I needed my ring (purchased from a different retailer) cleaned and adjusted (my diamond was loose). They delivered a warm greeting as soon as I walked through the door and had my ring back to me in 24 hours. They even provided me with some cleaner on the house. The repair fee was less than I expected. It was an all around a great experience!

Paul's made my dream ring a reality. Here is the story! My fiancé and I had a plan to redesign my engagement ring. Sadly Paul's was not my first stop, a mistake we will never make again. Long story short, we went to a different jewelry store (chain) where the stone we purchased to replace the original smaller diamond setting in my ring wasn't even a stone the chain was "allowed" to buy. The problem was we already bought the stone and the labor. So two weeks after they day they told us the ring would be READY to pick up - we were told not only that the ring was not done but that it never would or could be done. They then tried to sell us on a different (more expensive option). We were able to get our money back but I was livid and devastated. I later found myself at Paul's Jewelry - a recommendation from a friend. HAPPY ENDING WITH PAUL'S Not only were they able to get the stone - but a better cut, size and nearly half the price as well. Better still, the man we worked with - David Fontenot (if I remember correctly) - was excited to work with me and made me feel like our design was perfection. He understood my vision and made it a reality - even though it is different from most other engagement rings and he would probably recieve minimal commission on the sale! Still, I felt like he cared. My ring was ready in DAYS! They really are the best. I plan on revisiting for our wedding bands very soon! :)

Paul’s Jewelry is the best in Louisiana. Period. I recently bought a large diamond and Michelle took awesome care of me. In the past, I have been helped by David and Tom and they went above and beyond as well. They have the customer service and relationship feel of a local small business, but the prices are more than comparable to the competition. I went to another jeweler about ten years ago who has multiple stores In Louisiana for a purchase and I was treated poorly; it felt like corporate America. Since then, I’ve only shopped with Paul’s and will continue to do so.

We went on a Saturday. We were the only customers in the store. John helped us look at rings. We told him we're just beginning to look and get an idea of cost, etc. He didn't listen to what I wanted or what the budget is. He showed me a ring that was $24k, which was completely over budget (by a lot). He showed me another ring and said this one is close enough and you can leave with it today. He was more interested to make the sale than to listen to what we wanted. Someone else that I talked to had the same experience with him

Bought my wife’s second Rolex here which was easy, the hard part was asking the Paul’s team to make a custom piece of jewelry for me out of a solid gold heart coin with Mandarin Ducks (ultimate sign of loyalty to your mate). The guys here did an exceptional job by wrapping this special heart in a solid diamond bezel which now glows in diamonds and gold !!!
