This restaurant has the worst food in St. Louis. I ordered a calzón to go and it came stuck to the box. It was not edible. I went to return it and I got my refund but the manager was extremely rude and stand-offish. He said, “you shouldn’t be coming in here to order food 3 minutes before we close,” which was not the case as they were still serving people and I had asked when I walked in if they were still open and serving food which they said “yes” to and seemed friendly at the time. Terrible customer service from the manager. See the picture of my order for itself before you think about coming to eat here!

Beautiful setting and amazing food. Close to all the fun downtown things. We went in, in our finest Blues hockey fan garb and were feeling under dressed. So it's a classy joint. Dress up a little bit, and tip well. They do a fantastic job.

I wanted to love this place. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was lovely and the drinks though small and pricey were delicious. The food however was such a let down I wanted to cry. I wanted to cry. The pasta was so bland. I kept having my server add more and more cheese. The poor woman’s arm was probably about to fall off! I didn’t even finish half before giving up. I was so sad as I left.

Our waitress was phenomenal, so sweet. but the food was terrible. I paid $48 for a filet mignon that was no near worth the cost. It was dry no flavor and the outside was burnt. The potatoes were soggy and cold like they had been sitting out for awhile and also no flavor. The bread was literally hard as a rock on the whole bottom side so you could only rip some off the top. I use to eat here all the time and I loved it but I won't be going back

Beautiful atmosphere. We had reservations and we were seated and offered drinks right away. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable about all the items on the menu. Very patient while answering a lot of questions about food we weren't familiar with or how they were prepared. We were never rushed through our appetizer, salad, entree, or dessert. I totally forgot my waiter's name. I wish I could remember it so I could give him recognition in this review for being superb. Free parking for Lombardo's in the Drury inn parking garage.

Amazing food and service. My first time at the spot. It was my wife's birthday and in my reservation (having not been familiar with the establishment) I requested a window seat and pre-arranged birthday dessert. Well being on the lower level, there were zero window seats, but the manager, Daniel, took great care of us. He sat us at a mirror section, which was the best alternative. Our service was amazing and food was delicious. Absolutely the best steak and potatoes I've had to date. The birthday dessert was complimentary and my wife loved it as well. I will be back and have already recommended Lombardo's to multiple family members while having after dinner cocktails. Thanks for a great birthday dinner for my wife. Daniel even took pictures of us together for her birthday photo memories! Excellent job!

Everything was pretty good, just nothing that had any wow factor. Started with the portabella mushrooms which were marinated in balsamic (delicious) and on top of some very salty steamed spinach. Main course pasta was home style Italian, nothing dressed up, just classic stick to your ribs food. Last up was the mile high chocolate cake, decently most and proper rich. Service seemed distracted but still polite, dining area was clean, menus had some bits of food on them. For the price, definitely not impressed, but not disappointed either.

Truly delicious food. Will definitely be coming back here!! I can’t remember the server’s name, but they were fun and polite and I was really happy with their service. I got a spiked bellini cocktail which was incredible. Then we got the toasted ravioli, which of course was delicious too. Lombardo’s restaurants have the best ravioli in STL, hands down. I used to work at Angelo’s Taverna and they were amazing there, too (PS, definitely recommend if you want a nice italian meal without getting ultra dressed up; Lombardo’s Trattoria is an upscale Italian restaurant)! I had the Rigatoni Seafood as my entree and the scallops melted in my mouth, the shrimp were delicious, and the creamy lobster sauce was out of this world!! I am practically counting down the days I go back there. For dessert we shared a chocolate cake, which was huge, rich, and also delicious. 10 stars, incredible.

The Seafood Rigatoni dish sounded amazing on the menu… crab, shrimp, and scallops with mushrooms and peas in a cream sauce. It was the cheapest nonsense of a pasta. No shrimp, no crab, and 3 scallops with a few peas. The sauce wasn’t anything to write home about. Waste of calories. Disappointed.

My wife and I love Lombardo’s! For a couple other special occasions, we’ve enjoyed bringing family across the river from Belleville to enjoy this place. Last night we stopped in to celebrate my birthday before heading over to the Enterprise Center to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. The wine, appetizer, salad, entrees, and service were outstanding as usual. We were running a bit behind and were planning to walk over to the concert after dinner, but out of nowhere the owner Tony offered to give us a lift so that we wouldn’t be late! We loved the food, but it is also the family that makes this place so special. Thank you for the great meal and for the ride last night, Tony! We look forward to coming back to celebrate special occasions in 2022. Happy New Year to the Lombardo family and staff! Warmest Regards, Beth and Elissa Schroeder

My husband and I met up with friends over thanksgiving weekend and stopped in for the very first time, while out going to light festivals. I just say as first timers local visit I thought it was crazy we’d never been in. Y’all didn’t disappoint!!! Everything was incredible. Our food was delicious. Drinks were incredible. From the decor, the date night, private vibes, the staff, everything was 5+ Star 🌟

I wanted to give a shout out to Tony and his team for hosting our sons wedding rehearsal dinner. The food was to die for and service was amazing. We had about 25 family members and half were from Boston. Our new Boston family were very impressed with the food and cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for authentic Italian food and impeccable service. We shopped three other downtown restaurant’s and Lombardo’s gave a lot more food for less money per person as well.

Moscow Mule was PERFECTLY constructed and their toasted ravioli was the best I’ve ever had. The only reasoning behind a 4 star vs a 5 star review is their lack of any dish with marinara sauce. There was no lasagna, no pasta of any kind with marinara which I found odd for an Italian place. Other than that, great atmosphere, service and food!

