My husband got my engagement ring at Bowen and had a great experience! They were able to use the diamond he brought in and then worked with him to customize the setting he chose! They created sketches based on his ideas and designed the most gorgeous ring I have ever seen! We ordered our wedding bands through them, as well. My husband brought them pictures of rings he liked and they created his wedding band from scratch. The design they came up with is perfect and exactly what he wanted! On top of all this, they are personable and professional. We love stopping in for cleanings and inspections, browsing the jewelry, and talking with Jared! The quality of our jewelry is incredible. This company is dedicated to customers and their expertise is apparent in everything they do. I now bring all of my jewelry here for cleanings and inspections. We highly, highly recommend!

I lost my engagement ring when we were visiting our home in Florida in the summer of 2020…a year that was already tough enough with the pandemic and my health. My husband surprised me on our 13th wedding anniversary Dec 2021 with a ring box and a note inside that said we had a date at Bowen. We designed the ring together, and the good people at Bowen went over every tiny detail with us and continued working with us until it was perfectly what we had imagined. And tears were flowing yesterday 🥲 when I got to go home wearing my new ring. I will not be wearing wedding jewelry to the beach again…such a painful lesson. 😭 Bowen took such good care of us, and we couldn’t be more happy with the ring they crafted and highly recommend them to any looking for that special piece. The diamond is surrounded by 12 garnets that match my 3x great grandmother’s garnets that she and all the women of our family have worn at our weddings. Garnet is also my husband’s birthstone. ❤️🤍❤️

Bowen Jewelry did a repair on a vintage necklace that had belonged to my mother. It was sentimental to me. They did a beautiful job, perfect in fact, on what looked to me like a complicated repair.
