Long time customer but sadly that ended today. After buying jewelry there for 20+ years, they lost this customer by charging us $100 to resize a ring we bought there 10 years ago. Mind you, this was after we spent 3K dollars on a new ring. I complained but even the manager wouldn't budge. Said they had to "add gold to the band". Even if that's true, is it worth losing a customer? I know they've never been the cheapest jewelry store. I kept going back because the original owner helped me design my wife's wedding ring and their customer service was great. Obviously all good things come to an end. UPDATE: The manager saw this review and personally called to make things right. They refunded the $100 cost of resizing the ring. Glad to see they still care about customer satisfaction.

First , as usual business owners attack right away any honest reviewer by saying our record doesn’t have your info, Well this is a Google account , people use Nick names !! So chill I’m a real purchaser “unfortunately “ Worst experience ever, I’ve wasted 1700$ on a ring that was sold to me as 18 k gold , and I don’t know how could they fooled me with that ring which doesn’t have a stamp on it saying its 18 or anything, no stamp even to certify its gold !!! No weight recorded on the receipt . Also they insisted on taking the small tag away and hide it before i leave with the ring . ????!!! The stamp ( engraved ) was erased !!! I paid 1700$ for whaaaat ?? .I took the same item to the Houston jewelry appreciation and testing, they value it for 180$ 😭 I could have purchased an authentic 21 k gold of documented weight and certified items with that amount. Be aware, 🛑 and save your money , go anywhere else I’m so sad and frustrated but God sees people deeds . He’ll judge

I don't know where to even start, The Service here is absolutely amazing. Alec was very helpful from the moment i arrived, i do not know much about jewelry so i thank Alec for being very patient with me and designing the perfect engagement ring. He listened to everything i wanted and had the perfect idea to make it look unique and beautiful. Their selection of rings to choose from is top-notch and very beautiful, and vibrant. The engagement ring I chose is their own in-house Nazarelle signature design. The staff is very friendly, we were able to have normal conversations outside of buying rings, which I appreciate. They showed me how to use the jeweler's looking glass for the cut and clarity of a diamond. They showed me how to inspect the diamond's serial numbers under a microscope. They even showed me where to look for the serial number on a diamond before and after the installation on the ring, to be confident it's the same diamond you paid for.

We’ve been customers of Nazar’s for 20 years when I purchased my wife’s engagement ring there. And, we purchased our wedding bands from Nazar’s as well as other items throughout the years. The selection is great and the service is always friendly and accommodating.

My husband proposed to me with a costume jewelry ring which I loved. However after a few years the main stone fell out, so I decided to look for a jeweler to recreate my ring instead of replacing the stone. I went to a jewelry store in the woodlands first. They didn’t seem to understand that I knew my ring was costume jewelry and wanted a new ring made with better materials but same style. Found Nazar’s through google and despite bringing my cheap costume ring. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and reassured me that the specific details I loved about my wedding ring would be mimicked in the new ring. I was quoted several hundred dollars more than the jewelry store in the woodlands. However I was okay with spending more knowing care would be given towards my new wedding ring. The ring took 5-6 weeks to be ready and I received a call to pick up. It’s been a few months since I picked up my new wedding ring, and I am immensely happy with the craftsmanship. It has held up extremely well with daily wear, and should any issues arise I will go straight to Nazar’s as opposed to any other jeweler. 🌼

Went here for a custom engagement ring and was blown away by the friendly staff not only helping me with creating the perfect custom ring, but also having such positive and friendly attitudes amidst my million and a half questions. Because of my first interaction being so positive I decided to return for a custom wedding band almost a year later and they remembered me, asked how I was doing and how life was going, asked how my fiancé liked the ring and how she was doing, etc. It was so nice to feel remembered when I was only there maybe twice before, a year prior. All that said, I would HIGHLY (10/10) recommend Nazar’s to anyone who wants custom and quality jewelry!

Helped me pick out the perfect ring. When I told them what I liked and didn’t like about the options, they steered me to my exact specs and respected my budget. They even made suggestions that actually cost me less than if I just went with the display model specs. Let me know I could order it and finish paying when I pick it up which helped when we had so many wedding costs to manage. I could’ve saved by going online and getting a generic ring, but if I was going to spend any money, I knew it had to be perfect. I needed a custom vintage engagement ring and wedding band on short notice. The design was very intricate, and other jewelers needed 6-8 weeks or longer. Nazar's was able to get my ring done in half that time and for a very reasonable price. Alec and Ruby were a joy to work with and answered all of my questions and texts promptly and professionally. There was a moment when I couldn't decide between two design options, and all the staff from the store gathered around and gave me their honest feedback, which I really appreciated. I could tell that they all genuinely enjoy the work that they do. I absolutely love my ring and I will be returning for other jewelry purchases in the future!