Literally the worst food I've ever had in my life. I feel like they gave me trash. And it makes me sad because I spent $30 on garbage that was thrown together.

Had a magical evening here last night with my partner. The atmosphere was nice, the service was excellent, and the food (seafood rigatoni and mile high chocolate cake) was delicious. The couple next to us paid for our meal, and the server paid for our dessert, which we ordered before we knew about the paid-for bill. The service and experience made our very special vacation even more special. Would recommend 1000%

We had a party of 14 and, everyone commented, service was excellent. Dinner was delightful beginning with martinis, lobster stuffed ravioli and toasted ravs. We concluded our visit with carrot cake, the mile high choc cake and cheesecake. Everything in between was almost perfect. (Our filets came out more rare than medium rare.) 🇮🇹💚🤍❤️

The toasted ravioli really is special but the steaks are also noteworthy. So yourself a favor and try both with complimentary cocktails from one of their knowledgeable bartenders.

We came here to celebrate my wife's doctoral graduation. She chose it because of the toasted ravioli. They were the best part of the meal. The ravioli are HUGE and tasty. The rest of the food was good, but nothing better than the dozens of other, cheaper Italian places in town. One member of our party also ordered regular ravioli as their entree and it was the same large ravioli as the toasted ones, so that was neat. I would recommend for the toasted ravs, but not for anything else.

The manager was very welcoming, but that friendliness stopped with him. The food was average with nothing to make it special. The waiter was visibly bothered that we needed separate checks. (There were only two of us and one was on business and the other was personal.) The best thing was its proximity to Union Station where we were staying.

Great ambiance and decorum. Friendly and helpful staff, very hospitable. Great location near paid public parking right by the train station. Good size menu with and even bigger wine list. Definitely recommend the calimari! This is not the traditional chopped up calimari. Would definitely pay it another visit.

We met another couple here for dinner last week, and we had a great time! The toasted ravioli were every bit as good as people say they are. I'm not sure what makes them so different than others, but they were perfection. The wine was tasty, the pasta servings were HUGE and were excellent. The house salad was YUMMY, and could easily have been my meal if I hadn't shared it or if I had ordered a larger one. We were sadly too full for dessert, but maybe next time we'll just order apps and salad so we can save room. As good as the food was, our server really made the evening. Chad was efficient, entertaining, knowledgeable, and funny!! He had great suggestions and made us feel very "cared for". Thanks for a great evening!! :)

The food was amazing. Service was the best I've ever experienced. Now the atmosphere, on the other hand, was subpar from what I was expecting. Kids being so loud that it was difficult to stay in the conversation with my significant other. With that being said the food and the service keep the overall score a 5 star

Let me start off by saying, the food was appetizing. We ordered several lemon drop martinis, which were also very tasty. However, the service was definitely lacking, with our waitress, Brittany. We ordered drinks and then she disappeared. When she finally came back, she spilled a lot of my martini on our table in front of my husband. Fortunately, none of it spilled directly on him. She apologized and told us that she’d be back with paper napkins. Five minutes later, she still hadn’t returned; finally, I saw her and waved her over asking for the napkins. She brought the napkins and then left again, so I wiped up the spill. Lemon drops are sticky, so I had to use one of the wipes I had in my purse to clean up the table. We still hadn’t placed our order, so once again, I had to wave her over to do that. The starters were delivered and then dinner. Once we started on our dinner, new guests were seated at the table next to us, and I heard Brittany tell them she’d be right back with some bread. So I stopped her and asked if bread was complimentary, because we were never offered any. She told me it was, and asked, if we’d like some, I told her yes, that we would take it home with our leftovers. She brought the bread and disappeared again. Thankfully, another young lady came to our rescue and offered to pack up our meals, so that we could go on with our night. I’m not sure what the issue was with Brittany because they weren’t that busy at the time we dined. Our meal was about $250 with the 20% tip, and the couple we dined with spent almost the same amount. I expect better service for the amount of money we spent. Based on the service we received, I don’t know that we would return.

Really nice Italian in St. Louis. Loved the daily special of bone in veal. Our server was great and staff were very friendly. Very popular so get reservations. All around pleasant experience.

First time trying Lombardo's Trattoria downtown at Union Station. The toasted ravioli are fabulous some of the best I've ever had and a meal by themselves. Seafood Linguine and Chicken Alfredo were excellent as well.

We try to make sure every time we are back in Saint Louis we always go here because literally they have the best toasted ravioli in the city! Chris, the bartender is hilarious and ALWAYS top notch! (PAY HER MORE, SHES WORTH IT) From start to finish it's always an amazing time and always worth the stop, YOU GOTTA TRY IT...YUMMMMM. I wish I could give this place 6 Stars!

The best lasagna I’ve ever tasted in a restaurant. They have one of the best Caesar salads. The bread and butter is also really good. The best combination ever when dining in. The service was also really good.

Went with a large group of people (we had a reservation). The food was delicious and came out quite quickly for such a large group. Would definitely come back.

We we’re greeted very friendly over the phone and got a reservation right away. Once we arrived we we’re treated with great kindness and staff was very professional. My meal was definitely the best thing I’ve ever ate. The steak just melted in my mouth and the lobster was cooked to perfection. Also the waitress did a wonderful job at taking care of our table. Little did we know the owner was the gentleman on the phone and the one who seated us, he was so kind and it was refreshing to see an owner so involved. Definitely will go out of our way when we’re back in town to visit again.
