I
am
not
impressed
with
the
customer
service
over
the
phone
I
received
today.
I
dropped
off
a
wedding
ring
2
weeks
ago,
to
be
repaired,
paid
a
deposit
and
was
told
the
jeweler
would
give
me
a
call
with
any
updates
to
the
pricing
or
what
repairs
needed
to
be
done,
with
an
expected
completion
date
of
Dec.
6th.
I
called
today,
Dec.
1st,
to
inquire
about
the
process
because
I
never
received
a
call
back,
that
I
had
already
been
waiting
two
weeks
for.
Upon
answering,
the
person
seemed
immediately
defensive,
saying
the
jeweler
is
out
for
3
weeks,
and
they
couldn't
even
give
me
an
update
until
Dec.
6th.
It
would've
been
nice
to
know
about
the
jeweler
not
even
being
able
to
look
at
my
ring
until
Dec.
6th,
instead
of
taking
my
money
and
leaving
me
with
an
empty
promise
of
it
being
done
by
the
6th.
I'm
very
upset,
and
I'm
giving
the
benefit
of
the
doubt
until
the
6th,
but
I'm
not
impressed.
I've
already
been
waiting
over
a
year
to
find
someone
who
could
work
on
my
ring,
not
being
able
to
wear
anything
until
then.
EDIT
7DEC:
After
calling
this
morning
for
an
update,
I
was
told
I'd
get
a
call
back
in
"just
a
second"
after
they
talked
with
the
repair
person.
2
hours
later,
they
finally
call
back
and
say
the
repair
price
will
be
more
than
double
what
the
estimate
was.
Oh,
and
they
said
the
repair
person
was
"out
sick"
for
2
weeks
this
time,
instead
of
3
weeks
when
I
called
over
a
week
ago,
and
again,
there
was
no
mention
of
the
repair
person
being
unavailable
until
the
6th
when
I
dropped
the
ring
off
November
15th.
Sounds
like
they
just
let
my
ring
sit
for
3
weeks
then
when
the
pressure
was
put
on,
rushed
to
do
an
inspection
and
estimate
after
I
called.
What
a
shoddy
business
and
I'm
ashamed
for
them,
to
be
a
sixth-generation
"family
business".
I
guess
we're
not
the
customers
they
want
back
in
their
store.
Don't
give
customers
expectations
you
have
no
intention
of
following
through
with.
