One of the best hostels around KNUST. It's proximity to campus and the services they offer at such competitive prices is what makes it the best. Edit: There are a lot of hidden charges. Most of the promised services have a conditions which do not make them favorable. *They buy prepaid for you at beginning of every month( bare minimum to cancel out service charges by ECG) You'll still have to buy after expending the one they bought. *Non residents pay for patronage of the basketball court *It is not serene as portrayed, church activities are held in the conference room and terrace of the hostel. It may inconvenience you. *You will be charged for any extra days you spend in your designated room before the official day of reopening of the semester and after the official end of the semester( short semester breaks in particular). *The hostel doesn't allow visitors after 11pm. *Some of the porters are hostile If you ever intend to patronize them make sure you get a copy of their tenancy agreement beforehand. Read it and make sure you are okay with it before making payment. The kind of living there is more or less like SHS boarding.😂

Lively environment with basketball court 🏀 Friendly reception staff and visitors book where visitors register and sign out when they visit colleagues, friends or relatives at the hostel.

Very nice place. The compound is big and gives off a homey vide although the building structure itself doesn't scream "home". Very beautiful place with the grasses and all. Although internet service is bad around the area.

Serene Environment, good service...restaurant at basement, laundry (not free), shuttle, stand by generator and solar panel (doesn't cover rooms as at today) available, spacious rooms, good study environment, and modern. Expensive (GHS 2, 700 for 4-in-a-room, in 2021-2022), but not too much for its standards. Its okay.

It's a nice hostel...have conference room and all. The place is neat, has got nice environment, basketball court, big kitchen and a mini bus

Providence Hostel is a very beautiful place with nice lawns and a basketball court. It's one of the best places to consider if you are looking for a hostel.

Erosion has taken control of the road besides the building but the hostel is nice and the people were welcoming and tolerant. ✌️
