I like the croissant so much! Its butter flavor attracts me a lot. I am surprised that the WIFI is fast.

Decent food great pastry options. Menu is quite varied but like many restaurants it tries to offer everything and ends up doing nothing all that well. I usually go for the Middle Eastern options. As for desert, the ice cream options are overpriced and not very good. They all taste like some sort of flavor powder was mixed in. Mango flavor was terrible, coffee flavor was bad, strawberry was ok, but the Oreo flavor was the best (probably because it had actual Oreos in it).

The food was not good! I can't really say much other than initially they tried to serve me fried fish that was more batter than fish. Then when I brought it to their attention, they changed it but then it wasn't cooked 🤦🏾‍♀️ The service was good but it's a shame the food just couldn't match!

Frankie's has had excellent food and maintained a standard for many years. A bit pricey but worth it. I went for the double cheeseburger and it didn't disappoint. Their milkshakes and ice cream are also tasty.

I loved the upstairs window seating here! It's perfect for observing the activity on Oxford street. The service is good and the food is delicious.

Having been at the restaurant: The welcoming was cool, but needs improvement 6/10. The service was great, the gentleman Mr Shine took care of us so well even though he was managing others' tables 9/10. The food served was tasty with a 3-star hotel presentation, some of us couldn't finish our 🍽️ they proposed us to pack it away 😅 we took the enjoyment home. 9/10. Overall, it was a good experience I recommend it👌

My daughter and I visited Frankie's 3 separate times during our visit. So many amazing flavors to choose from, with great prices. We tried over 18 different flavors between the 2 of us and we were not disappointed. Very comfortable seating indoors and great outdoor seating. The area has amazing shopping and proved to have the best prices out of all the areas we shopped. Frankie's is a must visit, for a cool break and delicious icecream

Undoubtedly the best place for ice cream in Osu. You can casually walk in to have one of these cone ice creams. Only that they have just two flavors, vanilla and chocolate. Would have been great if they had strawberry flavored ones too. They also have freshly made doughnuts and other pastries. The best part is, you can sit outside and have your ice cream or within the shop.

My food was horrible. My steak was dry and well done (I wanted medium rare). My fried rice was a sad excuse of rice pudding with a few vegetables tossed inside: tasteless too. I requested for chicken skewers but got chicken fingers!!! The only thing I liked was the strawberry lemonade and I don’t think I will be coming back

For a regular cake off the,I bought in June, looked more aesthetically pleasing than a cake I paid to be .customized in September! Cake was delicious, but the service in November..pathetic

The location is very nice. Right in the Centre of the Shopping street. The food is amazing. Top notch ice creams and pastries and bakeries. Good Lebanese food, nice coffee and amazingly vast menu with food from other countries. It's a one stop restaurant for all your meals

It was about 17 years ago when I made my first visit to Frankie's as part of a Friday night out with colleagues from my office. I fell in love with the place at once and have been frequenting the place over the years. My wife and I had our first date here and we absolutely loved it. We have been visiting ever since. Frankie's have always had a touch of excellence in their facilities, service and menu. I'm always impressed when I see renovations going on as the owners strive to keep up their high class status. I must say that the food is always delicious and reasonably priced and waiters don't mind going the extra mile to make your enjoyable. I look to my next visit. My next happened over this past weekend. Family lunch it was. The food was delicious as usual and the package was more than enough at reasonable price. 5 stars

Good place to grab a quick bite when on the Osu Oxford Street. My go to has always been their bacon club sandwich 🥪 but they don't dissapoint on other dishes either. Oh and grab a window seat if its available. Its a good way to distress 😉

Centrally located on the main shopping road of Accra. Good food and the servings are also good. They have their own bakery and ice cream outlet. Food and all the items are well priced. You get your money's worth. The place is clean but the seating can be improved.

This restaurant was recommended to me by a Ghanaian, I was not impressed, We ordered fish, and after the waiter placed our order, he told us that this was not fresh fish but frozen breaded fish. We were told we could not change the order because he had already placed the order. The fish came back soggy/mushy and not edible. He could see that we could not eat it. We were not given a choice to order something different or a refund. The price was not reasonable and the food was not good. This is more of a fast food restaurant. I paid the bill, left a tip, and went somewhere else and ate. If you are looking for real authentic Ghanaian food, I do not recommend this place.

They serve the best pastries, sandwiches and breakfast in town! Right in the center of Accra, Osu Oxford Street. They always have some good ice cream also.

Service wàs just a tad slow for the time of day. Place was calm and not packed. Wait staff were honest and kind. Mango juice was cool and delicious. Food was on the salty side but paired well with the juice. A good experience. Looking forward to better next time.

I love their ice cream and cakes. Their ice cream is one of the best you could ever buy. It's affordable and yummy. Staff are so friendly and attentive. I keep going back there and enjoy it every time.

Good food. But their salad portions and prices are really outrageous, especially when you dinning out alone. Customer service is not that good. Some of the waiters were really rude to me personally, and I overheard the same when they were cleaning after a foreign family. Nagging about how they had messed the place up. They could have done that out of customers ear reach, but I guess they didn't give a dime🤦‍♀️

Great food..long waiting time to be served

Decided to grab ice cream from frankie’s cos I found myself in Osu and the experience was awful. You can tell the staff here have been programmed to give specific answers no matter the circumstance. If I could rate only “common sense and logic” I would give a 1/10. I’m sticking to Pinocchio next time.

