I have a had a fantastic experience working with Ursula at Providence Diamond! She was very helpful when I picked out an engagement ring for my fiancé and then again when choosing a wedding band. Can’t recommend her enough! The store is well-kept and there are always drinks and snacks available while shopping.

I had a great watch buying experience here, walked in with my carhartt and camo hat and was greeted promptly and courteously with zero of that pretentious vibe other jewelers are known for. Brandon was down to earth, extremely helpful and not pushy at all. It was a pleasure dealing with him and i look forward to doing so again in the future.

I have called this place twice thus far during the holidays and today was my second attempt to get some help and understanding about services on a Rolex watch for my boyfriend for the holidays. The owner told me don’t waste my time to come in this weekend to purchase a cleaning service gift for my boyfriend till after the holidays, because they will be busy and I will be waiting. As a owner I don’t know why you would turn down any kind of business, and as a owner I would never rush my customers off the phone, or tell them don’t buy a holiday gift will be “busy”. He told me he works retail and that’s why he talks fast, I have worked retail many years and never treated anyone like that. I don’t know much about Rolex watches but I know enough about customer service to know this isn’t how you talk your customers. It is the holidays everyone, and every business will be busy that is expected. I know many family, friends, and business partners that come to this store and I will no longer recommend it. Just to throw this in there the services could run anywhere between 500-1500$ It may not be a lot but Money is money, just because I’m not buying a new Rolex watch, diamond ring, or bracelet, I should not be turned down!!!!!!!

Brandon helped me out tremendously with purchasing a Tudor Black Bay 58, especially during the busy holiday season. When I met him, the store was very busy but he still came over to greet me and introduced himself. He’s quite the gentleman and you can clearly tell he is well-liked by the number of customers that surrounded him. I’ve also had the pleasure of dealing with Mitch a few times and he’s extremely knowledgeable about watches - you can talk with him for hours on the subject. He was patient & polite with me to ensure I chose the watch I truly wanted. Overall this place has a great atmosphere, professional & friendly staff, & an exquisite inventory of jewelry/watches. What's not the love about Providence Diamond. The staff has created an environment that completely takes the stress and anxiety out of big decisions. I went in as a brand new customer with no purchase history and was met with some of the most personal service I have ever experienced. Alyse & Ursula were knowledgeable and reassuring of the decisions I made when purchasing my fiancé's engagement ring. In a return visit, when inquiring about the process of purchasing a Rolex in the future, Brandon spent nearly a half an hour with me explaining the process. This is NOT the standard at all places that carry Rolex watches. The people who work here care deeply about their craft, and it shows in the way they treat their customers. I will never shop for jewelry anywhere else in RI, Providence Diamond is as good as it gets.

Stopped by earlier today for the first time as I was in the area. I had originally contacted them via phone a few times last year requesting a particular watch, but they never were interested in trying to get it for me. This lead to me having to call another authorized dealer that was willing to source the watch for me. Today, I simply wanted to introduce myself as well as see what type of watches and jewelry they carry. In addition to letting them know that I did try building a relationship with them last year, but it didn't work out. I was able to speak to both Mitchell and Brandon and had really nice conversations with both of them. However, I was told that trying to start a relationship with them to obtain a watch I was interested in was not going to happen since I already had a relationship with another AD. So from what I gathered from today's visit is don't go in wearing a watch that was not originally purchased from them if you are interested in purchasing another one. Please keep that in mind so you don't waste your time or theirs I guess... Thanks for the free sparkling water and catalog! Good luck with everything.

I can't say enough good things about this place. From the moment I came in, was greeted with a smile. Joe, took his time in explaining the process of ordering a Rolex. Tried 2 beautiful rolex on my wrist and put an order on one. He made me and my wife very comfortable and came out confident that I will get my rolex to celebrate my 15th year in business. Highly recommended 👌 This is how it should be in every jewelry store... won't be my last purchase for sure.

I would like to highly commend Providence Diamonds at Garden City in Cranston Rhode Island. They were extremely professional and helpful in helping me with my recent issue with my Tag Heuer watch. Since the watch is under warranty, they did the intake, shipped my watch and called me when it was received 3 weeks later. It was a very pleasant experience and their store is beautiful. Providence Diamond is the epitome of the type of vendor which represents excellence like Tag Heuer. Now for the other “authorized” Tag Heuer vendors in my area: Goldstein , Swank and Gordon(Solomon Pond) (now doing business as Hannoush Jewelers): Had no clue about warranty specifics. Offered to have watch looked at and battery changed in house. Questionable if still an authorized vendor. Lux, Bond & Green(Mohegan Casino): offered to not honor my warranty and instead change the battery (with no evaluation) at a cost of $114 Barmakian Jewelers (Framingham): said they were absolutely not paying to ship my watch for warranty repair and I would have to pay the cost of evaluation, repair or battery replacement. Condescending and extremely unprofessional. Very poor representation of the brand. Either the majority of these vendors need a refresher on how to treat warranty work or Tag’s customer service reps need a new slate on who to refer as an “authorized” dealer to refer customers to. Regardless, if you are in New England, Providence Diamond has by far the best customer service and store. Do not waste your time with the others.

