A very serene neighborhood where you get all your household needs to buy, safe from criminal attacks and with an accessible tiled road. Its a place You should drive through.

Lots of affordable apartments units. About 7 different stories, all having 6 floors, with an average of 4 rooms per floor. Each room is designated an electricity meter. There is enough parking space. The estate is not gated. The road used in accessing the place is not in a bad shape, just a few potholes. It is close to creche school. And because of the little parking, residents tend to park on the street alot.
