this free of charge. Shai pointed out another issue with the bracelet and ordered a part to have it repaired. The store is immaculate and the jewelry on display is all high quality.
