Beautiful store with beautiful jewelry! I went with my daughter to have her engagement ring cut off of her finger & sized the day before her wedding! They got it done in time too! My grandson who was 13 months old at the time LOVED the playroom they have for children! The employees were very friendly and helpful!

My husband and I both got our wedding/engagement rings here. The people were super helpful and very friendly. I’ve bought Christmas gifts here every year since and each time they are just as willing to help and answer any questions I have. Very quick, too, to get gifts wrapped and rings cleaned.

Very pleasant and willing to help however they were the only larger Jewelers in many miles that had the equipment to repair a sentimentally valuable pin I had by laser welding and even though it may or may not have worked, they didn't even want to try because they thought it would just melt but it sure doesn't do me any good broken.

My husband took me to Crocker's Jewelers today. He surprised me by having me pick out an upgraded wedding ring. When we first got married we both had wedding bands. Crocker’s cleans my engagement ring for me every three months or so for FREE, and my ring was not even purchased there! Today while getting my ring cleaned, I found a pair of beautiful earrings on clearance for $6 that I liked. The clerk bagged them up for me in a nice Crocker’s bag, regardless of how much I spent there. Best service and best jeweler in Texarkana. I was even asked if I wanted a drink, of which I gladly took a bottled water. Saved me a stop at Sonic. Love Crocker’s!!

I have a 1500 pendant that was already appraised and I went here to see if she would tell me the truth..she tried to tell me it was worth 300!! I don't know if it was because of my skin color but she definitely flat out lied to my face 😒

So far so good! Actually great! This was my first visit to Crocker's. Everyone I encountered was helpful, nice & knowledgeable. I'm not certain about all of the services they provide, or the execution of those services - but generally a well established jeweler such as Crocker's - offers services because they are customer oriented. Which coincided with the retail service I recieved today. As well as a the repair ticket they opened. Based on my first & only experience I definitely would recommend Crocker's to anyone in search of quality high end jewelry to purchase, repair, design or appraise.

I placed this order over the weekend and reached out to the store on Monday to follow up on shipping, not realizing the store was closed. Staff reached out and said they would follow up with me on Tuesday, which they did in a very professional manner. Turns out my item is in stock and will be shipped today! I went in the next day to purchase the necklace and the price had gone up $5. No one seem to know why that happened. Melissa was so helpful. I was needing a very specific ring, in a very short time frame!! I had been out of state and was trying to get the exact ring I was needing with no luck! Brought in a wedding ring that’s over 10year old from a different jeweler that the diamond had fallen out of. Crockers was able to find a new diamond that fit then accurately modify the ring to accept the new diamond and secure it so it won’t fall out again. And it looks perfect. Thanks crockers.
