The pool side is neatly kept with a portion allocated for children. The restaurant serves nice dishes include pizza. There is a gym and a large parking space. Security personnels are also quite reliable.

This is a three star hotel in Koforidua. Koforidua is the capital of the Eastern Region in Ghana. I spent two nights here on a working trip. The hotel has been well maintained. I know of the place since my last visit 11 years ago and it was nice to see good work done. The gym seem to function a lot as I saw people come in to renew their membership. I loved my room. Quite standard and comfortable. The food was just okay though it was slightly pricey. Covid protocols? A bit of sign here and there but not much really aside that. Was a good stay. A place I can consider revisiting.

for one I think they bake the best PIZZA in the whole of Easter Region. Capital View is one of the best places to be in Koforidua. The place is so tidy and clean. They also have so many protocols and systems in place to curb the virus in this pandemic. Every entrance of any facility within the hotel has got a access to water, liquid soap, paper towel and hand sanitisers all over the place. That alone assured me of my safety at the place but was a little tiring since i had to go through the same process when entering a different facility or place in the hotel... The welcoming gestures of the workers there especially their receptionist was so adorable. They also offer free Wi-Fi of which i am making good use of as i type this review. I recommend the EXECUTIVE SUITE or STANDARD ROOM at the New site. Specifically request for that place to lodge and relax..These rooms are of the highest comfort to me. the EXECUTIVE SUITE i can boldly say meets my standard and above. You will be blown away by the Jacuzzi in the washroom. Heated Jacuzzi at 30 degrees did it for me the first night i got here. If you are a Tourist, i recommend you try their Banku, Tilapia and Meko ( grinned pepper)... Aside me enjoying the meal, i loved their Breakfast though it was low in sugar.Their Swimming pool was a standard with the right temperature in the day. They also have an active NIGHT CLUB which is located underground.. If you love to dance and have fun, check it out when you get there. Strict protocols are followed to avoid overcrowding. They mostly keep it under an 100 people... All i could lift at their GYM was just around 10kg. Every item and equipment at the gym was in good shape. They have a GYM instructor who is really good at the job... i will be having my six-packs soon. From what i heard and gathered, they have the Most and Biggest Auditoriums for gatherings and Conferences in the whole of eastern region. If my memory serves me right, i counted 7 Conference Rooms. Funny how they have halls and pathways name after GES-Ghana Education Service. They also have the the most rooms in the region. Capital View Hotel is also the Tallest hotel in the region as i type.Rooms are actually fumigated and sanitised at the exact time you take a break from your room or check out of the hotel... They make you feel safer in these Pandemic times... Visit CAPITAL VIEW HOTEL

I will not recommend their hotel annex, you will enjoy ur self at the main hotel

CVH is a serene place to be. Their room service is splendid. There's also a pool and a gym. Downside, rooms closer to the poolside can get a little noisy

Situated in a very calm environment. The staff are friendly and their food tastes good as well. Rooms are quite spacious but feel stuffy and are dark due to the poor lighting. Network access isn't so strong in the neighbourhood. There's a functional gym and pool that guests have access to

One superb thing about this hotel is their pizza. Try it everybody. Serene environment, nice location.

It's a good hotel. They have managed to maintain their standards over time. I really like their new block. The rooms there are new and stylish. The new block has better and nicer rooms than their old block. The food is OK. Could be much better though. Customer care is good. Staff are kind and responsive. Capital view is definitely a go to place if you are within the of Koforidua environs and need some where to lodge. To be honest I was held back a bit with the outward edifice of the building but when I entered, thier rooms were very classy. I also enjoyed the service from thier front line and welcome team. Splendid place!

Very very good and l.will recommend there for any residential meeting. One thing l didn't like about the place is the fact that, it is free if you want to eat at the restaurant, but you have to pay Ghc5 if you want to take it to your room. Management should see and address this issue. Thanks for your service

The hotel has the best services in koforidua . State of the art furnitures. Comfortable settings and very spacious conference rooms and meeting areas. A clean pool and very wonderful food. It is a nice place for a couples getaway and also cooperate retreats. It has spacious yards an enough rooms to hold social events. Be sure to try their pizza whiles you are there. Thank me later.

Beautiful place to just chill at for a weekend. Nice atmosphere, beautiful rooms, excellent service, amazing food. There's a mart on the compound and a gym. As for food you're covered by the several restaurants. There's also a lot of conference rooms for corporate meetings and sessions.

Great view, stop shop for swim and workout supplies, went purposely to swim. Have a kids pool and adult pool which ranges from 3fts-8ft. I enjoyed the moment 🎉

We came there for dinner only but our expectations were not met with the buffet. Not many options and it felt more like a canteen than a dinner at a hotel that just seems overhyped and would honestly need some renovation.

I am very rarely compelled to review service industries in Ghana because customer service is notoriously terrible here, but this place really warranted it. I stayed here for three nights and encountered a lot issues, mostly with customer service and disrepair. Despite the presence of refrigerators in the rooms, don't try and actually preserve any food while there or keep drinks cold because the moment you take your room card out of the electronic slot, the power goes off and NOT just the lights, as was conveyed to me by a porter, but ALL power in the room. The first mini-fridge in the room didn't work (they tried to say it did) and then they replaced it. I tried to request my non-restaurant food be warmed up, they said no (why have a refrigerator, if you don't want people to put food in there and if you're going to cut the power to the fridge while guests are gone?). The bedside lamp didn't work. When I called the front desk to inform them, I had to repeat myself four times before they vaguely understood what I was saying (good luck, Americans). Some of the hotel staff was very rude, particularly the girl working at the to-go counter at the restaurant. The water out of the bathroom pipe smelled like sewage and the the A/C in the bedroom leaked putrid water all over my suitcase dampening and stinking up my clothes which were underneath the unit. No elevators. Broken handles on furniture that were sharp and not user-friendly. Positives:The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable compared to other Ghanaian hotels I've visited so Well done! on that front. The other members of restaurant staff were very friendly. There was a pool.

Your administrative structures are poor . Since 23rd to today 25th December I haven’t received my refund of 1,650 from a failed POS transaction which was debited from my account all in the name of the accountant is absent. Other services are okay but you need to work all round to be a top class hotel
