The workers are SO SO SO pleasant! I bought in some jewelry to see if they were interested in buying it, and though it didn't work out, the woman I was speaking to (wish I knew her name, she was great) still tried to help me find another business she thought could be of more help to me. I wasn't even a customer; and I was in there not even ten minutes, yet it was super refreshing to be met with such pleasantness. I looked around quickly while I was in there, and they had some gorgeous pieces, and it seems they have a wide price range so you could still get something beautiful without breaking the bank. Definitely planning on making that a destination next time I'm in the market!

Went in with the intention of exchanging a pair of earrings I received as a Christmas gift from my husband. (I had the store receipt.) I was unable to wear as the post would not easily click into place. Was made to feel terrible about the return and treated rudely. Ultimately, I left them their earrings without any desire for a refund or to receive store credit to apply toward another purchase.

Friendly, fast, and much cheaper than expected, they did minor repairs on 2 watches in maybe 10 minutes at most. Very clean store, they let customers in individually and ask everyone to sanitize before entering.

I have had a few pieces repaired here and loved the results. I had Gold chains and a bracelet repaired. This time I brought my wedding rings in to have them soddered together. They also found a loose stone. They did both things and the results are amazing! You can barely see where they are hooked together and you cannot even tell they had to replace the setting on my ring. The repairs are spectacular,! This is my most precious piece of jewelry and I was hesitant to trust it to anyone, but I am so glad I did. Trust them, use them for anything, and have no worries. They are wonderful! Friendly and reasonably priced too! If there were more stars for a rating I would have given it to them!

After a great experience buying our wedding rings here, when my mom misplaced her rings after 68 years I took her and my dad here to look for replacements. Staff could not have been any kinder or more patient with them. They were able to resize the rings in 10 minutes so she could have them that day. When Mom asked Dad to put them on her finger there was silence and then clapping from staff followed by a gift of champagne. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond to make such a wonderful experience for my parents!!

I had my engagement ring repaired at this place. All 5 diamonds need to be tightened. All other jewelry places would take them 2-3 weeks to get it repaired especially during Christmas season. But they repaired it while I waited in the store! Best customer service I had in a while! Highly recommend this place! Would come back for any jewelry repair and jewelry needs!

No other store comes close when it comes to customer service, deals, prices and quality. Before this place I went to at least 30 jewelry places and and none come close. I just want to say what wonderful people here at the Goldmine....brought in my alex and ani tarnished bracelets to see if they can be saved....she took them in back, polished them up for me and did not charge me....she even gave me a polishing cloth and showed me how to care for them.....I could not believe how nice they came....they look like new again !!