I had dinner with some friends and it was awesome, but they need to have more variety of local beer

The service was 2/5, the waiters were not attentive at all, and we asked one waiter what one meal consists of, as in he should explain what’s in it and how it looks, he gives the most incredibly vague answer, like ah Then the food came, my partner ordered chicken briyani but what was brought looked like jollof rice with chucks of chicken breasts thrown into it I ordered the sezchuan with plain rice, it was okay, I’d give it a 3.5 After the meal, we spent a good 5 minutes trying to get their attention to come for the money, and it wasn’t like the waiters weren’t there, their attention was completely elsewhere, not on other people ( don’t get me wrong), just elsewhere I’d give the entire experience 2 stars.

Wow!!!! I took my tour group to Frankie's and the loved it! The menu is EXPANSIVE! The food is priced well and on some dishes the proportions are huge. The food is delicious and I would recommend anyone to visit this spot if their palate is a little picky towards local foods. There is pizza, burgers, Mac and cheese, Lebanese food, local food, seafood, Mexican food, Greek salad and more. The menu is very big and it caters to many people from various parts of the world. Unfortunately I don't have photos because by the time we reached there my cell phone was dead. There is a long flight of stairs to get to Frankie's and a few hawkers trying to sell you everything. They are very aggressive so be prepared. Just push through and go up the happy stairs to happy food! Enjoy!!!

Had their ice cream some time ago. It was delicious. I was unable to pick a flavour cos all the ones they made me taste were good. Would definitely try it again.

I like the different suites of rooms and the fact that they have close access to the foods. Also that breakfast is served for all room types 🥞. The Hotel receptionists are very adaptable in assisting with any enquiries and needs.

Very nice place and so wonderful about the welcome of the workers. Expectantly, their smiling faces. Mostly the men. The women are also the same but the men are 99% They really know what brought them there. Kindly pay them Ransome to stay there long though some may go, but to train any new worker(s). The foods are very good and sweet to taste.

Good location but hey this is not ghana! Cold, distant atmosphere. Some US type sportsbar. Food was actually good. But if you want to feel Ghana, stay away

I travel to Ghana 🇬🇭 every winter to escape Chicago cold weather, and I've stayed at this hotel several times. I recommend this place for short-term accommodations.

Very easy to locate on Osu's oxford street. Often packed with customers, they have a power bank service for those whose phones need charging

Chicken too spicy. Was soo hard could not eat. The rice spicy with bits of cold cuts. Called 45 minutes before getting there food still was not ready had to wait another 25 minutes

The restaurant is not too expensive. But not any different from Papaye. Papaye is mostly better organized and professional. Frankies is just taking money and not improving on their service delivery. Unprofessional waiters and cheap looking restaurants. They don't seem to take customers as seriously as the money they are taking there.

Popped in for a quick breakfast fix and must say, meal was good and service was professional. Price was a bit on the high side but hey, it's understandable - considering the current state of the economy. A 5-star rating, for now, should do ( they bad better keep up or improve 😊).

Oh my Frankie's. This was my number one spot back in the day. But the whole vibe seems to have just declined with time. Food was just OK - not great, ambiance hasn't changed/improved since the noughties. I was overall quite disappointed which made me sad.

Great service, nice ambience on the terrace...however Osu isn't a very neat place. Sometimes the very air you breathe stinks due to filth in the drain..it's safer to be inside

Amazing, love their veggie pizza. They have lots of Italian food which looks delicious. But always needs room for improvement.American food was okay, I personally don't like sweet mayonnaise but other than that. It's good. Their bathrooms 🚻 not up to standards.

We came to Frankie's for lunch, and we had a good meal at a very decent price. We ordered a seafood platter for two, and we we were able to feed four people with the amount of food in the platter. The service was good, the place appeared to be clean enough. Overall it was a good experience.

I ordered two flavours, vanilla and I think banana, the vanilla was pretty great but the Banana flavour just didn’t taste right. I couldn’t even taste the flavour properly and it just wasn’t that good, but they have a nice space to chill and relax.

Nice place to sit and relax. Breakfast is good. They have pastries, ice-cream and there's a restaurant. It's very calm during the day, especially on Sunday mornings.

One of the few restaurants in osu serving breakfast as early as 7am. I had this croissant ham and cheddar sandwich but I was served with mozzarella instead 😒. The service is attentive though.

When I had seen the menu I definitely was not expecting much, a Jack of all trades, master of none in that the restaurant offered Indian, Chinese, Lebanese, Mexican, Italian and a variety of fast food and local dishes. I mean wow, ha ha, that is strange! But we both went for chicken, I for the fried and my friend for the grilled Food came very fast and served with a smile. Have to say the chicken was great, exactly what I expect from a simple dish like this....crackling and tasting delicious. Its such a surprise though that many restaurants struggled with making a simple dish like this, so I was happy to eat some decent fried chicken. And the value of the meal with beers was very reasonable....... Excellent, no messin!

The experience was just alright. Customer service could be better. Restaurant chairs and tables need help and the cleaning should be more regular. The food is OK, nothing extraordinary. Parking can be a real problem on busy days.

I General stay here once every 2 months. This is the second time that I've simply asked for an extra towel and they refused to give it to me. The person at the front desk said that it was only one towel per room. That's right they refused to give me another towel.

Used to go here every visit yearly visit to Ghana. It is a great spot for Westerners in search of a good American style meal.

The place is really nice their foods are great especially the fried rice combo. Their ice is to die for and their milkshakes are top notch.

Their casadilla is quite nice, the rice fair is quite OK. They used to have the creamiest ice cream in Accra, can't say if they still do because I haven't had any for a while. The ambience is gloomy, and the place smells a bit moldy. Their service however is warm and friendly.

Frankies cafe is wonderful but the service is sometimes lackluster. They need more seating inside the cafe bakery area and better pastry selection. Customer is always great. Parking outside not so great.
