We
had
a
horrible
experience
with
a
previous
jeweler,
which
left
us
hesitant
to
trust
anyone
else.
My
grandfather
left
me
a
tanzanite
stone,
which
I
asked
my
(now)
fiancé
to
use
in
an
engagement
ring.
He
went
to
the
only
jeweler
he
knew--the
father
of
a
high
school
acquaintance--to
have
the
ring
made.
Three
months
later,
we
returned
to
the
store
to
have
the
ring
cleaned,
and
discovered
it
was
cracked
soon
after
leaving.
Unfortunately,
the
jeweler
refused
to
take
responsibility.
I
was
devastated
as,
more
important
than
the
cost
of
replacing
the
stone,
it
was
one
my
grandfather
had
chosen
for
me
before
he
passed
away.
Needless
to
say,
we
did
not
know
where
to
go
or
how
to
remedy
the
situation.
I
went
to
Barons
because
my
mom
bought
her
(upgraded)
wedding
ring
from
Ronnie.
Ronnie
and
his
team
immediately
put
me
at
ease.
They
were
knowledgeable,
honest,
and
sympathized
with
what
had
happened.
They
found
a
solution
that
was
within
our
budget
and
moved
mountains
to
have
the
stone
replaced
within
just
a
few
days
so
that
I
could
wear
my
ring
in
Washington,
DC
(where
we
were
moving
to
spend
our
final
semester
of
law
school).
The
Barons
team
did
a
wonderful
job
of
turning
a
bad
situation
into
a
story
with
a
happy
ending.
We
could
not
have
been
happier
with
our
experience!
