If I could give 10 stars I would. I had no idea what I was doing picking out my engagement ring. I gave Carley my budget and she worked within it, not opting for the higher end of the budget but what looked the best. There was no pressure and they got the ring made super fast and the end result was fabulous. I recommend Dominion to anyone searching for an engagement ring as well as other jewelry.

Typically, I don’t leave reviews good or bad because I don’t have the time to do it. However my experience with Sergio the manager the two times I spoke with him made me feel compelled to do it. He was gruff, smug, and curt. On October 13 I had a phone conversation with Sergio to discuss Dominion servicing my jewelry due to a water loss. He scheduled me to speak with Martha on October 29 3 pm. She is the person Sergio said who would process my jewelry insurance claim for Dominion Jewlers. 3.5 hours before the appointment on October 29 Sergio called and cancelled the appointment out of the blue without any explanation nor apology After asking for an explanation a couple of times for the cancellation he begrudging explained curtly and apologized gruffly. Horrible experience. No excuse to cancel an appointment 3 .5 hours before the appointment is due to start with a condescending air especially when he scheduled weeks out. Glad that I experienced his lack of personal attention, commitment, professionalism, and integrity to his customers through his word before I entrusted Dominion with my platinum and gold jewelry and was further along in the process with Dominion My response to owner’s response My review is based on the fact the night I made the appointment I was upfront with you in regard to the jewlery and mold. I stated there is NO mold that can be visually seen with the naked eye. The jewlery came from a house that had mold in it due to a water loss . U made the appointment with your employee who works with insurance claims. That appointment was made two weeks out. The day of the appointment I called to get directions your associate gave me directions. Then u called three hours before the appointment and canceled That is why I wrote the review . The public needs to know you don’t respect people’s time and u don’t have good follow through skills. U admitted on the phone u forgot to call to cancel Future potential customers don’t be fooled by his empathetic response down below. It is all to save face. By the way mold is naturally in your store since it is naturally outside . So every time a person walks into the store they are bringing mold in with them. On a positive note I got the jewlery serviced at Emerites and it has been a wonderful experience . If u want a reputable Jewler who respects your time, follows up on commitments in a timely way and has great customer service skills try them ! U won’t be wasting your time like I did with Domininion

I went in on a Saturday with an appointment with Carley. My (at the time girlfriend, now my Fiance) has very delicate fingers, and needed a ring to match. Carley was right on it, we had THE PERFECT engagement ring in a matter of minutes. I had done a bunch of online shopping and knew pretty well what i was looking for and my budget. Carley bent over backwards to make sure i got the perfect stone with the perfect setting. She NEVER ONCE tried to push me beyond my comfort zone as far as price, and we made sure that we got every single detail hammered out. I WILL ONLY GO TO DOMINION JEWELERS FOR JEWELRY! Everyone at Dominion was super friendly, and very easy going. For all the guys (or girls) who are buying some serious jewelry for their loved ones, this is your place. Please do not overlook Dominion Jewelers as a place to go. They are VERY affordable and do a bang up job with customer service. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

I wasn't pushed into a sale. They listened to what I had to say. Had an incredible selection. Most importantly, they were flexible on price! I recommend them to all of my friends.

I decided to reset my engagement diamond in a unique custom design and couldn't be happier with the result! They created exactly what I wanted and it is stunning! Carley was SO helpful, patient and made me feel confident that they knew exactly what I wanted. She listened to every detail and made sure it happened. Their goldsmiths are very talented. Poor customer service and a weird obfuscation of pricing for custom jewelry. I had a stone I wanted set and called to get a price range for a basic 2 carat white gold ring setting and they said I had to make an in person appointment to even get any sort of price range. That's something that shouldn't be in doubt for a professional jeweler. No idea what's going on, whether they don't want new customers or are going for a high pressure sales model, but whatever it is it's not normal for a jeweler. Their website advertises digital meetings, but apparently that's a lie too. Guy on phone was incredibly gruff and smug when I said no thanks. Why would I get anything complex from a place that doesn't even know their own pricing for something any jeweler can do?

Brought in my new engagement ring to get it adjusted down a 1/2 size. Turns out I was way off with my ring size and was nervous when Sergio suggested I size down 1 and 1/2 sizes. I was anxious all day but when I went to pick it up it was amazingly perfect and more beautiful than when I dropped it off. It wasn’t purchased there but they treated me like I was a valued customer and did an excellent, professional job. They’re the real deal. Will be returning to look at wedding bands!

