Donna was phenomenal to work with! I came in oh a whim to buy a David Yurman bracelet and to casually look at watches. She was very attentive and helped me to find the perfect watch that fit the criteria I was looking for. Everyone else in the store was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had a great experience with NAGI Jewelers who made my engagement and wedding rings. We worked with Jeff, who was friendly, informative, and quick to respond to any emailed questions. My husband picked NAGI Jewelers without researching because it was a convenient location, but they ended up doing such a great job with our custom pieces. They designed a beautiful engagement ring using a new central diamond framed by two smaller diamonds from my the mother-in-law’s engagement ring, with a rose gold tapered band. I was so delighted they were able to use diamonds that were not their own to make such a meaningful and stunning ring. Upon receiving it, I was immediately stunned by its beauty and taken aback by the personal touch. It was the perfect addition to a perfect engagement to a perfect husband! My husband chose a ring size that was a little too large, so we went to have it resized a couple weeks after the engagement. They took the ring and we went out to lunch down the street and they were done before we even finished! It was so nice to not have to be without it for long while they were resizing it. When we were ready to purchase our wedding bands, we of course went back to NAGI Jewelers. My husband picked a beautiful band from the example bands in store. It was a white gold band with rose gold edging to match my rings. I had a very specific vision of what I wanted my own band to look like that was not available to try on in store, so I provided them with pictures, a sketch, and details of exactly what I wanted my band to look like. They got to work and make computer generated images to give me an idea of what the band would look like together with my engagement ring. They were going to make a plastic version of the ring to try on, but there was a miscommunication and this step was skipped. They assured me that they could still make any changes if I did not like the final product, but that was not at all necessary! The finished ring design was flawless and fit seamlessly with my engagement band. When my husband got his ring back (which was made in Germany) we realized that the engraving of our initials and date on the inside looked slightly different. It was very important to me that they look exactly the same, so after reaching out to Jeff he immediately had the ring re-engraved so that they matched perfectly. Jeff Osta was a pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend NAGI Jewelers enough. You will NOT regret using them!

While picking up my wife's engagement ring that was resized at NAGI Jewelers, to celebrate 10 years since we got engaged, I was racially profiled by their Security Guard. To further the insult, I watched other patrons greeted with welcoming treatment. My heart was racing with disgust. I won't ever return to their business or establishment again. The fight for equality continues. No one has to tolerate inequality, or lack of courtesy and respect.

Donna helped us pick a new setting and band! The ring turned out beautiful and is everything I wanted and more! Everyone at NAGI is very welcoming and friendly and makes you feel very comfortable! I brought a new wedding ring for my wife and had a wonderful and pleasant experience. A young lady, by the name of Liz worked with me and walk me through everything and I can only say I had a wonderful experience.

My fiancé and I went to Nagi Jewelers to look at engagement rings. We worked with Donna, she was so helpful walking us through all the options and details about the diamonds. She made it so easy to select the perfect ring in our budget. She asked a lot of questions to suggest the correct band style based off of my daily routine to make sure the diamond was protected. After we picked the ring that I wanted she stayed in constant communication with my fiancé during the whole process.

Couldn’t be more disappointed in drop in customer service after payment. Ring sizing took 3 weeks instead of promised end-of-week service. Jeweler is only in certain days and delays service. Duly noted in any possible future recommendations. As locals we wanted to enjoy going to Nagi, but this process has left a sour note to our engagement.

We went to Nagi to see if he could make a custom wedding band to match my engagement ring that we bought out of the country. I was very nervous. I was so worried that it wouldn't come out like what we were looking for... Nagi blew me away. He made a 3-D printed ring so I could try it on and make adjustments through the process. The end result was exactly what I wanted and looks absolutely amazing. I worked with Armand online to secure a piece of jewelry that wasn't available any other place. I live in a completely different state, and their online e-commerce was easy and my package arrived on time in a beautifully wrapped bag.
