The staff is very friendly and helpful, Jane was really great helping me find a pendant for my stone. I am so pleased with it ! I have received so many compliments. So Thank You Jane. I was also looking for a ring with triangle stones in amethyst and aquamarine Morgan found me one and it was perfect! I absolutely love it and when I went in the pick it up Kursten helped me get a turquoise and silver pinky ring and a necklace. All of the women there are a joy to work with. Morgan also helped me with a necklace from Swarovski and I absolutely love it. I found a ring I liked from them but it didn't come in the size I needed. But I have my eye on another one 😊👍.

When my Mom passed, I was given her wedding ring, she was 98 years old. When I was younger, she had her wedding & engagement rings along with some gold chains melted down and redesigned. I brought it to Branham's to to be looked at and cleaned, four prongs needed repair. I can't remember when it ever looked this good. Mom wore it every day of her life, long after my Dad passed. She would sit in her chair and twist the ring around her finger. I will treasure it always, along with the memories it brings. Thank you Branham's! It has exceeded my expectations. Just recently I was getting ready for vacation and wanted to use a watch that needed the links increased. Jane, work on my watch as a rush at no extra charge. When I came back in; the fit was fine, but I preferred to have another link added. So the team worked on the watch while I waited. I was able to ware and enjoy my watch on my vacation. We walked into Branham’s for the first time to have some rings resized and look at the jewelry. We were going to be celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and my husband wanted me to pick out something. We were greeted by Joann who quickly went to work measuring our ring size so we could get our rings changed to a size that would allow us to wear them again. As she wrote up the order we looked at the jewelry in the cases and felt relaxed doing so. When she was finished she came over to find out if I found anything I’d like to see. She was knowledgeable and professional and did not apply pressure. We felt very comfortable buying my new piece of jewelry and completing the transaction. Additionally Joann bought us a dozen red roses for our Anniversary! We have only lived in the area a few years but now that we’ve been to Branham’s we’ll be glad to shop there again. It is a beautiful store set up to appeal to the shopper’s needs. We had a wonderful experience!