These guys are the best! We brought our wedding ring design print out where I mocked up a custom design in Photoshop and they made us our beautiful wedding rings just like the picture. We bring our rings back each year to be inspected, cleaned and rebrushed. This is a family owned business and everybody there is nice, provides great customer service, and takes pride in their craftsmanship. We have worked mainly with Rochelle who is AWESOME but I doubt you will be disappointed to work with any of them.

I went to Rich Spero at Dominion to find a wedding band to match my engagement ring. It's going to be a custom-made design that will curve around my engagement ring setting to sit flush against the band. He was extraordinarily helpful and patient, and I ended up getting three rings sized as well. He even gave me a little discount since I was getting several rings sized. I'd recommend him to anyone!

I worked with Rich at Dominion for my engagement ring and wedding bands. I loved my experience and imagine I'll be a lifelong customer. I purchased the center stone and ring from Dominion, and they were wonderful and easy about including family stones along the band. For a jewelry novice like me, Rich was incredibly helpful navigating me through the process. I also had them resize a family wedding band and they could not have made that process easier.

The craftsmen here are meticulous and the jewellery they make is second to none.

I was just in on a Saturday. Admittedly it is their busy time, but nobody inside, other than the Falls Church City cop greeted me or my partner. We wandered the store, only receiving stares. Not a single warm smile or “I’m sorry we are busy, we will get to soon”. Happy to spend my money elsewhere.

Amazing service every time. They made a custom wedding band for me to match my rather unique engagement ring and did a fantastic job. My engagement ring has required maintenance and repairs from time to time and other shops have done pretty bad damage to it, unfortunately, so now we prefer driving here from Georgia because they’re the only place we trust!

So disappointed with the recent service at Dominion. Pre-pandemic I went in for a consult to upgrade earrings I purchased from there in 2015 and was given a quote for a credit towards an upgrade. Now, finally ready to purchase, I was told that their policy doesn't allow for the style of earrings I purchased to qualify for an upgrade. It wasn't even the policy change, but how the message was delivered by Ryan, their Office Manager. He was rude and curt with me and offered absolutely no alternative solution- or even for me to come in and discuss options. This was a complete change from the service we received in 2015- and disappointing as we were hoping to return to Dominion for all future purchases. I guess Dominion Jewelers is in a position to turn away a large sale- I am sure that other area jewelers would be happy to assist me

The buying experience was good. The rep did a thorough job of explaining all the different options. The rep we dealt with was very patient and we were happy with the process. The follow up was where we were not so pleased. I had to reach out to get our order delivered on time. The sales rep was nowhere to be found nor could the rep be reached. In the end, we got a very nice piece at a very good price. We will still go back for more business but wish the delivery process was better. We are satisfied with the entire process.

Sergio and Dominion Jewelers would be a 10+ from me! Needing an unplanned repair to a two jeweled diamond ring crafted by them almost 10 years ago, scheduling an appointment with Sergio to review repair choices was easy and convenient. Upon selecting an option, it was finished earlier than expected. Scheduling a pick up day and time was almost next day and the finished product is simply stunning!!! I am so happy with my 'new' ring and the manner in which I interacted with all of the personnel. Their attentiveness to customer appreciation and active COVID 19 management made me feel very 'safe' as well as valued. They set the 'gold' standard for me!

My husband really knew what to do when he chose Richter & Philips for my engagement ring. Richter & Philips made it easy for my husband to customize the solitaire style I wanted helping him choose the prettiest emerald cut diamond and also embed a small emerald stone into the band for an added heartfelt touch. I absolutely love it! When we went to choose our wedding bands together, the staff was amazing. They even helped me embed an emerald into my husbands band too! I came with ideas for what I wanted and ended up being guided to the most gorgeous baguette band. It pairs so nicely with my custom engagement ring and I couldn't be happier. I had a fantastic experience here. I could not find a wedding band anywhere that matched my engagement ring. I came in to Dominion and showed it to Sergio. He showed me a few bands, and we both agreed that none of them worked. I asked about something custom, and he helped me pick out the perfect style and within a week they had produced a gorgeous white gold band with filigree that matched my ring and looks AMAZING. The price was much better than you would expect for something custom, too! I was thrilled with Sergio. They polished my engagement ring while they had it and the center stone came loose in the process... When I called him about it, he told me to bring it in whenever and that they would fix it. I came in that Saturday and they had tightened it within five minutes. The customer service here is outstanding and the quality is top notch. If you live within an hour of Falls Church you really need to go with Dominion!
