What a great experience! I came to window shop for an engagement ring, and next thing I knew I had bought the perfect ring, my fiancé can’t stop saying how it is just perfect. Kyle, the salesman I worked with, showed me 2 great options in my budget and wasn’t pushy at all. They made it so easy to come back in and get a new setting if my fiancé wanted. The best part, the ring was promised in 2 weeks, it only took about 5 days. Amazing service, great products.

Would highly recommend. The staff is extremely kind and caring, they provide excellent customer service, as well as being a fair priced business. Got to work with a lady named Kathryn who helped me design my fiancés engagement ring without feeling pressed to make any sort of down payment until the design was finalized. There are other companies that will charge you for “hypothetical rings”, and it brought me a great deal of confidence to see that Worthington Jewelers did not. As far as price goes they’re certainly fair- didn’t feel over priced or pressed that “this is the best deal you’ll get anywhere” blah blah. They were honest and straightforward, which speaks volumes. They understand the weight behind expensive decisions and I never once felt like I was being pressured or being sold a sales pitch. It took a few weeks to get the engagement ring perfect and it was only when the design was finalized that I paid. I also had to go back and get the ring resized (it was a little too big) and it was absolutely free- again other places wanted $60-$80 for it to be resized. They also kept incredible communication with any and all updates of what was going on- when the ring had been made, shipped, stone set in place, etc. Would highly recommend working with Kathryn if you’re wanting something custom made. After having gone back to purchase wedding bands, and having the exact same excellent service, I have every intention to recommend Worthington Jewlers to anyone who is looking for an honest and genuinely caring business.

I took my watch in to have the band reattached. The helpful sales person did it at no charge. Then I realized that, during the time I hadn't been able to wear the watch, the battery had died, so I asked for the battery to be replaced. While I was waiting for that, I looked in the cases and saw some of the most beautiful jewelry I've ever seen. Because the staff were so helpful and friendly, and because of the lovely jewelry, I would recommend Worthington Jewelers to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed the process working with Worthington Jewelers to take a family heirloom and repurpose it into both of our wedding bands. They balanced our wants/suggestions with a knowledge of what would look good and work the best. I do wish there wasn’t the middle man situation, since you talk with a salesman who then relays the information to the jewelry maker as opposed to the maker themselves. Regardless, we are very happy with the finished products, thought their pricing was fair, and were impressed they could meet the original deadline even with unexpected delays on our end. I reached out to Worthington Jewelers about having a custom engagement ring made and from the very beginning they were phenomenal! Kathryn helped me with the whole process, she was amazing! Down to the smallest details the ring is perfect. She kept me updated through the whole process, was easy to get in contact with, answered all of my questions and more. I worked with Stephen the gemologist on finding an engagement ring. I had already done some research into color/cut/clarity, and I had an idea of the type of ring I wanted. Stephen did an amazing job reenforcing what I had learned; he even explained in even deeper detail how things such as the tiny inclusions are measured. He was really enthusiastic about finding the best diamond that fit my budget. Also if you’re ok with lab diamonds, you can get a very serious discount (compared to natural) for a very clean gemstone. In regards to the setting, I found a 3 stone demo ring I liked and asked about changing the size of the side stones. Stephen got out a box of various sized diamond and laid them out to help visualize how different sizes would look next to the gemstone we found. It was an amazing experience and I’m glad to have had someone so experienced know exactly what to do to get the result I wanted. I’ll also note I wasn’t pressured to go above my budget, he was very good at working within it. 10/10, will absolutely be going back again for the wedding bands

This was my first experience with Worthington Jewelers and it was amazing! When I walked in I was greeted by numerous people, including the owner who, even though it was really busy, he took time to hear my needs. I took my wedding rings and a ring I inherited from my Mom to get resized, have Rhodium plating done to both and to have sizing beads removed. They told me it would likely take a week to get my rings back, and I ended up getting them back within 3 business days! I highly recommend Worthington Jewelers!

What an amazing experience. Took 3 rings in for size adjustment. One men's wedding band needed the size reduced and you can't tell the ring was altered in any way. One women's ring had a split band and looks like brand new. Another women's engagement/wedding ring set was sized and fused together. The rings all look immaculate! Couldn't be happier. Fair prices with great turn around times! They do all the work in house. Go here if you need your jewelry repaired or altered.

I had 1 custom womens engagement ring, 1 custom womens wedding band, and 1 men's wedding band made here. From the first time I walked in to the last every single employee was wonderful. I didn't want to wait to propose so the put my diamond in a loaner setting. My wife's rings had her two grandmother's diamonds in them. They took the diamonds out of their settings and did not damage to settings! I could not recommend Worthington Jewelers enough.

I loved my first permanent bracelet done by Richard at worthington jewelers so much I had to go back for a second! The quality is great and if for whatever reason It breaks or you have to have It medically removed if you bring It back they will re-weld It at no additional fee (which most places I’ve looked into charge roughly $15). My experience with Richard was great and I cannot recommend this place enough for any of your jewelry wants/needs!

I love Worthington Jewelers, they have been so welcoming and kind every time I have come to the store! I have actually continued working with them even after leaving the state. I have a few different custom pieces from the store and they have been wonderful to work with not only quickly getting my pieces to me, but also being very communicative during the process. Had a fantastic experience here. I first went to talk about wedding bands, and they explained their process for rings they carried, as well as custom designs. I went the custom route for my band, and they created a wax ring that would fit right next to my antique engagement ring, and even made a second version of the wax when I requested a change. It turned out perfectly! I loved not having to send my engagement ring away by mail somewhere, since they do the goldsmith work at their location. It was done so fast! My fiance opted for ordering a ring with some custom details and it looks great too. When I inquired about timing, they rushed the fabrication and it was done within a week at no charge and no hassle - so considerate. It was such a good experience that I immediately had them repair some antique heirloom jewelry that I will also wear at the wedding, and we are so happy with the results. Will go back over and over. Highly recommend!
