I think you can find most sanitary ware and their accessories here. All of their faucets though come in just one finish i.e chrome finish... variety would have been.. customer service was cordial... they have all the parking space you will need

Prices vary and can be affordable or expensive depending on what you want to buy however their quality is 💯. They also have a shop for interior decor where you can get blinds, curtains, throw pillows etc. I must commend Francis for always being helpful whenever my husband and I make a purchase. His customer service is top notch.

first they tell me a unit price, I come in to pay, now they telling me it’s a different price and forgot to change it in the system. Went back, brought the money. Paid for it.. when it was time to pick the color I wanted, the amount they claim they have, it was all a lie.. so now I have to pick a different color, color that I didn’t like. I had better experience dealing with sellers on the street..

Lots of bureaucracy. Just went there to buy a simple equipment and the whole process took about 30 mins. The business seriously need to look into their processes..... asking the customer to walk 100 yards to the warehouse; that's so "not it!!!!"

We were given the relevant product information to help us make the right decisions. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision/ purchase. Product packaging reflected the premium quality and craftsmanship of the products. Having experienced a minor (very minor) issue with one of the products, Jamila (customer service) was quick to efficiently resolved it. Very professional yet friendly. Michael Oware gave me one of the best customer services ever. Firstly he listened then sent via whatsapp a variety of products including those on promo sales. He then helped me choose the right product. Over the phone he guided me to make payment and made sure my purchase was given to the person I sent.
