We rented a saloon car to Bole from Tamale. Rashid the driver was very kind and professional. Initially, we thought the price was high not until the end of the rental then we realized it was worth the amount. The driver made sure our seat belts were on at all times. Thanks so Grassroot Tours!

Our time in Mole was incredible from start to finish. Our travel plans to Tamale changed at the last minute and Isaac was able to accommodate this - he met us at 5:30am! When we first got to Mole National Park we did the afternoon safari and were able to see a wide range of animals including rare antelopes, elephants, a crocodile, warthog, and baboons. The following morning we were met by two elephants right beside the hotel grounds! We then did a walking safari in the park and witnessed a large band of elephants enter the lake to swim - a memory that will last us a lifetime. The park rangers were all incredibly knowledgeable and warm, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Isaac is a very generous and kind tour guide - he always made sure we were comfortable and was by our side throughout the trip to meet any needs we had. Lastly, the food at The Mole Hotel was delicious. We particularly loved the mole fried rice and the guinea fowl and vegetable stew! My fiancé and I were really impressed with the tour and would highly recommend Isaac as your guide. He is local to the area and speaks a range of dialects, which allows you to venture to places you likely wouldn't have access to - ie. the nearby shea butter producing villages. His English is flawless and his humour will have you smiling throughout your stay. Thanks for everything Isaac and for giving us an experience that went above and beyond our expectations!

Availability to Customers is mind-blowing Got to Tamale at 4 am and they were ready to pick me up to the Mole National park and 3 days after i had to leave early in the morning around 5 am and they took me to board the bus : always punctual and enjoyed all the tour soo well and lucky enough I saw elephants whenever I went for the Safaris I totally recommend it

Superb Travel Agency. My family of 4 were in Ghana for 10 days travel vacation. . We communicated with the manager Michael who was very helpful and forthcoming with all the necessary information we needed for our trip. At 10pm we had a driver Joshua waiting for us at the Accra airport who took us to our Hotel and also picked us up early the next morning where we started our adventure. Joshua is a very good driver and acted professional at all times, my kids Janina and Athur loves him as he's very jovial and happy all the time. Our trip from Accra, cape coast. I arrived in Accra some weeks back and needed to make a trip to the north of Ghana to see some projects I am working on. I searched through the internet for an option to rent a car from Tamale to Bawku and Wa for 5 Days. I contacted Grassroot Tours and some other companies but I ended up using their services because their response to my inquiry was prompt and precise. Rashid my driver did a good job, he picked me up from the Tamale Airport to Bawku for 2 days then to Wa. The roads at some point weren't so good, he managed to get me through. In my inquiry, Isaac suggested I do a tour of Mole National Park when coming from Wa but I didn't have that much time. I have promised to book a tour with them when I come again to Ghana sometime next year. I highly recommend them!

Thoroughly recommend this company Isaac helped us arrange a car & driver for long trip from Mole to the coast. This was all at short notice but was easy and professional. James our driver was fantastic. He was safe, kind, and accommodating. We felt really lucky to have met him and would also recommend his driving to anyone.

Isaac was the consummate tour guide! Hospitable, knowledgeable, curious (and not toooo talkative), engaging, kind and accommodating. I'd give 6 stars if I could! He allowed us to change and rest at his personal residence, waited on us whenever we were running late, gave advice on our other Ghana travel plans, and advocated for us whenever he felt like we may have been taken advantage of. No one knows Tamale or Mole Nat'l Park better than Isaac! If you're considering other tour companies in Ghana, you won't find anything better. Traveling in Ghana Dream Achieved. I have traveled in many parts of the world except for Africa. In trying to find a destination i got many suggestions and i finally settled on Ghana West Africa. We surfed the internet and found Grassroot travel. Michael our travel planner responded to our emails timely and also proposed an itinerary which we obliged as he was soo informative, ooh he also wrote us letters for our visas. While in Ghana we met our guide Isaac and driver Joshua at the Accra International airport and they took us to our Hotel Movenpic very nice Hotel. In the morning Isaac gave us a full orientation of our tours, facts about Ghana, life style of the people of Ghana etc. On the road Joshua drove carefully and will frequently ask us if we needed to use the bathroom. Very professional and attentive to details. It's my best experience ever as a traveler and to find that in Ghana was surprising actually. I recommend them highly.
