I have never had a problem before and I honestly still can't believe it.I asked for the price of sizing a ring and it was more than I wanted to pay being that I had other things that needed to be repaired. I knew my mother had a friend that does jewelry repair and I was willing to wait and see if it may be cheaper with him.The owner apparently overheard my mother and my conversation and was apparently offended by me wanting to take it elsewhere. He said I would be paying $10 on gas just getting there. I said that's no problem because my mother lives in the same town as this other jeweler. At this point my head is throbbing and I am really taken back that it was even an issue. I told him it was no big deal and asked why was it even an issue, people do shop around and try and get a good price on things. RIGHT? Apparently, I was wrong. There were some other issues brought up and I could go on and I most definitely believe it will get mentioned with their response. I have been a customer for a very long time and have bought some beautiful jewelry from them. I have always loved looking at their showcases of their beautiful jewelry and never not walk out of there not wanting something! Anyway, I will never go back again. It was not fair the way I was treated not to mention my mother, my daughter and my granddaughter were all with me and witnessed everything. I know they will definitely not hurt by losing me as a customer. I wish them continued success with ,The Jewelry Store.

I was in Bryan to chauffeur my mom to a doctor's appointment and needed to get a broken link repaired on the sterling silver Tiffany necklace I've worn every day for 10 years. The team at The Jewelry Store was awesome! I wish they were in Austin. While their repairs normally take a week, when I explained I was only in town running errands, and they saw how simple my needed repair was, they were able to get it done in 10 minutes! I also wish my husband had purchased my engagement ring from them, as they're so trustworthy and all round good people!

Used to love this store would go with my grandmother. One of her favorite places but went in there recently and he made me feel less of, just because I didn’t buy my ring from him try to get it resize he said it was impossible basically judged me and my ring did not expect the owner to act this way guess I won’t be going here anymore are recommending any family members are friends had to go in there agian . David gardeners they re sized it with no problem even told me I had a beautiful ring 💍

I called before I went. He said he could replace my watch battery for $10. When I arrived, a woman took the watch to the back. A few minutes later an older man came back carrying my watch and said he couldn't do it. No charge. When my husband opened the watch, the battery was missing and the seal that prevents water infiltration, was broken. I won't be back for any reason. Yes, I knew it was "at my own risk". If he had put my battery back in, I wouldn't have known how dishonest he was. You've got to be smart if you're going to be sneaky.

Loved this place! I needed a ring resized and needed it quickly. They were wonderful. The ring was ready quickly, and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them and will return with any of my jewelry needs. Great People! Great Service!

I had to have 2 rings resized, one of them had been cut off because of a surgery and the other one had worn thin and broke. They did a great job sizing them for me, which can be difficult because of arthritis in my hands, the turn around was quick and I will definitely be going back to them for any other jewelry needs or repairs.

These folks are so kind! My 30 year old wedding ring needed a slight repair. Not only did they perform a beautiful repair within a day, but they cleaned it and didn’t charge me ANYTHING! Highly recommend and will be doing my jewelry purchases here in the future.

Went in wanting to get my son's senior ring cleaned. He lost it over a year ago so I wanted it clean and shiny when we give it back to him. (He wasn't aware that it had been found.) The staff there was extremely helpful, honest, and went above and beyond to make me happy. His ring was already clean and looking good. They could have easily taken advantage of my ignorance but they did not. I had my ring cleaned while I was there and it now looks brand new. Thank you so much for helping me with this little gift. I took my ring to Robbie to have it sized he kept it there for more than 3 weeks when I got my ring back he had changed the diamond on my ring plus the ring weight less when I got it back when it should have wieght more since it was being size two rings sizes up I have been going to him for 2 years and never expected for him to steal for me the way he did I will never ever take anything to him again and I will not recommend him to anyone either

Fantastic experience. Went in for a ring cleaning and they did an amazing job! Even spoke to one person about getting a band designed for my wedding ring and even though they didnt design the wedding ring we still talked about getting a band that would be perfect for my ring. Very sml town mom and pop feel.

I was given a special ring for Christmas however, the ring was too small. I was anxious to put it on my finger and called around to check prices and timeframe that I would be able to have my ring sized. I called all over town and I was given a two to three week window to get my special gift back.........Except for The Jewelry Store. I called them and they said that they would get it back to me the next day!!!! Unbelievable!!! They listened to my anxiety in my voice and worked a miracle!!! Chase is great, third generation jeweler! I didn't go in to buy jewelry, but I did momentarily see the cases, everything is beautifully designed. I came in to get my watch battery fixed, it was done in 3 minutes and for $10. Super great service, will come here again.

Have been here a few times. The service is excellent. Recently had my wedding ring sized and it was done in house (not shipped anywhere) they did an amazing job and it didn't cost a fortune.