I recently visited Providence Diamond to research a potential anniversary purchase and also to check in on a watch for myself, and I can't say enough good things about this place. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Michele, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. As I was chatting with Michele, a gentleman named Peter joined our conversation, and what started as a discussion about luxury watches turned into an engaging and enjoyable conversation about various topics. Little did I know that Peter is the owner of the company! What sets Providence Diamond apart is their genuine and welcoming approach. I've also been assisted by Brandon and Alyse in the past, and every interaction has been consistently exceptional. They make you feel like family, and the personal touch is truly remarkable. With a warm heart I can honestly say the team at Providence Diamond is remarkable. Alix (my sales associate) was able to make a long waited dream of mine a reality today (by my surprise). She hand delivered my brand new Rolex GMT “Pepsi Dial” (a very rare, very sought after Rolex time piece). Visited Providence Diamond in September with my wife to make a purchase and had a fantastic experience. It was my first time investing this much in a watch so I was somewhat apprehensive. We could not have asked for a better salesman in Joe. This is how jewelry shopping should be! While the parking lot can get a bit hectic, the store itself is setup well and the staff are professional, courteous and patient. I had a great experience with multiple folks working there, but Ursula Wade stands out as top employee. In December of 2019, I was a victim of larceny where my first Rolex GMT was stolen. The empathy and welcoming feeling I received from the folks over at Providence Diamond and MY MAN Joe Buzdigian was amazing. I explained to Joe my situation and began my search for another piece to hopefully be able to pass down to my children one day. Countless times, Joe sat with me and simply talked watches, current events, and everything else you could imagine. I cannot recommend Providence Diamond enough. I have countless examples of them going above and beyond for clients. When my husband was engagement ring shopping they were phenomenal and helped him design the ring of my dreams. He had originally picked a center stone but after getting to know him and our story, PD called him just a few weeks before the ring was ready bc they just got a new stone in that they thought was even more perfect for us and it was!! It was more work for everyone involved, but made all the difference!! I’ve needed a repair on my wedding band and watches resized and they’ve bent over backwards to make the process easy and affordable (if not complimentary). They not only treat me like a princess every time I’m in there, but they are so friendly to kids!! Service is top notch, the products are stunning! I cannot say enough good things.

Been hear with my vintage watch (1960's) for a service. You need to wait cuz people are busy selling and I really mean it. We have a lot of stuff going on around us but the basic idea of Watchmaking support is missing. I was asked to wait for unknown time, to just know if they had qualified people to work on my watch!! I called in and asked if my watch Caliber & Movement could be serviced while giving my brand name. I was asked to come in to store so that they can look at my watch (makes sense, but not really if wait time is looooooooooong). But as mentioned above. people are busy selling things in here, so service your watch at other place where people actually care for your watch as a Time Measuring Insturument. I just went on to another qualified watch service professional to service my watch and it was less time taking (to actually know if one can repair my watch or not and take my watch)than this place and my watch has been taken care of. And yes it was a Swiss made watch. So move on if time really matters.

Providence diamond is best place due to the customer service. The staff is so non judgmental and will take every guest seriously on what they are looking to purchase. I been working with Joe and he is nicest and most knowledgeable person i ever met. He let me try on bunch of Rolexes I am in market to buy which most places don’t allow. He doesn’t sugar cost anything or gives you false hope and let’s you know it takes time to get a Rolex of a certain type due to high demand which I respected a lot. I’ve visited Providence Diamond a few times over the past year. As a watch enthusiast, they are incredibly knowledgeable and happy to talk about time pieces in great depth. Their new location is top notch and the nicest Rolex AD I have ever seen in New England. They also now carry Grand Seiko which is a very niche but passionate brand for watch lovers. Last week I purchased a Tudor here and the experience was very kind, laid back and even though they were about to close, happy to help me. The owners are very happy to be there and the sales staff is excellent. Great spot. They will certainly always have my business.

