I was there to buy front shock absorber for Suzuki Swift and their service was awesome, no time to waste I was attended to quickly. After paying the said amount the shocks are ready. Always insist on Genuine Spare Parts for quality service I always say, You Drive It YAD Fix It.

I was particularly so impressed by their hygiene standards! I happened to stay there after-hours due to an event my team and I catered for, and that's what I observed.

Your cars are cool, but your after sales service is very disappointing. You need an explanation to an invoice and you can call for days, then the next thing you know, you guys issue a demand letter. Seriously? Takes you five days to service a vehicle? Terrible!

Ok so first off, I never knew that you could trade your old car (of any make) for a brand new Mitsubishi. Now, that's some big relief right there! They also have an awesome payment plan on all their cars. Now you have no excuse not to own a "tear rubber" car now 😉.

Really messy place. Don't have workforce, simple service also messed up, don't have spare parts.. needs 30-35 days to get parts. This is how they force customer to buy home use cars because after sales service is really really BAD.

You need to learn to take time when explaining to potential clients or customers. The world strives on information to make decisions… once that is lacking or staff isn’t down to earth to answer all questions and hangs up the call that’s you(staff) getting too comfortable🙄
