The place is very conducive for exercise. There is a gym, basketball court and a tennis ball court. The reception is great and lots of fun when you come to exercise. The trainers are top-notch. Opening hours are Monday - Friday: 5:30am GMT to 9:00pm GMT Saturdays: 6:00am GMT to 12:00pm GMT Holidays: 6:00am GMT to 12:00pm GMT A place you have to be.

There's a lawn tennis court and basketball court The gym is well kept and the have various dance class too
