Marcus is absolutely amazing! He helped me figure out exactly what I wanted in my engagement ring. Now I have the most beautiful Anna Sheffield engagement ring that I'm so in love with. My fiancee enjoyed working with Marcus as well. We appreciated how Marcus took his time with us and explained the different types of stones, shapes, and options available so that we could make the best decision. Amazing Shop!! Everyone was so friendly and kind. We walked in with no appointment to have the prong on the center stone of my wedding ring tightened. Smith Jewelers did an excellent job of creating a replacement for a lost ring. I had had the ring resized quite awhile ago, but they still had the picture they had taken of the ring at that time. Using that image and my spotty memory of the ring's unusual design they were able to start the process of having a new ring constructed. The staff was very patient with the many changes I requested as we progressed from CAD drawings of the ring to several wax mock-ups of the ring. The final product matched the ring I was replacing as closely as I could have hoped for. Throughout the process, Lisa, the staff member that helped me through the creation project was knowledgeable and patient with my many requests for changes in the design. I highly recommend Smith's Jewelers for any jewelry (or watch) needs that you may have.

Needed to get a ring resized and have heard good things about Smith's. Went in during the busy holiday season and they were able to help me right away. Even though I was not buying any jewelry they were helpful and super kind. Got my ring resized for a reasonable price and they were able to clean another piece of jewelry for me at no cost (it has a pearl, so a little hard to clean without damage.) They quoted me three weeks because of the busy season but it was done in one. Would recommend this place for new jewelry and any repairs that need to be done.

Nice enough local jewelry store, but I didn't feel like they were listening to what I/we really wanted or were looking for.

I took a ring that was given to me by my parents (bought from Smith’s) to be resized a few months ago. My ring was hammered and a matted, almost white gold, color. When it was picked up my ring was completely smooth and shiny...when brought up to the women working that this wasn’t my ring she argued that the ring was scratched so she smoothed it out...no apology or “how can I fix this?” she argued... Erika stepped in to inform the woman that she was wrong and offered to try and fix my ring. She took it and had it hammered like it was originally and it looked great. Then it started tarnishing. I’ve worn this ring for five years. I had not taken it off until getting it resized at Smith’s, I have never ever had a problem with it tarnishing. I called the shop and the woman who answered (assuming the same woman who messed it up originally) argued that it just happens over time. I tried to explain that I had never had this issue until I brought it in and they smoothed it out. She continued arguing with me about MY RING until I just had to give up. I waiting until Erika was in the shop and called her, she explained that a coating must have been on the ring and gotten removed when it was smoothed. She offered to try and fix it, hesitantly I let her. She communicated with me through the whole process, she was apologetic and clearly felt horrible (even though it was not her fault in any way) and she was incredibly kind and helpful. She is the reason I’m giving smith’s even one star. My ring looks nothing like it did when I got it and when I took it in to be resized. It’s dark and dull and there is nothing more that can be redone to it. The original woman never once apologized for her mess up. She never offered to help. She argued with every conversation and was not compassionate in any way. The lack of compassion from her, the lack of attention to detail, the lack of care is why I will not be shopping at Smith’s nor will I ever bring my jewelry there again. I’m incredibly disappointed and upset. This ring was so special to me and they ruined it completely. If you decide to go to Smith’s, ask for Erika, she’s incredible and a great representation of quality customer service.

They're always really helpful and friendly - and I am always tempted to buy more because the designs are so beautiful. On the pricier side I think but it's kind of what you would probably expect.

I bought my wedding ring from here recently. I walked in wearing scrubs and a hoodie and without a firm idea of what I wanted in a ring but the sales lady was amazing. I also walked in 30 minutes before close but was still treated warmly. The sales lady asked what I was wanting and my price range and after showing me three rings she showed me the one I wound up buying. 50% off and from their estate counter. I got choked up when I held the ring and after talking with my mom I came back 3 days later and bought it. I was not only impressed by the number of rings that fell within my modest budget but also by how warmly I was treated because you could tell by looking I'm not a big spender. Years ago, they also helped my brother out by repairing and resizing one of my mom's old promise rings for his high school sweetheart. Highly recommend.

The only place I will take my jewelry! They are so thorough. I brought a ring to have it resized and they explained that several prongs were loose, resizing it would likely mean the band would break in a few years time because it was so thin and resizing would stress it more, and recommended a total repair to keep it looking beautiful for many years to come. I came here to get my engagement ring resized. They said it would take 2 weeks and it gone done a whole week early which was great, but unfortunately it was sized a half size off which was disappointing. I took it back in and they were very nice and apologetic and had it fixed by the next day. Overall the customer service is wonderful here.

My parents had their 69th wedding anniversary today. All my Mom wanted was to have her wedding rings back. My Dad (90) broke her wedding band the day before. Smith's Jewelers fixed and cleaned them. Abbie and Johanna are wonderful to work with on various projects. I also love the fact that they sell high quality used rings. They deserve 5 stars!!

Where to begin with how amazing Smith’s is… the staff is incredible, their work is incredible. Abbie helped me design a one of a kind ring showcasing very sentimental diamonds and it’s BEAUTIFUL. It’s everything I had hoped of and more. I cannot recommend Smith’s enough!

My jeweler is no longer in business and I needed my wedding ring and both bands resized together. Smith’s was reasonably priced, super fast, and did a great job! Their staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

How charming to shop at a jewelry store on a quaint town square. The staff is amazingly helpful without pressuring to make a purchase. I’m hooked on the estate jewelry case! They have also repaired numerous pieces of jewelry for me at a very reasonable price.

A few of us went to Smith Jewelers. He went to clean my rings and came back and said I was missing a diamond. I got so upset since I had had this wedding ring for 50 years. He went and checked again, and it was not missing just really needed cleaned, but I was about to loose it because of broken prongs. I asked how much it would cost he said $$$. And was upset again. Robbie was so kind and respectful to me in my sentimental condition. My husband told Robbie to fix it. I was so happy with the way he treated me and my ring looked like it did 50 years ago when my husband put it on my finger. Smith’s is my Jeweler now because of the way they treated me and I loved the results!

Smith’s did an awesome repair and rebuild of my wedding rings. They took great care to make it as beautiful as it was originally, and made sure I was completely satisfied with their work. This a great local jewelry store for repairs as well as for purchasing old estate jewelry.
