We needed an overhaul on a family ring that had been gifted to us. The center stone had been replaced with a fake long ago, but the surrounding small stones were real diamonds and we liked the uniqueness of the setting. With help from the incredible staff (Jeannie!!!) at Frederic’s, we chose to go with a sapphire for the center stone. After talking honestly about budget and our desire to keep the integrity of the ring, Tony performed his magic, finding the perfectly sized sapphire and fixing the damaged shank and prongs of the ring. Everyone is attentive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about everything having to do with jewelry. They do a great job with repairs as well. We had a superb experience with Anthony and his colleagues. I had a ring repaired, 4 rings resized, and many items appraised. Not only was he so helpful with each of these tasks, but he also spent a lot of time with us going over a sizable batch of jewelry to determine what was worth appraising, what had value but probably not worth the cost of appraisal (and why), and what was strictly costume. (We had a lot from both of our families.). The timing and costs were exactly what he had told us they would be. We would never go anywhere else!

The staff was so kind and attentive throughout the entire process of resizing my engagement and wedding rings. I had custom bands (2) done for my wedding ring to match up with my engagement ring, and I have nothing negative to say about my experience. I wanted my bands to be used with my moms stones on the new setting. My wedding is in November, and thought it would take a bit of time so I brought them in on Black Friday. Egan was a doll, SO nice and helpful, and amazing to communicate with and all round an amazing person. The digital mockups of the ring was also so easy and great to look at before production had started. I had just received and fully paid off my rings and it is currently the day of December 20th. I was COMPLETELY in AWE and shock when it took so fast, my engagement ring is CLEANED to perfection, and said they would clean again a month before wedding. I am most of all COMPLETELY stunned of how gorgeous and stunning they are. He did AMAZING and more than I could ever have asked for. I am such a happy customer and totally 100% recommend them to anyone.
