The food was pretty amazing, customer service was good. Ruby was a really nice waitress and made our time there enjoyable. Gizzard was a bit too hard, and the pink colada need a little more alcohol but everything else was great.

When it comes to food and pastries, Starbites is usually great because the meals taste fresh and are quite affordable. The East legon branch is quite spacious, and it tends to be quite busy. You can't go wrong with the taste. The service could be better as the waiters tend to be inattentive. We had to signal the waiter more than 3 times before the menu was brought, and then he forgot the pancakes that we ordered. Finally, getting the waiter to bring the bill also took quite a bit of time. It was a bit annoying with the inattentive nature of the waiter and also for where we sat, the was an occasional smell from the drains that wafted through every now and then, making the whole experience somewhat disappointing. Regardless, the food is always good.

Very good food and service. We do wish all of our food would have come out at the same time. There was 4 in our party and we waited over 45 mins for everyone to get their food. The first served experienced cold food sadly not able to enjoy the full experience. Our server was very accommodating bringing cocktails and covers for our food as it arrived. He had no control over the cook unfortunately. Many things on the menu were not available, but we are running into this problem with many places to eat. We had chicken wings and fries, lasagna, excellent, and our men had fish. The spring rolls were very good as well. But they only had 1 of the 4 appetizers offered on the menu.

Starbites is a popular restaurant in East Legon, Accra, known for its delicious food and outdoor seating. The restaurant has a wide variety of menu items to choose from. We had the Meat Platter and it was value for money. The outdoor seating area is great. I remember the place from back in the day and it brought back some nostalgic memories. The service was not bad.

This was 6th March, I had fries and pork with ketchup and my friends had fried rice with goat meat sauce. One thing that set me off was they used coconut oil for both the fried rice and the goat meat sauce and it tasted off for the three of us. 😑 I loved their pineapple juice nevertheless.

The wait staff seemed overwhelmed although the place wasn't packed. It was the third server I waved over who actually took my order. Despite my initial concerns, the grilled chicken and pork chops both with spicy jerk sauce and their fried rice and jollof rice sides were absolutely delicious. I enjoyed the refreshing passion cup cocktail as well.

It's located in East Legon inside the ANC Shopping Centre. It's a safe and secured environment, wheelchair friendly and also a good parking space. Great customer services and the food taste great. It's a place you can go with your family and partner on a decent date. If this helped like it.

I got there and was greeted at the entrance nicely and was looking forward to the service. Waiter brings menu and that was it. For 16 good minutes, me and my guests are sitting with no one attending to us. Cos at least if you are not taking my food request, maybe ask what I am going to drink. I got frustrated and decided to leave because I was here to eat not to sit and wait. What piss me off more was the fact that they were not busy so I would understand, and when I decided to leave no one even asked a question but just watch me walk away. I love Ghana and want to help businesses grow but we cant grow when our services in a service industry is not servicing. You're even lucky to get a 1 start. We need to do better!!

Terrible with time! Disorganised service....for 3 times in a row...order that was supposed to be ready in 30 mins...takes an hour and more! Even just 1 pack of food takes more than 30mins to arrive. Not a place of choice when you are hungry

I was met by a lovely lady who happens to be a trainee at the entrance who directed me to the reception HOWEVER I had to wait for 1hour for only jollof rice with chicken. They need to improve on their customer service especially with those at the reception counter.

The lady who served us was very patient, friendly with great customer attention. It's a great location to relax overlooking the t junction busy road. The food... we had jollof... was great just small and the avocado 🥑👌salad was perfect. I will not talk of prices because its an already slightly pricey location. The only thing I will ask Management to pay attention to is the routine cleaning of the tables and chairs especially during these covid times. Our table ... not even the chair...had to be cleaned after we sat n no alcohol was used in the cleaning

Went there on a Friday evening. They had really loud live music . The crowd seemed to enjoy it a lot . For me it was a tad bit loud but anyways . The food was good . Well priced . The first time I went there I had to wait for over 10 minutes to be attended to but no waiter paid attention to us. I finally walked up to the counter to look for someone to place an order through and met a nice gentleman who assisted us. The waitress he called for us was still quite negligent and it was difficult getting her attention. I went there again today and the service was extremely poor. I stood at the counter watching two waitresses completely ignore me. I wasn’t even the only person standing there and yet we were all ignored. I finally left because I couldn’t possibly waste my time on food that I can literally get anywhere in East Legon!

I ordered tacos on Bolt Food and this was what was delivered. Extremely disappointed! They should've done a better job packaging the tacos, this looked like it was completely thrown in a box. Also, the soft shell was nasty. Seemed like it wasn't cooked all the way through and it broke apart.

Eating at Starbites was an amazing experience!!! My friends and I ordered chicken stir fry noodles as well as cheese burger with bacon. The noodles was delicious and exactly how I like it, not too salty and a decent sized portion. The burger was delicious too however it would have been better with a little more bacon. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Ghana!

I have been the biggest fan of their Chicken and mushroom pie which infact was world-class. Loved it so much that I would buy them by the dozen and have introduced scores of people to Starbites. The food is very nice but the service is very slow. If it’s take out please call 40 mins ahead. If you’re sitting there expect the food to take 30-45 mins Try the mixed gril with sautéed potatoes. Their grilled pork is also famous. And I get their spicy chicken avocado wrap on my lunch break sometimes.

We came in a group of 5, the service was good and the waiter that served us was very nice and friendly. We ordered jollof and chicken, yam fries and chicken & beef lasagna with fries. My meal (lasagna) wasn’t freshly made some bits of the lasagna were hot, some were warm and some were frozen. When I told the waiter he was extremely apologetic and actually cared. They warmed it up again and it was ok but, lacked flavour. The other meals were tasty. I would say their portions are very good actually. The environment was alright the only problem is that we were bitten by mosquitoes my whole leg was full of mosquito bites.... I would come here again.. only in the day time though 😊

I like Starbites. The simplicity and creativity of the facility is welcoming. Had breakfast there with a friend and it was nice. Service was swift and polite. I find interesting, the hanging packaging crates and almost "unfinished" nature of the deco.

Starbites is my favourite place to eat, work and have meetings. Francisca has been my regular server, and is welcoming and helpful with food choices. They have a varied menu, you will definitely find something of your choice.

More hype than good I felt. Eaten much better and cheaper Ghanaian food in most places in Ghana to be honest. Half the menu they do not have in stock either. The Pina Colada was delicious though hence 2 stars. What you will get here is good looking people and western Ghanaians attracting more of the same. Starbites has to be careful as if another place opens that sells a variety of tasty food close by with good decor then this place will be finished.

Only the duration for getting the food ready is long when knowing the food are not fresh prepared food but pre prepared food stored in the freezer and finished cooking/ frying. For just spring rolls I needed to wait over an hour to get it. And the response was, the food needed to be defrost.

Always assumed East Legon Starbites would be very expensive so I was delighted with their pricing when I visited. Their burger with fries had impressive flavour and volume and their ambience was trendy and upbeat. Its a very good use of space. Their pizza supremo had plenty of toppings, cheese and sauce but somehow I felt that the taste could be better. Its ideal for casual dates, family dinners and friend meet-ups. Its not a quiet space though. There's music and vehicle traffic sounds around you. Witnessed a bit of a food mix-up for a guest but it was swiftly followed by an apology from a manager. That was nice to see. It's definitely a place I'd recommend.
