Mike at Neugebauers was absolutely phenomenal to work with, I wanted my ring custom made and he followed through consistently with different updates and design styles. He also kept me informed along the way when it was ordered and the progress it took to get delivered. I really wish I could give a 10 star to Neugebauer's and Maddie. My husband wanted to upgraded my wedding ring for our 40th anniversary, I felt sad in my heart because I thought I would loose my diamond we were married with. Maddie had so much compassion for how I felt and not only did she help us find the perfect stone but also helped me put my original stone in a beautiful necklace setting. And they did a gorgeous job with setting the new one. We have told everyone we know about Neugebauer's and will be telling many many more. My ring deserved the best and we found them. Being a younger lgbtq+ couple, we couldn’t say enough about how well we were treated. We had searched around multiple jewelry stores to resize our engagement rings. Being a couple in their mid 20s we didn’t have the best customer service experience at other places. Neugebauers greeted us with a smile and a warm feelings. They went above and beyond by cleaning, sizing and tightening the prongs on our rings! All for 100$ for both rings!!!!! There was a tiny damage caused when sizing but they fixed it right away and paid for it! Living in a different town they got us done the next day and even offered to ship it for free. Couldn’t say enough about them.

My fiancé went through them to get my engagement ring and bragged about how great they were to work with while he was designing it! They were quick, kind and answered all his questions. When I went with back to the store to get it resized they congratulated us on the engagement. They were so personal and kind and made it feel like the ring came from more than just a franchise and meant more than just a sale. They have wonderful communication and BEAUTIFUL designs. Will be recommending them to everyone!!

I had my solitaire from my engagement and bought my enhancer separately at a later time. I wanted to get them soldered together and brighten my solitaire with a fresh rhodium plate of white gold. Didnt really know what to expect but I am so very impressed. When talking to I believe Ashley, she explained a few different ways they can solder it together. I had no idea and pretty much told her, I trusted them to make it look beautiful, and they did above and beyond. I am in love with my ring. Fantastic establishment with impeccable customer service. I had purchased my Wife's wedding ring from this store and shortly moved away. Every time I pass through Rapid City, I call ahead to Neugebauer's to make an appointment to get her ring checked out and a re-rhodium. They always accommodate my busy schedule and deliver an amazing outcome. I would recommend this place to anybody.

We worked with Michael and he was so knowledgeable about what he has available or what he can customize. We were able to customize a ring from a picture and it came out better than we could have ever imagined! He was able to design the ring in 24 hours and get us a 3-D print out of what the ring would look like. We had been to multiple jewelers looking for this specific ring, and were told the same thing…needs to be custom ordered. Michael went above and beyond and created the most beautiful ring we could have ever asked for! Will definitely come back for future jewelry needs!

Neugebauer’s is wonderful! I brought in an heirloom family ring and they helped me turn it into a custom piece, long distance. Madeline and Mike were so helpful, accommodating, and made the whole experience exceed my expectations. They sent digital images of all my design ideas - so patient. I got my engagement ring customized by them and they made the process so much fun and easy that I recommend them to all my friends who are in the market for getting a wedding ring.
