Addessi is the spot.The whole addessi family helped me walk out on Christmas Eve with a perfect engagement ring. I recommend them to friends and family and if you have questions (like I did), I suggest you stop in and let them take care of you.

We had several pieces of estate jewelry redesigned. Lisa was fantastic in assisting us with the design. Her knowledge of and creativity made us feel secure in our choices. The pieces are stunning they will be worn for years to come. Also, the selection of jewelry in the store is breathtaking so many wonderful choices. We are so happy to have found Addessi so we can confidently purchase on a local level. The store is lovely we felt like family.

I rarely write reviews but every time I pass Addessi Jewelers I do a slow burn. Having recently relocated from Manhattan to CT I decided to take a chance on Addessi to enlarge an heirloom ring that was too small. They measured the appropriate size and told my husband and I that the ring would be ready in about two two weeks. In two weeks we called them and discovered that they stretched the ring to the breaking point but would need to add more gold to achieve the required size. The cost would be five times the original quoted price. Why a skilled jeweler wouldn't have known at the outset that there wasn't enough gold to increase the ring two sizes is curious. Deciding their repair shop was inept we decided to retrieve the ring. The ring cannot be worn or sold as is due to the fact they stretched the ring to the breaking point. Despite returning a ruined ring to us they had the gall to charge us for destroying it because after all their repair person spent time working on it. If you need a valuable piece of jewelry repaired - do not rely on the shop.

I had a great shopping experience at Addessi Jewelers! Both Wayne and Lisa were professional and knowledgeable and was creative in transforming a piece of jewelry into something even more beautiful. Addessi also assisted me with putting together a sentimental necklace and bracelet for my grandson. I highly recommend Addessi Jewelers for stylish and timeless pieces of jewelry with excellent quality.

Very personal and involved in creating design I wanted with valuable input in areas I wasn’t familiar with. Fair price ( actually their recommendations brought price down!!). Beautiful execution. You can expect a full-service, jewelry store for custom pieces. It's so rare -- just like the diamonds they have -- to see a father and daughter work so well together.

Strolled through to browse and get some new jewelry ideas and was so delighted with the customer service! Dackerie gave me some wonderful ideas for my custom piece and showed me some of their current selections. Also had my ring cleaned while browsing and what a difference!💍 ✨ Will definitely be back!!

Not a fan. People were nice enough, but communication and follow through are lacking. Just moved to Ridgefield; I’ll spend the gas money driving to the Jewelers I know I can get honest reliable service at. Tempted to plug the other store, but I’ll just end the review instead. Edit to respond to owner’s response: your response speaks volumes. This was not the first time I went to your shop and not the first time I was disappointed with your business. So, you may now bask in my “tolerance and lack of eagerness”. Nice job taking a stab at me though. Wow. Dropping to one star.

I can’t thank Lisa and the team at Addessi Jewelers enough. They were wonderful and spent so much time assessing a huge amount of jewelry left by a family member. I could not have gotten through it without them and highly recommend the store. Excellent place.

I shopped Addessi initially in November of 2022 for a unique piece of jewelry for my girlfriends Xmas present. They worked with me and created a gorgeous custom piece. From that experience I decided to work with them on a custom engagement ring. From the very beginning to the end of the process it was a dream. Tom, Wayne and the team presented me with many options and worked with me on the best stones within my budget. Then they worked with me on the design. Once we had agreed upon a design the process was turned over to Fred “the magician” who crafted an absolutely amazing piece. Not only that, but they also created a custom video of the ring being built. Cannot say enough great things about the whole Addessi team. Will be my jeweler for life.