I have been shopping at Providence Diamond for a few years now and have had nothing but positive experiences! The store was kind enough to order spring bars for my Tudor watch, and install a strap for me at no charge! This is just one example of how they take care of their customers. Alix has been a great sales advisor to work with. I never feel rushed if I have a question or would like to try on a demo watch. Also, I must add, the managers have always been helpful and available for their team and customers, and their watchmaker Mitchel is great too!

Had an excellent experience with Lisa. I knew nothing about engagement rings. Lisa helped me select a band and diamond, patiently answering my many questions. I was under a tight time constraint as I had to pick the ring, get it sized and get on a plane in a matter of a couple of hours. Lisa ensured that the diamond was mounted, sized and all paperwork completed in time for me to catch my flight to see my fiancée to be. I surprised her with the ring and she absolutely loved it. Unfortunately had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. A while back i was looking to add my first rolex to my collection. My father who is an avid rolex collector always told me to go to Providance Diamond when your ready. I spoke to Mitchel Tompson on the phone who told me to come by and take a look and try some pieces on. I packed up my wife and son and drove 1 hour to see the store and meet the staff. Mitchel laughed at me when I asked to be placed on the waiting list for a silver dial OP41 and said he couldn't do that. Then I tried on the tudor two tone blackbay gmt and loved it. Mitchel told me it's not available and they weren't taking anymore names. He was very arrogant and rude the entire time. I've taken all my business to Longs Jewlers ever since. Nobody was laughing at Longs...My watchbox is now full along with my wife's jewelry box.

If you need a ring of any sort. This is the place where you want to go! From the moment you walk in you have friendly staffs everywhere willing to help find you what you need or guide you where you need to go. I purchased a Tudor Black Bay GMT on 01/02/2021 and I absolutely love it. I was originally hoping to find a NEW Rolex but their stock was rather limited (as to be expected at this time of year). The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about their merchandise, especially Joe who assisted me. He was absolutely professional and extremely patient as I mulled over my many options with no pressure or bait and switch tactics. Puchasing from here was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I will definitely be back when the new Rolex 2021 models are available. If you're in the market for a luxury Swiss time piece in the Southern New England area stop by and pay them a visit. You surely will not be disappointed.

I was served by Jennifer at Providence Diamonds who knew a lot about Rolexes and their availabilities and their models having been in the business a long time. She answered all my questions about the pieces I wanted and others as well. I had come in with my family on vacation and the service by Jennifer was very personal and genuine which customers appreciate. I did get a piece which I wanted thanks to Jennifer but primarily she made me feel like an important customer. Great jewellery store as well with great brands. Wonderful family vibe and I highly recommend the service. Jennifer and the store truly care about anyone who walks through their doors.

I just had my wedding ring enlarged 1.5 sizes. I was extremely nervous because it’s platinum with a continuous gold inlay design, but the result was flawless. More than satisfied.

Honestly if there are any negative reviews in this bunch, I don't know how much value you should put to it. I walked in today and had no real intention of pulling the trigger but Brandon was awesome, not hard selling and was just teaching me about a time piece brand I'd been ready to take the plunge on for some time. I rarely write reviews so this is saying something. They've just added a new life long customer and if you're in the market for a Rolex in RI, look no further!

This place is sketchy and untrustworthy. I had brought a family heirloom bracelet in for an appraisal, before COVID. The woman who helped me examined my bracelet and told me it was a pretty “paper weight”. She told me the “stones” weren’t real and the gold wasn’t worth much. Although, she’d take it off my hands for $100. I felt super uneasy about it and have since then gotten second options. TURNS OUT my DIAMOND bracelet is worth about $5K, the gold alone $2K. This business should be shamed of themselves, especially during these times.

I recently had a World Class, Michelin 3-Star, next-level experience purchasing my first Rolex from Joseph Buzdigian at Providence Diamond. I rarely write reviews. The experience rivaled/exceeded visits to Madison Ave, Champs-Elysées, and Dubai Mal. My circle of friends has interesting new and vintage timepieces, so when my business celebrated a major milestone I decided it was time to join the club. I called first to talk with Joe and right away I knew I was dealing with a special place. Joe was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and personable throughout our first contact. A "real" ambassador for the brand; not someone trying to be. Then I invested some time over several different visits with Joe in his dedicated Rolex area of the store. Talking about the brand, learning about the old and new, and eventually selecting the ever-classic Rolex Explorer made famous for "climbing Mount Everest in 1953". When I got "the call" some time later, Joe went above and beyond to make my new ownership experience super special. The personal attention Joe made to review everything with me was like client service from a bygone era. Reminded me of past experiences with the group at Tiffany on the top floor of their NYC HQ. I stopped in Providence Diamond in December looking for a VERY hard to get watch. I meet with Brandon, the Director of Operations. Brandon is beyond professional. The sales team here make you feel like family, even as it was my first visit to the store. This includes the owner. The store is beautiful and also spotless clean. I had a great experience getting my engagement ring cleaned at Providence Diamond. The staff was very nice, and he even called me the next day to say they were expediting my cleaning due to a mistake with charging my card and printing my receipt. When picking up the ring I literally gasped because I hardly recognized it! It was so bright and beautiful ♥ price is amazing for a cleaning, I'm definitely coming back a couple times a year to get it done.

Wonderful experience! My Fiancé and I were looking to replace her engagement ring and Providence Diamond did not let us down. Incredibly informative and helpful. We ended up going to Bling Fest and had a phenomenal time that ended with us purchasing an engagement ring and wedding band. Steve was amazing - as was the entire staff! Just want to give a big THANK YOU to the team at Providence Diamond, particularly Joe Buzdigian. Almost a year ago I started my search for an Explorer, my first Rolex. After my first visit I knew this was my AD, and future all around jewelry store. I'd stop in every 2-3 weeks, yes sometimes more, and was always shocked at the time Joe would spend engaging with me. It could be watches, cars, whiskey, vacations, really whatever. The point is, I always felt welcome, and always felt comfortable in the store. So thank you Joe, and thank you to everyone else who would chat me up when Joe was out. I also have to say it was something to see such a high level of customer service on display for anyone that walked in the door. Well done Providence Diamond, we'll done. Overall, just very appreciative of the store, the help, and the Rolex experience!

My fiancé and I couldn’t be more happy with our experience at Providence Diamond. Steve is beyond easy to talk to and so knowledgeable with all things jewelery! He helped my fiancé pick out the most beautiful engagement ring and assisted us both with finding the right wedding bands. We were treated like absolute royalty during their bling fest event – walked in on a red carpet & greeted with champagne at the door...what other jeweler does that?! This will be our forever jeweler as everyone feels like family!

A medical issue resulted in fingers so swollen that my engagement and wedding rings had to be cut to be removed. I was heartbroken and wondered if I would find a reputable local jeweler to repair/solder the cut rings. Did I ever! Providence Diamond did a fantastic job! My rings looked brand new and you couldn't even tell that any work had been done to them, plus they were completed and ready way earlier than quoted. Marc was very friendly and helpful in the process. Well done Providence Diamond and thank you!

Extremely knowledgeable , patient & courteous staff . If u r unhappy with repairs or sizing - they rectify without charge. Specifically with recent ring sizing - the mistake was mine not their’s & they resized without charge.. Their motto seems to be customer is always right which is unheard of in today’s retail stores of any kind. The merchandise is very reasonably priced for the quality & beauty of their chosen designers , beautifully displayed & the store is immaculate. Definite 5 stars

If it hadn’t been for Jennifer’s follow up on the jewelry I had left for repairs, I would rate Providence Diamon with a very low rating. I found the employees to be disorganized, uncommunicative & disinterested. I had heard from other people that Providence Diamond was the best in Rhode Island. I did not find this the be true. I will probably never go there again. Jennifer was the only saving grace in the whole ordeal.

First class care from the moment I and my wife entered the store. We got the advice we needed, without sales pressure. They are not afraid to hold a big inventory, especially of David Yurman jewelry and we found two pieces; one for my wife and one for myself. Thank you PVD Diamond!

It was my first time, and it was most definitely my last as well. You see, I called and was encouraged to come in as I wanted to sell some of my jewelry. Apparently, however, my Rolex is undesirable (older model), and the ring, earrings and David Yurman bracelet were “only worth scrap”. And most importantly, Dan had not one shred of empathy, civility or politeness toward me as he shoved my jewelry onto the scale and said “I’ll give you a hundred bucks for all of em.” I try to give rude people the benefit of the doubt. It was very obvious I was not welcomed there. It felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. I drive a nice car, have a nice home and even an “undesirable” Rolex. But apparently that was not enough to earn his manners. Won’t step foot inside again. Dan needs to have a humbling experience of some kind. Good luck.

This place is incredible! Every time I go in there they treat me equally as great. The team is always very willing to help me and work with me one on one whether I need a repair on my watch or looking to purchase new pieces. It’s a great atmosphere with a great selection. I would like to start off by saying that Melia and Jennifer deserve full credit and a five-star customer service rating , for spending their time with me. Melia was able to show some beautiful pieces to me, while Jennifer finished the sale (as Melia had customers already) They are very knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful which made my experience of buying jewelry for myself, for the first time extremely enjoyable and exciting! I will definitely be back in the future for my next big purchase with Providence Diamond !
